Thường xuyên liên lạc trước và trong kỳ nghỉ. Phàn hồi tích cực. Không có dép đi trong nhà, giấy vệ sinh spare lại để dưới sàn nhà vệ sinh (mặc dù để ở góc), nên để trên kệ cao 1 chút, cốc và bát, đĩa đều không phải chất liệu sứ hay thuỷ tinh mà là nhựa hay melamin gì đó. Phòng ngủ 1 giường ít nhất nên có giá và móc treo quần áo. Trong phòng tắm cũng ko có chỗ để treo quần áo.

• Maxwell (9/5): Really good value for money. - Location really good for metros, 7/11, nice restaurants. Lots of room, comfy beds, good facilities, can’t complain really. Communication exceptional. Sofa bed doesn’t really function as a sofa (fell apart when we laid back).
• Ruth (9/5): A well appointed, clean apartment with lots of space and a good base for exploring Osaka. - The property was very clean and convenient for exploring Osaka. There is a metro station 2 minutes walk away. The owners were very communicative and responded quickly to questions as well as sharing lots of useful information about the area. The only thing lacking was that there was nowhere to hang coats by the front door. There was also no storage in the bedrooms which would have been helpful to hang things that needed hanging.

• Fathur Wibowo (8/5): A pleasant stay in a super convenient location in Osaka! - The property location is very good, only a 1-2mins away from Osaka Subway, Tanimachi 6-Chome st. There are multiple konbini and bigger supermarket nearby. There are also 2 coins laundry nearby, or you can wash your clothes inside the property directly, no dryer i believe. Another great thing is that there's a scooter station exactly in the front of the property. Interior is as advertised. The area are really spacey. We found two amazing coffee shop nearby. For the price we paid, we're actually quite happy. Although, there are things to improve like the cleanliness of the toilet area, there's a strong scent even before we use it, need to do a deep cleaning. The flooring and ceiling above is quite thin, so you can easily hear people stomping/walking, it's quite disturbing. Last but not least, I like the bedding and the quilt, but not the pillow, it's too thin..
• SANDY (10/5): Beautiful, spacious and comfortable - The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable. It is right next to the Tanimachi 6 chome station. There are supermarkets and restaurant nearby. Our kids wished we had stayed there for our entire trip. The map was confusing to follow. There are stairs right next to the 7-11. Go down the stairs and you make a left into the second alleyway. Please note if you are on the upper floors, it is a very narrow staircase so it may be challenging for those with big luggage or mobility issues.

• CHUNMEI (1/5): - 這戶公寓是我這次在日本旅遊48天，住了大概12家酒店或者公寓中，最糟糕的一家，也最不專業的一戶。 他們強硬的規定一定要上傳5個人的護照，跟詳細資料，他才可能給你入住的PIN碼。那怕花了國際電話費打電話去客服，最後還是要透過EMAIL連結外部網站。後來也沒有給地址或房號引導。是我們自己按照外觀照片找到公寓。3層樓的密碼鎖我們每一層自己試，才找對樓層。 真的是只想要我們個人的資訊。 在日本旅遊48天的住宿裡面唯一採到的地雷。有夠倒霉，壞了我們旅行的心情 我們旅遊世界幾大洲，住過上千家的住宿，還第一次碰到這麽糟糕的。 當你在冬天低溫之下被關在房子外面一個半小時進不了住宿 你會喜歡嗎。什麼都不喜歡。

• Arie (10/5): Great place - Place is lovey, organised and spacious. Rooms, beds and bathrooms are great. Owners are lovely and the location is quite good if you want to stay out of the tourist area. The place is right next to a subway station, literally a 2 minute walk so we found it really convenient. Glad I booked this place and would highly recommend. There is no lift to the apartment and the stairs are extremely narrow and wind up. It was very difficult to bring luggage up and I fell down the stairs once and hurt myself quite badly. I would suggest to anyone with disability, injury or if you’re bring heavy or large luggage. If you’re brining carry on you’ll be fine.

• Julie (7/5): - The location was great. Close to the metro. The kitchen had plastic cups and plates. Need more cooking utensils. Bigger pots. I bought knives as there was only forks and spoons. The mattress had been turned over, so was sleeping on the coils/spring so was very uncomfortable. I had to turn it over in the middle of the night. Neighbours upstairs were noisy, thumping around till late at night.

• Santiago (9/5): Recomendable 100% y repetiría - Las camas grandes, habitaciones amplias y luminosas. Totalmente equipados y su localización cerca del metro de un supermercado. El sofa se desmontaba, escalera de entrada un poco incomoda para subir con maletas grandes o carros.

• CHRISTINE (8/5): - It was roomy for our family of 4. A few minutes from the subway station. It was hard to find. Google Maps doesn’t show the correct coordinates. There were no instructions for the home and WiFi. There was a 7-11 close by but not many stores or restaurants around the property.
• Tam (2/5): Was not a comfortable stay. The outside looked better than the inside. - Only thing about this property that was good was the location. No lift had to carry suitcases 3 levels up through a narrow stairwell. Was terribly dirty. Had 1 toilet roll shared to 5 adults and 1 baby when we rented for a week. Bedside tables weren’t even tables they were foldable box that were sloppy. No laundry washing/dishwasher detergent and dish sponge was disgusting as well as cutlery,cupboards and walls. We saw a rusty dish rack under kitchen and Stains everywhere on the walls and couch. When we checked in. My frail father in law had an accident with the couch while holding our baby and fell backwards. Very dangerous furniture needs to be removed asap! This was also reported immediately.

• Yi Fei (8/5): 整個空間就跟官方照片一樣， 很舒適方便 - 位置很不錯，美中不足的是最近的車站沒有電梯 樓上晚上聲音太大，反應之後都能很快得到回應 有洗衣機可以洗衣服很讚 附近有7-11、超市，買水果、早餐很方便 床頭板有些許灰塵，但不是太嚴重 沒有砧板，所以只能用盤子充當 鍋具塗層有剝落，如果要煮食的話會有點疑慮

• Michael (9/5): Were very comfortable staying in this apartment. Location is great - The location and The room is enough for my family. The Door lock access is not a friendly use. Its hard to unlocked using sensor digital access. Most of the time we’re leaving the apartment open. Because its not easy unlocked when its locked.

• Michael (4/5): Disappointed. An high-rating property which isn't really deserved. - First impressions when we walked in - oh, this is quite nice ! Unfortunately, those impressions didn't last long... Also the location is handy for a train station, and is in an interesting area of traditional narrow alleys and packed-in houses. A good supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Well, where do you start ? I think this place would be great for a one-night stay for a stag do or such, but for a longer family stay (as was ours), there were too many downsides... the building site next door, where the hammering started at 8 each morning the cleanliness levels were 'mixed', but very poor by Japanese standards (dust on the headboards, very ropey kitchenware, a load of red cushions with dubious staining, the hundreds of fag ends at the foot of the stairs) oh god, the kitchenware, well, if you like old and knackered plastic plates, you'll like this place. One tiny fryingpan which had lost it's non-stick surface, plastic beakers, one cutting knife, no cutlery knives, plastic cups, wow they've really pushed the boat out... We did eat in a couple of nights, but two burners and a microwave is your lot... fortunately there's millions of eating-out choices in Japan, so that was preferable. the dining area is for a maximum of four people (fine by us, but the listing suggests up to 10 to stay !!), the sofa bed would fit three sitters at a push. They've not even connected the tv to an aerial, so you have to rely on youtube or whatever (which probably most people like well enough... but really...) I politely asked whether it would be possible to supply an iron (since there's a washing machine there), and received a very curt reply approximately "no. we don't do that". Hey ho. The instruction pack was hilarious - umpteen identical instructions about bins and key collection (most of which were for the wrong key-store type). Many directions to the property, all of which were wrong (this problem repeated by googlemaps, and has been mentioned on other reviews). Would we stay here again ? No, sorry. The owners are not customer-focused, and the property doesn't deserve its high rating.

• Nikki (5/5): Great place but challenging to get access to - Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It had more than enough room for our family of five. The location was fantastic, 2 min walk to subway station and convenience store. I was sent the wrong door code and it took over an hour for us to gain access to our room. We arrived at night, straight off a long flight and this was very inconvenient.

• Han (9/5): Good value for money. - Brand new apartment with good facilities, very nice and comfortable. Very close to MTR station with many restaurants and food market around. Google maps did not mark the route accurately, leading to difficulty in finding the apartment, especially in the evening. We have renewed the location on Google maps, and Exit 4 of the MTR is much more close and convenient to the apartment, better update the check-in instruction. Hope it helps. There are no slippers provided, which make bare feet on the floor very cold. Better provide one-off slippers. And one of the cooking pots is a little broken. Better provide a new one.
• Pavel (6/5): Good place in a convenient location - Convenient location, close to the metro and to the Life store. Large room, quite comfortable for five people. Separate bathroom. Lots of sockets. A full-fledged kitchen table, where the whole family can have breakfast. It was inconvenient to climb to the second floor along a narrow staircase with suitcases. There were no instructions on how to connect to Wi-Fi. The detergent and liquid hand soap were empty, there were new bottles in the cabinets, but I would have liked to see ready-to-use detergents right away. Old sponge for washing dishes. No hooks for clothes in the bathroom. No closet for outerwear. The light bulb in one of the rooms, for reading, did not work. Scratched plastic dishes, some plates are dirty. Noisy neighbors upstairs in the early morning and at night, construction since 8 a.m.

• Muntasir (8/5): Spacious place close to the metro and easy access to convenient stores - Very roomy and spacious place for our family. There isnt a dryer so if doing laundry will need to air dry clothes. The keypad is also glitchy at times.

• Osvaldo100 (8/5): Good but needs cleaning improvement - The apartment was really big, modern and well located. The stair case was really dirty, full of dust and hair balls. No cleaning in months I guess. Inside the apartment things were better but still dusty and some hairs here and there.All the dishes and bowls were plastic ones. Its really a shame that in such a fancy apartment the management is so bad.
• Mark (8/5): Clean place. Good location. - Overall clean place and facility was in good working order. Close to local restaurants, convenient store and easy walking distance to metro station. Only complaint is that it was smaller than anticipated for a group of 8. The facility would be ideal and comfortable for a party of 4. Even with 6 would be quite tight. Next time I would rent out 2 floors instead on 1
• Alan (7/5): Clean apt in good neighborhood, but lacking service, comfort details, & challenging check-in procedures - The apt was clean and spacious. It was in a good neighborhood, very convenient to the subway, and close to a nice grocery store. The check-in process was very difficult and complicated. We were already traveling overseas when they notified us that we had to PRE-check-in and they wanted documents submitted through a website which was uncomfortable and seemed unsafe, not to mention challenging since we didn’t have WiFi everywhere. There was a tablet with further check-in requests at the apt but they left an uncharged, dead device and we couldn’t figure it out. Super frustrating and unlike any of the other two places we stayed at in Japan! We also could not leave luggage before or after our check-in/check-out for storage purposes, which was unexpected because every other place had kindly allowed that and we were told to leave them in station lockers, but no directions or advice was given about which stations had them, etc. Other frustrations were that the bathroom had very poor lighting, there was no where to hang wet towels, there was no full-length mirror, and there was no storage for our luggage or belongings (the one closet was jammed with linens and decor things). You can tell this is a property - a nice, newer apt - run strictly as a business with zero personal interactions or interest in the comfort or service to guests.

• Adam (10/5): What a find! - Central to transport, with Tanimachi subway station right next door (you cant hear a sound, dont worry) and not too far away from Dotonbori/Osaka stations. The rooms were huge, the loungeroom & kitchen were awesome to have & bathroom/toilet/wash room facilities all great. Bed was super comfy. Cold and comforting aircons in all 3 rooms. Quiet street/area, but still some nice places around to explore. Hardly scratched the surface of where to go and what to do. Overall was exceptional value, wish we had longer to stay there Instructions for WiFi we couldn't find but figured it out with a QR code on the router. Pillows are small but can double them up without issue. After initially feeling like "where the heck are we?", realised it's a quaint little street with a true feeling of Japan city life

• Ronie. (10/5): Best affordable room in osaka - Everything was good. The room, the airconditioning, the safety, the comfortable beds and pillows and comforter. The toilet kitchen dining table. Everything. Soaps, tissue paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Microwave, plates, spoons, garbage. Etc etc. Best part, there is scooter for rent on the ground floor, you can roam around using it. I was on the third floor. We need to carry our things 3 floors up and my old mother in law find it hard

• Kenneth (10/5): Clean comfy place to stay - Good location, clean, great value for money. my kids were thrilled with their room. All beds were clean and comfortable - plenty of extra pillows/blankets were provided too. Overall my best stay in Japan :) Washer is right in unit - and the shower area works as a dryer. It is clean and comfortable with more space than any other place I stayed in my trip to Japan. It made me wish I was able to stay in Osaka longer :) About a 25 minute walk to what I called the "Las Vegas" of Japan - busy outdoor night life, Pachinko galore, food galore, street performers, lights, action!!! We loved walking that area. And fairly close to trains, 7'11 is just up a small hill , Outdoor shopping center, trains etc. were all close We drove and the parking was pretty cheap in the area too. The only one thing was it was hard to find the first time coming. Once we found it, we were so happy :)
