• Guest (9/5): I would return. - The location and the cleanliness were excellent, as was the helpfulness of Giuseppe, the owner. It's also spacious and there is both a dishwasher and a washing machine for laundry. We were surprised that the flat was mostly below ground. Fortunately the weather was good and we could open the windows for fresh air during the day and at night the AC worked well. Normally the word "loft" means high up, under the roof.

El cuarto de baño está muy bien, y la cocina, integrada en el salón, tiene lo necesario. El anfitrión, muy atento a cualquier solicitud.
• Guest (9/5): - Kommunikation war super. Schlüssel Übergabe war selbstständig und bei Fragen wurde super schnell geantwortet. Wirklich alles Top! Das Zimmer war grösser als gedacht. Das Bad war in den Ecken der Dusche etwas dreckig, jedoch wirklich meckern auf höchstem Niveau.

• Davide (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment's position is strategically positioned close to the Moscova subway station, although it is situated in a basement that smells like cigarettes. The sheets were stained and had to be changed upon arrival. The shower flooded after a few minutes in the shower and I had to mop up the floor. The towels smelled of mildew. The owner asked for a 10 in the review, so I figured I'd do him a favor and give him a real review.

• Csordás (9/5): A pleasant place to be in for a vacation. - It was in the city centre and everything was very accessible. The apartment was very cozy and well equipped. We had a great time there and the owner was very nice and helpful. The trash can hasn’t been emptied, but it was not a big problem for us.

• Melanie (1/5): Very disappointing and suffering experience, there any reason to stay an again, sorry. - only location good It's a basement! However, this was not stated in the room description and was intentionally hidden! I really should have read the previous reviews, in that case I would not have chosen this one. 1. very noisy - windows above your head feels like a prison. There was no quiet or privacy at all with the sound of people's footsteps coming and going, trash cans being cleaned and dragged around, and people vacuuming from 6am onwards. 2. the shower was broken- the faucet for the shower was broken and the hot water disappeared after 5 minutes! I had to end the shower with a cold water express. The next morning was the same, a real nightmare. The shampoo and body wash were thin as water and impossible to use! No response to contacting the staff either. 3. cleanliness was also an issue: bath towels were the white washed to yellow kind, sheets smelled heavily of detergent. The kettle was too dirty to use. 4. There is no elevator to the basement, you have to take the stairs, so be careful if you have heavy luggage. Ventilation was also bad and stuffy. 5. there was nothing free in the room, not a single welcome drink. There were no tissues, only toilet paper

• Dana (7/5): Good - I liked the location in the city centre, so we did not mind much it was in the basement. But I would not choose it for long term accomodation. The landlord was exceptionally nice and helpfull.
