(Aggiungere uno scolapasta all’attrezzatura della cucina)
- Tony (9/5): Extremely good value for London - The house itself is nothing particularly remarkable. It's relatively small, but that is unavoidable in London. But the important thing is that it was very clean and well-maintained, and everything worked properly. That is hard to find in London, particularly for anything near the price of this house. Walking distance to an underground stop and shops close by. So don't expect to have a memorable stay in an exotic or lxurious house, but for the price it is remarkably good value. Nothing, everything worked well. The instructions said to enter through a "black gate", but the gate isn't black (I assume it has been changed).
- Debbie (7/5): - The location
- Asma (8/5): Location was fair but still depends on your destination as London is a big city I always had to take a bus or train at m - I liked the property was clean and same as pictures. If it had free Wifi that would be great. No Wifi at all, Wifi machine wasn’t working and I property owner didn’t answered me as soon as I arrived at house. While before moving to property owner was super nice
- Mark (6/5): OK but could have been better. - The house was conveniently located for a short walk to central Brixton. The accommodation was very well equipped and it was nice to have 2 toilets/bathrooms.
The area seemed nice and quiet with no traffic noise.
We only stayed 1 night so did not really make full use of the facilities but everything was adequate. There were a number of minor issues that we encountered that would put us off booking the accommodation again.
The message we received with the code for the key safe mysteriously disappeared before we arrived. Fortunately I remembered it anyway. The back gate didn't open properly and clashed with the patio paving slabs in the back yard. The upstairs bathroom door would not close. The downstairs shower only had one temperature (very hot). The upstairs shower screen had a defective seal. No tea towel or hand towels were provided.
If there were any instructions for any of the appliances but we didn't find them.
- Deborra (1/5): Old, dirty and dated. - Nice appliances, adequate space for 4 people and parking. Not as advertised. Gate to property had to be lifted to get it over the pavers. Could not be locked from the inside as the lattch did not line up. Sheets were gray and worn. Towels were dingy. Sofa had a questionable stain. Vertical blinds in kitchen were broken. Furniture was worn and dirty. Bathroom upstairs had been tiled but there was an issue with the door. It would not close. When you managed to close it you could not open it. My husband got stuck in the bathroom and it took three people to get it open!!
- Laura (8/5): Pleasant stay, nice house, just a bit too hot - It was easy to find, a quiet location, comfortable beds, had toilet roll soap etc It was far too hot even at night when it had cooled down outside
- Melissa (9/5): Superb - Great place. Some areas in the bathroom that needs some detailed cleaning done to them and no fault of the place but the neighbors like to fight at 3 AM loudly Plenary of room for the three of us
- Ben (8/5): Very good -
- Dan (9/5): Superb -
- Jordan (10/5): Amazing stay and definitely recommend and I will be staying again 💯 - I liked how clean and tidy it was and very homely There's nothing i didn't like my stay was perfect
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Stankūnas (8/5): Very good -
- Jessica (6/5): Inconvenient - A very nice property. Good price and location is perfect for events and the o2 academy. However I arranged to check in early at 1 and even tho we didn’t get there till 1.45 the cleaner was still there and didn’t allow us access until 3.20 so we had to sit in the garden on the floor for over an hour and wait. The owner didn’t have much to say on the matter. Said to ask the cleaner to let us put our bags in and go out again but we needed to be in the property as my friend had an important online meeting which He ended up missing that meeting due to this.
When we did get in we found it wasn’t all that clean considering the cleaner had just been there. The banisters up the stairs have built up grease marks from multiple peoples hands and there was hairs in all the beds.
The facility’s themselves were good except the upstairs shower which, after it was used that afternoon 4pm, continued to drip heavily until we got back late that night and put the shower head in the bath. There was also a Broken wardrobe in one bedroom and a cracked mirror in another which didn’t effect our stay
- Heidi (8/5): Very good - The house was very presentable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It was a quiet location, and although the area looked a little run down, the house was immaculate and the area was quiet and conveniently located in terms of being close to underground stations. As you enter via the garden entrance, it would be good to have a 71 on the garden gate.
- Linzi (10/5): Great place for a stay in London! - Had everything you could possibly need! Close to an underground for easy access to everywhere. Communication from the hosts was amazing and made it very easy to find and access the property. The property was perfect. Would absolutely use again for trips to London. Could not find fault at all!!

- Karanveer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (9/5): Superb - Comfy beds
Fab location for getting to Brixton academy
Plenty of room spacious
- Louise (9/5): Incridible house for Brixton acadamey location - It was great location for thr Brixton acadamy, as well as havi g plenty of space for the 6 adults and convenience of 2 bathrooms and showers, Nothing to dislike, only tiny thing we would say was that there wasn't enough mugs for 6 people as only 4 cups and 1 of those for severely cracked, and there was a mix up with the security code for the lock box having been sent the code it was incorrect, but very quickly contacted and put right
- Ekpenoh (10/5): Great place - No breakfast Nothing
- Prasanth (8/5): Very good -
- Oniciara (6/5): Pleasant - Walking distance to the 02 Academy N/A
- Santiago (4/5): Disappointing -
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (7/5): Pleasant enough - Its cleanliness The shower downstairs water was way too hot and could change the temperature. Very dangerous
- Tracy (8/5): Good central location, perfect for friends or small family. - Good size house . Comfy beds clean and tidy . Yard needs a tidy up.
- Jenny (8/5): Very good -
- Roberts (7/5): Good - The accommodation was comfy and pleasant. We were late arriving and were hoping to make a cuppa on arrival but there was nothing there....a couple of tea bags/coffee/sugar and milk pods on a welcome tray would have really made it.
- Musa (9/5): Lovely accommodation for family. Host was very nice -
- Jabin (8/5): Very good -
- Jane (8/5): Very good - Quiet location, clean and comfortable Crockery a bit limited
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - We felt this was a good property and located well for bus and underground travel. There was enough space for a family of 6. Having a dishwasher and washing machine made a huge difference as we had to travel again after this stay. We had a place to park and used public transport for the duration of our stay. If we had to be picky, maybe a few more glasses, mugs and cutlery in the kitchen.
- Aled (7/5): Okay. - Location not too bad for London, about half a mile from the Tube and buses running constantly. Plenty of space at the property and facilities were everything we needed. Communication from the owner was quite slow and the location could come across as quite intimidating for some, especially those with young families.
- Sonja (9/5): Superb -
- Joanne (4/5): Disappointing - the kitchen was very poorly equipped. the decor was very poor. the shower downstairs leaks. the bedding was cheap and uncomfortable although the bed was comfortable.
- Vikki (8/5): Very good - The house was perfect for what we needed, great size and lots of space. The owner let us park there longer to help with our daily plans Parking wasn't described very well, we didn't really know where to park. The lock code we were given didn't work and we had to phone the owner who was hard to get hold off but was a late night
- Morgane (8/5): Very good -
- Tamás (8/5): A very good price/perf. ratio if narrow beds do not bother somebody - Host is friendly and fixed the requests fast that we raised. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Bathrooms are there on every floor. Smart TV, etc. Location: in zone 2, takes only 30-35 min to get to Westminster Location: A bit of distance to get to nearest underground-station (Stockwell) or to a supermarket (Lidl) (~1000m) on foot. Only one socket adaptor from UK to European system. The beds are narrow (140cm) for two people. Kitchen table suits for 4 people only.
- Jacqueline (8/5): Excellent value for money. - Lovely & comfortable and modern facilities. Well furnished and very clean. Good location for our use. Excellent communication with the owner. Only a couple of things that could've been better. No washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets/teatowels and we didn't know where the recycling bins were for our rubbish. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
- Andrmna (7/5): Good - It is a nice house with a nice yard, parking spot included It was too far (1h walk & bus/tube to the city centre) from the main tourist attractions.
We were given only 1 towel per room and no towel provided in the bathrooms.
Very poor supplies in the kitchen and almost no utensils. The host knew that we were a group with a baby, so we had to cook every day. Had to improvise a lot.
2 toilet papers per bathroom (4 days, 5 adults) and different types of shower gels. It felt as though former guests left them and the host provided them for reuse.
No mattress for the baby crib. We were told the bottom of the crib is supposed to be the mattress, though I am also using a similar crib and a baby cannot sleep on that, just the way we as adults cannot sleep on wooden beds without mattress 😊
The conclusion is that the host could and should invest more in supplying the location with all the necessary stuff
- Felix (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, the position of the property was good. - the breakfast area was excellent. everything was OK. everything is OK
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Very well equipped and clean Nothing
- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Hiu (8/5): Very good -
- Rosalia (8/5): Very good - Great flat. The beds are not comfortable at all. It was like sleeping on jelly but otherwise the flat was great. That's the only thing that was uncomfortable for us.
- Włochowska (3/5): Poor - The place is nicely decorated, in a good location the apartment was dirty, the towels and sheets were used, the toilet in the bathroom was not flushed, there was waste in the small bins
- Yvonne (10/5): Peaceful clean centrally located accommodation - Location to Brixton, outside seating area. Two bathrooms were perfect. All fine
- Jane (10/5): perfect stay everything you need - immaculate clean, well presented and everything you need for a comfortable stay too many plug in air fresheners the property didn’t need them
- Kristnan (9/5): Good surrounding and worth the price. - The location was peaceful and quiet. The house was neat and tidy . Quite close to Brixton tube station.
- Jennifer (10/5): Super location and communication with host! - Great communication with hosts and clean house.
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fouche (8/5): Best value for money. - Once you enter the house, it's definitely a whole other experience. Stunning kitchen to welcome you. The decor is beautiful in both rooms and the living area. Everything you may need is available in the kitchen. We had a good night's rest and enjoyed our stay.
I would highly recommend anyone to book here since it really is good value for money. The area that it is in. Was sceptical when driving to the location as some parts are not well looked after.
But when entering the place, you forget everything outside as it is such a stunning apartment.
- Donna (9/5): lovely base for us as a family to explore London - great location near bus stops and not too far from underground had good facilities for a family if I had to list something, I would say that the front door was upstairs but it wasn’t a problem for us
- Robyn (9/5): Superb - Very clean and comfortable, perfect for our short trip to London.
- Réka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was nice and clean, equipped well, just as in the pictures. Shops, restaurants, and bus stations are also nearby.
Our host sent us all the necessary details to access the building.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay, would recommend it. It is just a personal preference, but the mattress was soft for my taste.
Other than that it was excellent.
- Ivan (7/5): Good -
- Leather (10/5): lovely and a nice get away. - loved the whole house . it was so lovely and honestly really spacious. also the house smelt so nice. not a lot of parking but we had a space so it was perfect.
- Adomas (9/5): Great place - Very tidy and clean place with all the essentials.
Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.
Parking is a big plus! Everything was good.
- John (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay at this property. - Very clean, very clean, spacious & nice quite location. Close to local shops & tube station
- Khama (10/5): this property is indeed ‘impeccable’ very neat and tidy. - everything!!!! nothing
- Chonny (8/5): Great value for money properly in Brixton with helpful host - Great location, modern property in walking distance from Brixton tube station. Clean and cozy stay. Owner was great at communicating instructions prior to arrival. Doors to the bedrooms didn’t close properly and bathroom light sensors made it difficult to use the shower room downstairs
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional - House was lovely and clean and good facilities. We l enjoyed our stay there and it was great to have good Internet and working netflix for the teenagers. Bed were comfy and not too far from the city.
