• Christine (10/5): Kan varmt anbefales - Det var pænt og rent. Det lå super i Milano tæt på central station. Det var lidt besværligt med check-in da vi først ankom kl 23.30, og det kostede yderligere 50 euro

• Malgorzata (8/5): Great location, large apartament with a nice terrace - Really good location and large living area, having terrace was great. The soda bed had a hard mattress and even with an extra topper wasn’t comfy

• Zuzia (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect, near central railway station with short distance to metro line and surrounded by many shops and café. The building complex is very nice as well. The flat is spacious, with high ceilings. Both the bed and sofa were very comfortable. AC was working well. Contact with the owners and company that manages the rent was good. The appliances are a bit old and used, there was no coffee, tea or kettle, as well as dishwasher tablets. In the shower there was no hot water, but as there is also a tub, which had hot water, we didn't mind. Only soap and shampoo was provided. There were a lot of ants on the balcony.
• Corina (10/5): A great, well equipped apartment in a safe, quiet area. - The apartment was surprisingly big and very nicely designed. It was equipped with everything you could need for a long stay. The beds were comfortable and the terrace was really beautiful. The location was one of it’s best features: a few minutes away for the central train station, in a very quiet residential complex, and you had everything you could need in a 2 minutes radius: supermarket, bank, storage facilities and great, reasonably priced restaurants. The owners were also kind enough to let us check in early and allow us to check out a bit later. Overall, we would definitely come back.
• Kate (6/5): Sweatbox with potential - This apartment's location is fabulous; the building is clean and very quiet. Close to train stations, the metro, supermarkets and lots of fun restaurants The person who greeted us was friendly and very helpful. The apartment is huge and there are all the facilities you could need, a washing machine, a drying rack, and a sofa. The back balcony is great. From what I read in the reviews and the description, this property is run by the owners! IT IS NOT! It is run by a big company and their attention to detail is terrible. When we arrived at 9.15 pm there was no bedding on the bed, there was another person's suitcase in the corridor. They did not fill up the dishwashing liquid or hand soap. When I contacted the owners they palmed all responsibility off to the company. The dishes were dirty, the washing machine added decorations to your clothing, the iron was in a wet moulding box and the ACS did not work. They said they would get them fixed.... after we left, so I hope whoever followed us on July 25th onwards got AC. The door to the living room balcony did not open and there is no manual for any appliances, so it is guess your way. It was stinking hot with ACS that did not work and they did not bring us a fan or anything. We didn't sleep well at all!. The master AC had something seriously wrong with it. It made constant cracking noises and even if it had been off for 10 hours they continued. The living room AC blew warm air on cold mode. The fan was not big enough to make an impact on the size of the living room This apartment has so much potential but the management and attention to detail are so poor. My last gripe was about their "welcome" pack. I was expecting water and coffee. We got toilet paper and soap. Be wary of this place.

• Doug (10/5): Exceptional - Check-in was clearly marked 3pm. I asked ahead of time for an early check-in and was turned down due to high volume of requests. After a 9 hour flight from the US, I arrived at 8a.m. There wasn't a place to store my luggage, so I waited in the train station for my room to be ready. I received a message that the earliest I could check-in was now 4pm. This would have been a huge inconvenience since I had a tour booked for 4pm (no shower or change of clothes). Between the owner and the host, they were able to get my room ready just after 2pm. The housekeeping manager (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was awesome and met me to let me in the room. This was very appreciated. The bed was a little uncomfortable.
