Heather (10/5): Highly recommended - This was a wonderful place to stay. The common areas were outstanding with a big and bright kitchen and sitting room. My room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were great. A lot of care went into creating and maintaining this place. Highly recommended. My room had a big window by the front entrance so I felt I needed to keep it covered at all times for some privacy. It wasn’t a big deal but that room would benefit from a better window covering.

Aubrey (9/5): Great value for an excellent experience! - The whole place was clean, common spaces felt welcoming, and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was a great size and had nice linens. They came in daily to clean and make the bed which was really nice, I don’t think that’s typical for hostels! Breakfast was small, plumbing and front gate could use some attention, significant road noise from your busses idling outside the window.

Jorge the manager helped me book my tours which was brilliant.. your on the doorstep of all ammenties and the centre of pucon is around the corner.. great place for the value and stayed an extra 2 nights. Would definately come back.. Nothing, everything was great

Jay (9/5): I will work on my spanish and like to return one day. - La Nuez was in a great location, close to town centre, restaurants and shops. The Breakfast that we got each morning was delicious and of good quantity. Nice, well kept house. Very friendly Hosts, We managed to get into our room earlier which was great after coming to Pucon on a night bus. Wifi was a little weak in the back room, but thats not the end of the world. I don't have much spanish so it made it a little more difficult to communicate.

Aaron (10/5): Wonderful 6 days at La Nuez! - Great location at the edge of town but close to some excellent restaurants and walking distance to two grocery stores. Lots of free street parking in front of the building. Jorge, the host and breakfast master was helpful, friendly, and prepared simple but delicious breakfasts every morning. He also gave us tons of great recommendations for hikes, activities, and areas to check out around Pucón. His communication was clear and thorough, although his english was very limited. The back patio/porch was a great place to relax in relative quiet. It could use some hammocks to increase leisure outside. The kitchen was large and had most of the utilities necessary for cooking. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it was very warm during the day. We had a separate bathroom, but it was still private and tidied up daily. The common space is quiet but very comfortable and welcoming. I can't recommend this BnB enough! It was so great and Pucón so beautiful that within our first night, we requested to extend our stay. Any great backyard needs some good hammocks to relax in! Having fans in the upstairs bedrooms to keep them a little cooler would be very beneficial.

The location is perfect for exploring around town or going out to restaurants. The service was really great and you can ask in advance for any help or recommendations for organizing tours in the area. It was quite cold in the room even with the heat running at full capacity. The walls are really thin so you can hear the noise from the street.

Jens (9/5): Superb - La Nuez is a very cosy B&B. Our rooms upstairs had a private bathroom and a comfortable bed. The shared living room downstairs was spacious and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it very much. Breakfast was delicious, usually with fruit, fresh juice, Italian coffee, toast and eggs. Our host Jorge was super nice and attentive - despite the fact that communication was difficult (our Spanish and his English were equally rusty). He also organised a great tour to the Termas Geometricas for us on a cold rainy day - perfect! There are plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets closeby. Free WiFi was a little slow at times (we were on business travel and needed it for work), especially upstairs in our rooms. One of our two rooms faced a fairly busy street, and was a bit noisy until late at night, esp. on weekends from traffic and some nearby bars/pubs.
Silvia (10/5): Wonderful 🥰 - Wounderfull host Jorge, he does everything for you. I traveled off season and he even left music on so I didn't feel alone in the big house coming home from dinner. His Breakfast ist excelent so is the Lunch you get when go on a tour and missing breakfast. It's a beautiful old house with a wounderful garden. Room, Bed n Wifi was great. Location's perfect, next to a supermarket, the best coffee-place and in walkingdistanz to everything in the center.I had a wounderful stay - felt like home. Thank you! Leaving 😇

Chantal (10/5): The lovliest place to stay in Pucón - I would highly recommend Priscilla‘s place to everyone! - We had a perfect stay at B&B La Nuez. Best of all is the warm-hearted host Priscilla, who made everything for us to feel good. She contacted me even before our stay in case I have any questions or needed help. She kept on responsibg quickly to every question we had. Also in person Priscilla was super friendly and fot example helped us organising tours in Pucón and offered laundy service. The breakfast was also a highlight, which was preparated by her husband and was just delicious. even when we left too early to have breakfast there, they made us a lunch box for free. the guests can also use the kitchen - which is very well equipped- themselves during the day. The house was also very beautiful with its wooden parts and decorated with much love, so it felt cozy like home. If I ever come back to Pucón I‘ll definitely choose this B&B again! 1000 thanks to Priscilla, her family and Javi (also great staff member)!!

Martin (10/5): During traveling for 3 months through South America, I stayed in several hostels, including the big hostel chains like S - The people who run the hostel, Priscilla and Jorge, are awesome. The breakfast is extraordinary and so delicious! The bedroom, as well as the bathroom, were very clean. And so is the cosy living room. All in all, I would definitely recommend the La Nuez Hostel in Pucòn!
נועה (9/5): I highly recommend staying at La Nuez BnB - I loved staying at La Nuez BnB. The location is great, close to everything you need. there is a grocery store right in front of the hostel. the hostel is clean, quiet and has everything I needed. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and full of different options. The water flow in the shower was a little uncomfortable to use.

Priscilla was a very nice host and the staff were ready to help us with every question, also they can recommend you restaurant and tour agencies for your vacation. A very cosy hostel, I can say more a hotel, for sure best in Pucon for its price A little bit of noise from the street and neighbours but its manageable.
Anina (10/5): Great place - We arrived early in the morning, first the offered us a coffee and a tea in the lobby and after that we could move to the room already. The interior is very nice and the bed is comfortable! Next to the hotel is a artist area with small shops! We had a great time!
