• Sergio (10/5): Good location, good value for the price. - It was very good location and easy to get to tram station and get to the old town. The apartment was big and could easily host 6 people. The host is responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and bead sheets (as well as whole apartment) were clean. The shower was a little bit hard to use. The head shower wasn’t working, we had to do some trick to make it work. Also the couch was some broken leg. Those two things requires some maintenance.

• S David (7/5): Idéal pour Séjour groupe à Prague - situation/configuration idéale, maintenance est nécessaire - Le quartier est super calme à 10-15 min en tramway du centre et dans une rayon max de 15-25 min de tram max des sites touristiques de la majestueuse Prague. La taille et la configuration duplex 2 niveaux du logement, la terrasse qui donne sur 2 chambres. le total des 5 chambres, le confort de la literie, les 2 salles de bain, la situation à 300 m du tramway 4, 22, .... sont super pour un événement en famille ou entre amis. La remise des clés est simple, fournitures de draps/serviettes parfaite, des dosettes de café, du thé, de l'huile, du sel, vous attendent Le service est de très bon niveau, le logement a un excellent potentiel, mais nécessite une bonne maintenance. Les équipements du logement sont dans un état général très moyen, très utilisé, très usé. Le micro-onde fait un bruit bizarre, la hotte de cuisine est très salle, beaucoup d'ampoules HS dans les spots de la partie cuisine. Radiateurs de 3 des 4 chambres du premier étage ne chauffent pas suffisamment, les fenêtres PVC des 2 chambres qui donnent sur la terrasse ferment mal et sont peu étanches (>> froid). Les sols sont très usagers au niveau inférieur, du carrelage est cassé dans la cuisine, les chaises de la salle à manger sont très abimées, certains verrous de fenêtres double vitrage sont cassés. Une bonne maintenance et ce sera parfait. C'est notre second séjour à Prague en 2 mois, et l'on peut comparer à une 2nd logement noté 9.4-9.6 aussi, mais celui-ci est plutôt 7-7.5 max

• Josh (10/5): The best value-for-money place in Prague by miles - We stayed as a group of 5 and the apartment had everything for us, perfect location, amazing amenities and the host was very nice
• Lidia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very spacious and just a tram ride away from the city centre. Has everything that we needed. Everything very neat and tidy. We had some challenges with the central heating one night and would like to thank the owner for the willingness to support 24/7. Maybe 2 bathroom is not much of you are coming a family of 8 or more, but we managed.
