Especial agradecimiento a la persona que nos hizo el cheking: aterrizamos un poco más tarde, se interesó por si todo iba bien y nos explicó las normas con claridad. Muy amable. Nada!! Por decir algo, poner alguna percha más en el baño para dejar las toallas y unas repisas para los neceseres.

• Zaneeda (8/5): Lovely! - Lovely location. Walking distance from all the main attractions and sites. Booked both apartments which were perfect for our group of 12.

The shower door upstairs was detaching from the rail, and there was an issue with the main door code after 4 days it stop working until.the end of the stay but we had the key to open as a backup. But with a group.of 8 it was difficult when we were not together to get into the building.

Far enough to have some silence during the night, but close enoough to hit the city attraction fast. the place is very spaciuos for 4 people. If you want to travel with 6, those who sleep in the kitchen may change the perspective The bathroom requires a renovation. It was clean, but the furniture and some equpment need to be repelced. Bacause of the broken door handle we olmost got stuckedf ina very importantnt moment, but i believe it was repaired after we left

• Robert (8/5): - Overall we really enjoyed this apartment. It was in a great location, just a few minute walk to the Duomo and the heart of the city. The apartment itself was small but had everything we needed. It was a great place for a family of four. The only criticisms would be that the bathroom was tight for four people but typical for an older building. The only other complaint is that the unit next to ours was under construction so the jackhammering started early every morning on our wall, and continued throughout the day. Since we were out sight seeing it wasn't much of a problem, but it would have been nice to know about the construction before we got there.

• Yen (8/5): Awesome! - Very modern inside. Plenty of space for 5 people. Would definitely stay here again! There are no elevators to the apartment so it can be a challenge if one has many or large suitcases! The apartment is on the top floor!

• Nare (10/5): Large and clean apartment close to city center - Very clean and large apartment. Plenty of space for a family of 5, which is not easy to find. Though we didn't cook, the kitchen was well equipped. It's close to main attractions, we walked everywhere. It's a little bit fat from train station but still we were able to walk as we didn't have much luggage.
• Khuraman (7/5): Good - the location was really good! The apartment itself is exactly what you see in the pictures. Clean and spacious. the heater was not working time to time, especially during the nights it stopped working completely, so we literally woke up at nights from cold. But there were air conditioners so we managed to keep the apartment warm.

• Latasha (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very nice, modern and enjoyed the decor. The Loft Bedroom for me was good if your 5"6, not if your taller.Good customer service,accommodated 6 very well. Climbing up the stairs to the 3rd floor, and the shower upstairs had little water pressure it may be because the shower hose leaks alot water. Taking pressure from the shower head.

• Fiona (7/5): Lovely apartment in great neighborhood. - Location was GREAT, very central and everywhere was walkable. Lovely restaurants and bakeries very close by, supermarkets too. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for the most part. The apartment was on the top floor of a 3 story building with no lift. We were travelling with fresh but elderly parents which made the climb a few times a day on top of walking the city less than ideal for them. I dont believe it was outlined in the description of the apartment, it would have been good to know beforehand. Also, one of the bedrooms is not suitable for tall people, again, not a huge deal but we had a few bangs of heads.
• Fiona (10/5): Bellisimo! 🇮🇹❤️ - Beautiful apartment in a convenient and quiet location. Very clean (all just as the photos) with super comfortable beds. Friendly café on the corner for breakfast, lovely lady don’t flinch when my teenage son wanted an iced coffee for breakfast. The A/C unit in the main bedroom wasn’t as effective as the other 2, so the room was a little too warm overnight.
• Eric (8/5): Florence - Great communication from hosts. Easy check in and out instructions. Place was clean with A/C units in each room, which kept things very cool in July. 5 of us were comfortable there. In a quiet neighborhood about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. About a 20 minute walk to the train station. The 2 bedrooms are good sized. 1st impressions weren't great as the entry corridor is in poor shape and makes you think your place is going to be a dump (which it isn't). The unit below was under construction, so the noise wasn't great, but that's obviously temporary and we were warned about it. Living area is tight with the fold away bed laid out. The balcony is very small and looks out to the open interior of the building.

• Alexis (10/5): Comfy & Beautiful Firenze Apt - The apt looked just as it does online. They provided plenty of kitchen supplies tea and coffee so we were able to make breakfast. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets. Easy to watch tv and relax. The little balcony was nice as well. It was a bit out of the way for some sites but otherwise no issues

However, the ceiling of the upper floor was quite low, and I had to bend down considerably to avoid hitting my head. And there were also a lot of flies. Despite having a fly protection plugs on the table, there were no refills for the repellent.
• Laurie (8/5): Friends traveling to visit college students traveling abroad. - Apartment was nice and roomy for 5 of us. Staff incredible! Because it was an apartment we did not have a hotel front desk to help us but the staff called, helped us with transportation and was truly incredible! The staff also accommodated 5 of us without an hiccups - so appreciated! Bathroom small for 5 people but truly a minor minor inconvenience!
