• 짜투리 (8/5): - 이번 여행은 시내버스를 이용하는 컨셉으로 여행 계획을 잡았는데, 구글 맵을 이용하여 여기저기 다니기에 괜찮았고, 버스정류장도 걸어서 5~10분 거리에 있어 재밌는 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 또한 근처에 편의점이 있어 편리했고, 아침에만 여는 식당이 바로 옆에 있습니다. 일단 숙박비가 카드 결제가 안됩니다. 체크인 하자마자 선결제 해 달라고 했고, 카드가 안되니 트래블리 카드로 근처 ATM기에서 현금을 뽑으려고 했지만, 그것도 안되어 할 수 없이 100달러에 5000원 손해보고 달러로 계산했습니다. 숙박비는 카드가 안되고 선결제이니 반드시 현금을 미리 준비해 가시길.

• Charlie (8/5): Very nice modern apartment very spacious good facilities! - The apartment was very spacious had cooking facilities large fridge freezer and a big bed also with table and seats tv and spacious bathroom. It was located near convenience stores and cafes and 20 min walk from the major markets in ho chi minh city. Easy to get grabs from and good communication from staff through booking.com. Easy check in and check out process too. Only 1 pillow each

And a kitchenette with microw - It looks like a quaint corner studio apartment with a nice balcony, and kitchenette. Can heat up simple meals. The door doesn’t lock too easily, need several tries before I’m able to fully lock the door.

Loved the quieter location especially if you don't want to stay in the noisier District 1 but still want to be able to visit all the attractions without travelling too far. There are tons of local food and cafes here without the mark-ups. Would be nice to have a secured lock box in the room.

Would definitely stay again. Not enough kitchen equipment, water and towels provided upon entry but never refilled or change – it's not quite a hotel and not quite a homestay and I never figured out what it actually is!

На кухні є все необхідне: мікрохвильова піч, холодильник чайник, плита. Все чисто і охайно. Є телевізор . Ванна кімната теж велика, потужній потік води в душі. Дуже сподобалася турбота про дрібниці : були надані всі необхідні гігієнічні засоби, а також вода та велика кількість льоду в морозильній камері. А також було приємно знайти записку з моїм імʼям в кімнаті з найкращими побажаннями від 7 Apartments для мого комфортного перебування 🫶- це дуже мило 🫠. Ліжко - просто фантастичне, надзвичайно зручне, ми добре висипалися і відпочивали. Кондиціонер гарно працює. Локація чудова, близько до центру та всіх визначних місць. Дуже тихий район. Ми не відчували ніякого шуму з вулиці. Щиро рекомендую! Дякуємо за гостинність!🙏

Early check in and late check out were not allowed until i paid. Asked if there was any guests before and after me. They said no. But insisted i paid 200k to check in 1hr earlier.. Confusing message exchange on booking.com. it felt like they agreed to ley me have a complimentary early check in. But the lady at the reception insisted for 200k. Terrible. Same thing for check out.

• Sharmeen (5/5): Okay - Overall, I think this is an okay place if you just need somewhere to stay. It was actually clean, and location was not too far from main things (about 15 min taxi). However, my friend and I decided to leave after one night. Everything looked clean, but there was a very odd, moldy smell. When I looked up at the bathroom ceiling, there were small black spots everywhere, which was essentially molding. The sheets also had stain marks on them and it took a very long time for the AC to work. There were also little ants everywhere, despite the place looking clean. If you just need a place to crash, then this might be okay. But if you're like me and really value cleanliness and fresh smell, then this place might not be worth it.

But don't book the standard double room. - Apt was clean and comfortable, and staff was helpful! if you are booking the standard double room, be aware that is a room on the ground floor, that lacks privacy, was noisy due to the proximity of the street and the elevator, and dark, because I had to keep the curtains shut all the time (neighbors could see it all)

Bed was comfortable and there where outlets next to each side of the bed. Since Saigon is a very loud city this was a nice place to relax. Everything was great. Just bedside lamps would be nice.

Shower was a good size too. There is a conveience store right on the corner which is super handy. Also a delicious breakfast spot right next door. Location wise, an easy walk or grab to the city center. Bit noisy in the morning from 6am with seller going by, then with kids at the school across the street below, perhaps louder for me being on a lower floor. Can hear the elevator + people coming and going and smell cigarette smoke.

• Zara (10/5): Exceptional - We were a little nervous to stay here as there weren’t many reviews however it was exceptional! The value for what you get in such a big city was amazing, would recommend it anybody and would 100% stay here again. The only only thing is air con was a little slow to start up so when you had been out for the day it took a bit of time to cool down, once it got going it was lovely!

We were aware of this before, but somehow underestimated the walking distance. Ended up using a Grab most of the time (around 2 USD one way).

A 10-15 minute walk across the bridge towards the D1 area for tourists spots. A shop and cafes just a few minute walk from the apartments. • Melanie (9/5): Great location in a quiet area with many food stalls nearby. - The staff at 7 Apartment is so friendly and very helpful. Our flight was delayed so we had to move our check in to 1am. We informed them of this and they responded quickly, stating they had night staff who will happily help us to our room once we arrive at the hotel. The room was clean and you could request your room to be made via a sign on the door. The double balcony room is wonderful, with sunlight illuminating the room. They have AC which is a must for the Vietnam humidity and heat. Great location with loads of food stalls nearby, all within 1 to 10 minute walking distance. There's also a Circle K, G25, and Mini-Stop convenient store super close to the hotel too. The hotel is in a quieter area compared to the hotel locations near the CBD which I think was great. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to District 1/CBD area over a bridge. At check out, the staff allowed us to keep our luggage at reception while we went out to eat since our flight was much later in the day. I'd highly recommend staying at this hotel as they staff are very accomodating and the location is ideal! The fabric headboard of the bed was slightly stained from people's heads leaning on it but otherwise the room was clean and well stocked.
