• Valentina (1/5): Мизерия в центъра на София - Единственото, което ми хареса е това, че е в центъра на града. Удобна локация. Апартаментът е мизерия както откъм поддръжка, така и откъм чистота. Обявеният диван не ставаше за седене, а за спане да не говорим - беше счупен и се наложи да спим трима човека на легло тип Приста. Гардеробът беше пълен с мръсно бельо, кърпите бяха съмнително чисти. Топ матракът беше по-малък от леглото и също беше в окаяно състояние. След като споделих тези притеснения с домакина, той беше изключително груб и каза , че имам много претенции и не пожела да ми върне парите за останалите две нощувки, тъй като не издържах тази мизерия и резервирах друг имот . Дотук ще спра, пък всеки да си прецени с какво е готов да прави компромиси.

Muy limpio y ordenado El baño es un poco pequeño y no tiene cortina de baño y el agua salpica al ducharse por todos los lados, es muy oscuro porque no tiene iluminación natural

• Афанасьев (3/5): На понравилась система находа ключей это очень не удобно. - Место положение это плюс все близко. Но минус то что ключи тяжело найти пришлось спрашивать у прохожих не все прохожие были отзывчивы( огромное спасибо мужчине курьеру который нам помог найти ключи!!!

• Tracey (7/5): Apartment close to Sofia Centre - The apartment was very close to the centre of the city with trams running just outside so very convenient. The bedroom was spacious with lots of storage space. The toilet water leaked all over the bathroom floor when flushed. The owner was notified and said they would look in to it. The shower has no screen and is just a small room with a shower head, basin and toilet so it gets very wet in there. The key is left in a lock box for us with a code supplied. 2 keys in box but neither open metal gate in to complex. We kept trying only to realise you tap the fob on the doorbell box - a little confusing. Room on 2nd floor up spiral staircase with no lift

• Sandra (4/5): Ubicación perfecta, pero requiere mantenimiento - La ubicación Habían cambiado el pin de entrada para hacer el auto check in y no nos avisaron de ello. Por lo que, al llegar, no pudimos entrar. Tuvimos que ponernos en contacto a través de la mensajería de booking, ya que no nos cogían el teléfono. Podría parecer un problema menor, pero teniendo en cuenta que llegábamos de noche, a la 1 am, fue un momento realmente estresante que podían haber solucionado con un simple mensaje, También tienen que mejorar las instrucciones para realizar el check in: hay una pieza amarilla que abre la puerta de entrada pero tampoco nos avisaron de ello, por lo que estuvimos varios minutos intentando abrir con las llaves, que abren las dos puertas del apartamento. El apartamento es económico y lo mejor, sin duda es la ubicación. Pero el interior del apartamento es muy justo en cuanto a limpieza. Hay que hacer mantenimiento del baño del interior, que pierde agua. Por último, el colchón para hacer de tercera cama está para tirar: viejo, sucio y con muelles que se clavan.

Difficult to access at first. Could not work out how to use the TV. Was not clear what was being asked in the email. Needed to complete this to get directions.

• Rumiana (2/5): Disappointed. Apartment like a bunker without windows, lighting and humidity.... - - This apartment was a complete disappointment. It feels more like a bunker than a place meant for guests. There are no windows in the hallway, kitchen, or bathroom — only one small window in the bedroom, which doesn’t help the overall suffocating atmosphere. The humidity inside is unbearable, with a constant musty, unpleasant smell. The air feels stale and damp, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. The lighting is a disaster — bulbs are broken, lights are flickering constantly, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. The toilet was broken and leaked water onto the floor every time it was used. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. To make matters worse, the apartment is overfilled with random furniture piled on top of each other, like a storage unit rather than a place for travelers. It’s chaotic, cramped, and poorly maintained. It’s shocking that this place is even listed on the platform. Definitely not recommended — avoid at all costs.

• Bruce (10/5): Cozy chalet in the city ☺️ - The place was really cozy. It felt like staying in a chalet in the mountains. The location was central, which allowed us to explore the city center without ever having to use transportation. The staff was always helpful and kind. We thank them all because they made us feel at home. -

• T (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was everything we were looking for. It is in the centre of Sofia and the tram stop downstairs can take you anywhere in the city you need to get to. The famous Vitosha Boulevarde is next door, only for pedestrians, with restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is one bedroom, clean and peaceful. Air conditioning kept us cool when it's 37 degrees outside. Owner was very friendly and welcoming, would come back again next time we are in Bulgaria.moskito Moskito net

• Bozhinova (10/5): Highly recommend! - This place has an absolutely amazing location and everything that you might possibly need is very nearby. The interior is great, very cosy and clean. We would definitely book this place again!
