It was a horrible experience. - The flat was clean and stylish There was a full length mirror in the bedroom that had severe cracks in it and a hole in the wall that I should have been told about as I spent the whole day worrying that I would be charged for it. I immediately informed the property when I discovered the damaged mirror and wall. I was told The “team” was going to investigate it and it was several hours before I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the prior damage. I would never recommend staying with an Omega owned property. They are overpriced, unethical, and a horrible company to deal with.

Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, od pralki po zmywarkę.Taras z widokiem na zieloną okolicę. Praktycznie bez przerwy, dość głośno pracująca wentylacja. Przeszkadza w zaśnięciu. Trzeba się przyzwyczaić.

I can't even describe how wonderful the experience was. First: The apartment is incredible! Even better than in the photos. It's new, functional, and has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! It's even bigger than we imagined. Spacious bedroom, large bathroom, and spacious living room! The balcony off the living room has a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or breakfast if the weather permits. The bed is excellent, the television has numerous channels, the kitchen is equipped, and everything works well. The appliances are great, new, and easy to use. For those who like to cook, it's wonderful. It has a dishwasher and washing machine! "The building is super quiet! Second: The neighborhood is absolutely peaceful, cozy, and full of houses. The streets are calm and residential. For those looking for a quiet escape from the city buzz, like we were, it’s perfect! You can easily ride a bike around the streets. Plus, we walked back from the tube to the apartment at all sorts of hours and felt absolutely safe! It's a very pleasant neighborhood. Third: There are several stations nearby that you can reach in a 10 to 15-minute walk. The walk is easy and peaceful. These stations can take you anywhere in the city! My wife and I used to take the Elizabeth Line and we would be in Central London in just 15 to 20 minutes." "Fourth: The neighborhood has excellent supermarkets and shops that make your life so much easier! There’s a large Morrisons that has everything, but you’ll also find plenty of small convenience stores and shops on the High Street or even on the street of Acton Main Line—the station we used the most! We ate twice at the 'Di Napoli' pizzeria, and the pizza there is delicious!!! And lastly: The attention the hosts gave us from the VERY FIRST contact was of a level of politeness and efficiency I’ve never seen before. I liked everything!!!!!!

• Lilly (10/5): Beautiful place would definitely recommend! - Flat was lovely and clean Bed was super comfy Everything you needed in the kitchen and bedroom Large tv with apps like Netflix Not too far from near underground station Only downfall for me was that the water wasn’t warm enough when I was running a bath had to top up with a couple of kettle water but that’s just my personal opinion

• Arja R (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood - A beautiful top floor apartment in a peaceful, leafy residential neighbourhood. For someone like me, who does not mind walking 20 minutes to public transport, this was the perfect wonderful location after busy days in the city. The place is just lovely, cosy and bright. The kitchen very well equipped, bathroom is sparkling with a large tub and the bedroom gorgeous with a comfy mattress and bedding. I had a lovely week here and would stay again.

Supérettes à proximité Dispositifs stores chambre et salon + chauffage compliqués. Les stores n’ont pas pu être ouvert de toute le séjour car la télécommande n’était pas disponible dans l’appartement. Bruit VMC très présent

Was not a single thing wrong maybe just a tv in the bedroom but that’s just my own personal thing I have to sleep with background noise😂

Quartier calme et appartement bien isolé phoniquement. A proximité des commerces alimentaires et bus/métros. Hôte disponible et attentionnée ! Je reviendrai sans aucun doute si j'en ai l'occasion.

• YUN (9/5): - 距离周边地铁站都差不多10-15分钟步行，可接受范围内，主要是整体比较安静，早上起来跑步非常舒适。 房间里各种设施设备都很齐全，备用品也都顺手可及，房东想得周到。 南侧餐客厅面向一大片绿化，令人心情愉悦。 正好赶上伦敦33-34度高温，可惜没有空调，又住在顶楼，虽然两个电扇都打开对流，还是比较闷热，四个人住四晚，有两晚都没怎么睡好。

I have been disappointed by misleading photos in the past, (most commonly making a property appear bigger, more spacious) but this exceeded any expectations. We needed nor wanted for anything. The place was pristine and the towels and bedding lovely and fresh. Rare to find a place with a bath in London and not one but 2 balconies!! It was an absolute pleasure, We had a lovely time. And will most definitely try and book again in the future. Thanks again. Lack of parking. Always difficult in west London.
