The location was easy to find, and getting around the area was very convenient. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and having a washing machine was a big plus. • Paola Lanziano (9/5): Vacaciones en familia Milan - Muy cómodo, fresco, bonito. Tiene muchas facilidades y buen WiFi. La comunicación es sencilla con el host. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca a la estación Romolo y a 10 min caminando de Navigli. Muy conveniente para llegar en vehículo ya que no está en la Zona C. Muy buena experiencia. Todo en general muy bien. Atendieron las solicitudes. Por mencionar algo, encontramos algunos utensilios sucios que debimos lavar antes de usar, pero nada grave. Tiene ascensor pero es pequeño. Nos cobraron el alquiler del corral del bebé, un poco caro pero conveniente.

• Vincent (8/5): Very good - The apartment was good and in a good location beside the subway. Well equipped and clean. Good communication from the owner prior to during and after the stay. There was a bad smell coming from the shower drain.

• Esther (10/5): The property is lovely, tastefully decorated and contained all of the amenities we needed including a washer. We would - It was cozy, tastefully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed. It was located close to transportation/train stations and nearby canal. It was also convenient to get food and groceries nearby. The room darkening outside shutters weren’t functioning properly when we arrived so our young adults had to keep the lights off at night for privacy as there were gaps between the window coverings. We were thankful that our daughter was not hurt when the wood paneling where the shade mechanism operated fell from the ceiling. Giorgio was very responsive and got a hold of his maintenance person who came to repair it the following morning. One of the shades was still problematic the following morning when we attempted to raise it but at least we had privacy the night after it was repaired.
• Damon (6/5): Pleasant - Newly renovated and the bathroom is great. Besides, it is a basic apartment with 3 on the floor mattresses in the living room and a double bed in the 1-room configuration. Free parking outside the apartment from 1900-0800 everyday n whole day on Sunday. Big supermarket just 5 mins walk from the unit n train station just next to the apartment. Super plus point on this aspect. Mattresses on the floor in the living room. Really not what you want on a holiday considering the fact it is not exactly cheap to stay here. Hence that's a big minus on this.
• Max (10/5): Exceptional - The location was good, next to a metro station. The apartment was very nice and also clean. Self check-in went smooth and communication with the host went very well.
• Tamar (8/5): Good for couples, less for families with older kids - The house was spacious and modern. Very easy communication with the hosts, they were quick to answer and willing to accommodate. The apt. was well equipped and nicely decorated. Metro and bus stations literally across the street. Self check-in was easy and efficient. The apt is great for a couple but less for a family with kids. The kid's beds are mattresses on the floor so our teenager was a bit disappointed. The apt. is not in the center of the Navigli area. It's a 10 minute walk to the nicer area with all the restaurants.
• Vladimíra (8/5): Very good - Excellent communication (chat - immediate response). I did not find tablets for the dishwasher / washing machine, bags for the trash. I recommend to have it for a short stay in your equipment.
