• Dr. Fatih (5/5): Die Unterkunft überzeugt weder durch Sauberkeit noch Organisation und weist zudem erhebliche Mängel bei Service, Ausstat - Die Größe der Unterkunft und die vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer heruntergekommenen Straße und in einer wenig einladenden Gegend. Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig – unter dem Bett fanden wir sogar eine gebrauchte Kondomverpackung. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Betten weder bezogen noch vorbereitet. Obwohl wir mit vier Kindern angereist sind, waren lediglich zwei Betten hergerichtet. Trotz mehrfacher Anrufe konnte keine kurzfristige Lösung organisiert werden. Eine Reinigungskraft wurde nicht geschickt, sodass wir gezwungen waren, sämtliche Betten selbst zu beziehen und vorzubereiten. Das ist äußerst unprofessionell. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal gestaltete sich ebenfalls schwierig: Bei jedem Anruf erreichten wir eine andere Person und mussten unser Anliegen erneut schildern. Zwar war das Personal freundlich, wirkte jedoch insgesamt überfordert und wenig kompetent. Zudem waren die Deutschkenntnisse teilweise unzureichend. Rückrufe wurden mehrfach zugesagt, jedoch nie eingehalten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein umgebautes Ladenlokal im Erdgeschoss und entsprechend sehr hellhörig. Zudem lassen sich die Türen nur unzureichend sichern, was insbesondere für sicherheitsbewusste Gäste problematisch sein dürfte. Mit besserer Organisation, zuverlässigem Personal und einer gründlicheren Reinigung hätte die Unterkunft Potenzial. In dem aktuellen Zustand können wir jedoch nur 3 von 10 Punkten vergeben.

• Robert (8/5): - Es war gut,daß wir unser Gepäck schon vor dem Checkin dort deponieren konnten. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und die Betten bequem. Ideale Wohnung für eine größere Gruppe. Würde wieder hingehen. Die Schlüsselbox ist sehr ungeschickt unter einer Parkbank befestigt.Man muss sich auf den Boden knien um ranzukommen. in der Beschreibung sind 2 Bäder ausgewiesen,was so nicht zutrifff. Das eine ist die Toilette,das andere eine Dusche.Ich fand es ein bisschen kleinlich für einen etwas späteren Checkout sofort 20 Euro pro angefangener Stunde zu verlangen.

• Annika Hilgaard (8/5): Dejligt ophold med plads til forbedringer - Vi havde en dejlig uge i Berlin med 5 personer. Lejligheden indeholder det mest nødvendige for et ophold, hvor der spises mest ude. En dejlig, men nedslidt lejlighed. I beskrivelse af lejligheden angives der at der er to badeværelser med bruser. Dette stemmer ikke overens med virkeligheden. Det er et toilet med lille håndvask og seperat bruser med lille håndvask. Offentligt parkering på gaden. Angivet til 16 euro pr døgn, stemmer desværre heller ikke. Nu koster det 25 euro pr døgn, hvilket jo er en betydelig højere pris Skuffende at opdage ved ankomst til lejligheden
• Bajgot (10/5): It was just wonderful! - The apartament is spacious and extra clean. It was was nice that there is a tea, coffee and even a french press. We has a problem to get into apartment but hosts picked up the phone immediately and have is instructions. There is a lot of parking spots along the street and it costs 3€ per hour from Monday to Friday prom 09:00 am to 06:00 pm. There is a lot shops and restaurants with middle-east food around. From apartament you can get in about 15 minutes to the ZOO and Brandenburg Tor.
• Arne (8/5): God valuta for pengene. - Dejlige store værelser og god plads. Der var to nøgler til lejligheden, som forfandtes i en nøgleboks. Nøgleboksen var under en bænk på vejen ved lejligheden. Nøgler hang ikke sammen og derfor fik vi ikke begge nøgler med ud af boksen. Resultat var, at vi ikke kunne komme ind i lejligheden. Døren til lejligheden var endvidere næsten umulig, at låse.

• Ruby (9/5): Great stay, easy traveling from the appartment to other parts of Berlin and comfy beds to rest from all the adventures. - The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It had everything you need, a kitchen with all utilities, a compact shower, washing machine and so on. The location was a little bit off, the woman in our group felt a little bit looked at by some men in the neighborhood.
• Ina-Andrea (10/5): Super Wohnung für eine Gruppe oder Familie - Sehr schöne, sehr große und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter. Super Kommunikation. Ruhige Lage. Auto konnte direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden (am Wochenende kostenfrei)

• Tom (7/5): Roomy converted ground floor shop type flat. - Very spacious rooms, nice neighbourhood. Weird wiring, so hard to use sockets if you have adaptors for non EU sockets. Some minor bits of maintenance needed.

Big beds The apartment has a door that opens into the building’s hallway,which is locked, but you can still hear noise when someone enters the building. We left our car in a parking belonging to a small mall 20 minutes far away from the apartment.

• Christopher (10/5): A lovely stay Thankyou. - A very spacious and well laid out property, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was powerful and remained hot even for 5 of us. Lots of facilities in the kitchen alongside teas and coffee. Easy to get into city centre. Very happy with our stay and the hosts were easy to contact via booking.com The only fault I would have with the whole stay is the location of the key box was under a bench and fairly difficult to access, I would suggest mounting a key safe to the wall outside the property for ease.
• Sarah (7/5): A good location and comfy, practical apartment - The apartment was spacious, well equipped for our short stay, we didn’t actually cook at all, just made tea and coffee. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and with good pressure. Located a 5 minute walk from a train station so good access to all tourist spots, shops also close by. A great little cafe by the station too, we enjoyed for breakfast As a property owner myself, it’s not until you stay in your property do you appreciate what isn’t there, so, I would suggest you need some mirrors in the bedrooms. There was a little noise from the street, but as we live in the countryside in the uk hardly surprising we noticed
• Engelie (6/5): Okay but not exceptional. - Clean, large, warm appartement. Good shower. Dishwasher. Large eating table. Spacious sleeping rooms. Good beds. Enough towels. Tip: parking garage at the Turmstraße for 10 euro / 24 hr. We loved to use the steps in Berlin. Lack of several kitchen utensils, like tea can, saladebowl, ovenforms/plates and more. Unpractical kitchen with 2 cooking plates and some stuff which is too high for easy handling. Very small bathroom. We would recommend not more than 6 people. Street and surrounding bit rubbish.
