- Paivi (8/5): Comfortable. - Very helpful host, available to assist with queries at any time. Good location.
- Funsho Bayo (10/5): -
- GEORGE JAMES (7/5): -
- Hester (9/5): All good, just missing shower curtain a small issue. - Very close to train station, easy access to property and room, clean bedroom, fresh bedding, no smoke or animal odour, clear instruction to accessing building and room, quiet area. No shower curtain.

- Mujtaba (10/5): Amazing experience - Nice & quiet
easy access
Very neat & clean as expected
Highly recommend 10/10 There is nothing to dislike
- Jamila (4/5): Mauvais très loin du centre les transports ne s’arrête pas à Iver pas de chauffage c’était sale - Rien Tout
- John (6/5): -
- Chloe (5/5): The place itself is ok for a short stay - That the shared spaces were kept tidy Mould in both shared bathrooms and the shower we had more access to was broken
- John (9/5): -
- Andras (1/5): Very dirty place, don’t waste your money - Nothing, I have checked out after 5 minutes when realise how bad is this place Bathroom was shocking and the bedroom was dirty too, I have checked out after 5 minutes as couldn’t force myself to stay there
- Wesley (10/5): -
- ALI ahmed Ahmed shire (10/5): - Everything Everything
- John (2/5): -
- Imad Eddine (9/5): - I really liked everything so clean and so professional thank you
- DANBERTX (5/5): Nice with a low/moderate budget - Very near to the train station arriving to London in just 30-40 minutes also there is a Costco No chairs to sit in the kitchen and the doors for closing them u must slam them also the bed was small
- Daniele (6/5): Pleasant - Very close to Elizabeth line The room had nothing else than a bed and a small closet. No chairs or desks.
The stairs and floors have been creaking so you always hear if people move around you. Considering how far it is from central London I'd recommend to go somewhere else.
The communal kitchen is a big plus but again, no table or chairs there either.
I probably won't go back
- Sudarshan (9/5): Superb -
- Andy (9/5): Superb - Nice quiet place to stay
Ideal for station!
Easy check in, no problems at all. Nothing!
Everything was great!
- Owen (1/5): DO NOT GO-Booking.com should drop these mofos from listing - Impossible to get tehyre from Heathrow-pvt cab or Uber each 45-46 Pounds since 'out of district at mere 8 km off.. Instant email sent by dumb hosts implies they'll get back to you if you need taxi they'd come up with-THEY DID NOT CONTACT me despite 2 more emails from me--nor did their phone answer. THE WORST! Avoid like plague
- Caedan (10/5): Exceptional - everything the shower was broke
- Kinghorn (5/5): A stressful start and unpleasant feeling in the room. - The location and the ease of getting into the property We were told the night before that the check out time was 2 hours earlier than advertised, to then be asked to pay £20 for a late check out so the cleaner could come back later. I showed the proof of the advertised check out time and we didn’t have to pay at all, but when we got into the property we noticed that the room wasn’t that clean at all. So why would we have had to pay £20 for a cleaner that might not have even shown up by the looks of it. There were hairs in the bed, the sheet had stains on and there was just an overall sense of whoever has been ‘cleaning’ the property to have not given much care into a deep clean.
- Jonathan (5/5): Disappointing - Very disappointed to pay the same rate as the week before and get a much smaller room. Bed was poor and uncomfortable, lack of utensils in the kitchen - scissors for instance and a bottle opener,
- Jonathan (7/5): Very nice - Very clean and good value for money
- Nilton (7/5): Good - The room was comfortable N/A
- Sarah (10/5): A lovely place that we would definitely use again if traveling to London. - Great location and helpful team. The room was comfy and had all we needed. Lovely little cafe nearby and the train into the city was a stones throw away. Would book again. I would recommend taking eye covers. The fire exit light in the room was very bright.
- Anna (2/5): Very poor -
- Kiran (9/5): Superb -
- Obinwanne (1/5): Horrible!!!!! - Nothing!!! First time I will leave a review online. I didn’t get information on how to access the property till on 17/11/2024, when I already checked out.
I was left stranded at midnight with nowhere to stay!
Very horrible and bad service!!!
Called the line that was supposed to act as a contact line, and no one picked!!!
- Osvalda (10/5): Exceptional - Very near train station and easy route to Heathrow
- Richard (8/5): Very good - Clean, comfy stay. Location was a bit out of the way from central London, but right across street from Iver station.
- Hayder (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bista (5/5): Passable -
- Piooly (6/5): Pleasant -
- Johny (8/5): Very good -
- Rhys (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (9/5): Quick and easy for an overnight stay to catch a flight the following day. - Close to rail station and Heathrow airport. Friendly service from owners, who allowed me a late check out for a delayed flight. Only a bed in the room. Nothing else
- Terri (9/5): Perfect village and great place to stay - Jaz is wonderful! All of the staff were great. Ivar is a great little village. Just what we were looking for. The Swan Pub was great with AMAZING food. We will return. You are sharing a bathroom and unfortunately not everyone is clean.
- Waheed (9/5): Beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood with good amenities. The room was very spacious and the house was very peaceful - Beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood with good amenities. The room was very spacious and the house was very peaceful
- Rachael (1/5): Don’t book it - They claim they are close to Heathrow but are 35 minutes train at 35 euros I was forced to book another hotel last minute and they refused a refund even though I never came! Very rude and scammers.
- Sarah (2/5): Not comfortable - No breakfast was provided House cleanliness, better beddings, Fridge food indication, Dinning table and chairs
- Zarar (7/5): Good - My 11 year old son and I stayed here for 1 night. There was no greeting by anyone. The key was left in a keysafe, which was easy to use. The room was big and spacious. The furniture left much to be desired.chair and chest of drawers falling apart. The mattress cover had piss stains (I presume that's what it was), and the pillow covers didn't seem to have been changed. The shared bathroom did have some shampoo and body lotion, but the bath also had what looked to be cigarette burns on it. Only 1 towel in the room booked for 2 people.
I suppose you get what you pay for.
- Arthur (9/5): Superb -
- Allan_23 (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Nemi (9/5): Superb - The room was big and it was right next to the Elizabeth line station and a store. We could hear everything from the rooms next to us and the squeeky stairs to the bathroom woke us every time someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
- Burlan (5/5): Unchanged bed sheets - The room was clean 👌
But bed wasn't changed 😕 The room was very cold 🥶
The bed pillow case and duvet cover also bed sheets wasn't changed.
They was already used too
- Wettasingha (1/5): Bad - Location was very close to elizebeth line.so travelling was pretty easy. I confirmed I am arriving at 5pm. I struggled to find the location ,and was calling the number provided repeatedly ,but nobody answered.finally when I found the location ,the door was locked and nobody was at the door.luckily, a nice guy staying in one of the rooms let us in.
He showed us a different number to call.when I called ,the guy who answered provided me a code to get the room key out of the box,but it was wrong.it was a quite a hassel to call back and forth( call going in to voice mail repeatedly ) finally we could get in. It took nearly an hour. Then at 8pm , I received an email from the management with all the instructions.whats the point after all the trouble I went through ?
Room was ok.bathroom very tiny, but managable.
Heaters didnt work the whole time we were there.
- Damilola (8/5): Very good -
- Victor (7/5): Good - Tv and chair in the room
- Ali (10/5): Wonderful host, takes care of your needs. - The host did absolutely everything to make sure i got all things, for my stay. Train station is really only on 2 mins walk. First floor bath should have a shower curtain. Room in loft needs to have a computer table and chair.
- Delphine (5/5): Passable - The room was cute and comfy. The kitchen was nice and clean enough. The shower downstairs was bad. The water sprayed everywhere but in front.
The quirks of the place got old fast after a day. No sound isolation, I could hear everything inside and outside of the place. The window was annoying, it wouldn't close properly and I got cold during the night.
- Filip (7/5): Good -
- Sorao (8/5): Very good -
- Jodelko (9/5): Iver Heath comfort stay - Host is very responsive, made sure that everything works well. Self check in is convenient. Usual amenities such as toiletries, towels are provided. Clean room. The place is easily located with parking spaces nearby. Bed is not very comfortable but for one night stay it was ok.
- Teng (2/5): Very poor -
- Mohamed (7/5): Good -
- Ema (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (9/5): An excellent service and cost for a simplistic 3 day stay - The property is ideally situated for rail and road travel within a quiet community supported by shops and fuel garages to support my stay of 3 days. Clean, tidy, warm, with relevant facilities and a sizable kitchen and bathroom. Access explained by a supporting administrative email from the “landlords” who remained contactable throughout.
- Donkor (8/5): Very good -
- Hasher (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (3/5): Poor -
- Vanessa (7/5): Good -
- Anchang (8/5): Very good - Quiet, sizeable bed, clean sheets, good security access, equipped kitchen and environment good The location wasn't well described. Please kindly use your office as part of your location description. For example, the black door #44 beside the real estate office is apt. (Give the full name of the office as on the electric sign board)
- Nathan (7/5): Good -
- Leung (4/5): Disappointing - The location is super close to the underground station, which is very convenient, only a 2 minute walk.
The shared bathroom is very clean.
It's very calm and quiet outside.
The heater was warm enough so you can sleep without thick blankets.
There's free wifi. The room was not cleaned at all, it was nasty.
When we got in the room, the bed was a mess as if someone just woke up from there. The blanket, pillow and mattress were so dusty, you can find hair and fur on it, even some wet stains ! It was so disgusting that we ended up patting away the dust off the blanket and just sleep on top of bed's cover blanket. Thankfully it was just for a short night stay so it was bearable , we were so tired and just wanted to sleep.
A WET and dirty towel was hanging on the heater.
Not only the bed, the bin in the room wasn't cleaned; a leftover pizza box was found on the wardrobe, a can of alcohol, a greasy food box and a half emptied water bottle on the shelf; another water bottle and a trash bag on the floor; and big spiders could be seen under the shelf.
It was a terrible experience, the only thing we wanted was to leave as soon as possible.
- Katie (9/5): Superb -
- Md (7/5): I was expecting a little more space in the room. - It’s very close from the Elizabeth train line. the property was okey.
- Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dipak (8/5): Overall a pleasant experience apart from losing out on the money - It was just right for what I needed I believe I paid for 3 nights in total but as I became I’ll I left much earlier as an ambulance had to be called out so left the keys through the letterbox. My car is still round the corner and I hope to be out of Wexham Park Hospital The kitchen was tidy but was unhappy in the state the other quests left the place and they showered extremely early in the morning and I could have done with the peace
- Chiam (3/5): Far and train doesn’t come regularly like normal route - Value for money, they have fridge and washing machine.
The kitchen is big , you can use the microwave.
Neighbourhood is quiet. The train does not comes regularly like normal route. You need to ask the train station staff rather than see the train route map. Train arrive in every 30min, Is far from the city and not convenient even there is train station nearby.
Check email for the password to open the door.
- Hussain (1/5): Bad -
- Stephen (6/5): A clean and convenient end of holiday stay. - Room 6
A pleasant enough room. Room 6
You could provide a bedside table, lamp and perhaps a small desk and chair. There is enough space.
- Paola (3/5): Horrible - Kitchen Bed base was broken and replaced with some cardboards from crisps which obviously didn’t replace the hole that’s in it, mattress very uncomfortable and wobbly Very poor service from host that was aware of it and it’s refusing to give me a refund even I have left a day before my check out was due, having to seek another place, on top of that I didn’t sleep for 2 nights. The heading from the bed it was also added on and moving.wont recommend it at all
- Matija (8/5): Very good -
- Vanessa (8/5): Very good -
- Vanessa (8/5): Very good -
- Neil (5/5): Passable - It was near the station. No parking nearby to leave the car during the day, overnight fine. Upon entering the room it was obvious there was no blind on the window, phoned the owner he said there was a plastic sheet that could go over the window, until the new blind turned up. It was a real pain to get the sheet over the window. I understand it was a value room and that damage may have occured that was nothing to be with landlord. Can't understand why the landlord hadn't actually fixed the temporary solution in place.
- Claire (5/5): Practical if need a close room to Heathrow - 30min away from Heathrow airport (9.90£ one way, Elizabeth line) and 2 mins walk from the station and (only) local store. Not clean, spider webs on windows (bedroom and kitchen), trashcan from previous client not empty. Room 6 had no blind and the note saying it was under repair has long been bleached by the sun. Noisy: could hear the outside noises as well as inside the house, plus an annoying and constant high pitch whistle. Shared bathroom and kitchen that are not very well maintained, no sitting area to eat.
- Daniel (5/5): adequate - it was basic but i only needed the bed for 6 hours didn’t realise it was shared bathroom
no tv in room
- Claude (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (9/5): Superb -
- Derrick (7/5): Great value for money, really close to the train station.Biggest issue was other guests not flushing - Small and basic The bathroom had to be cleaned and toilets flushed a few times
- Zane (9/5): Very quiet house. With a kitchen and two bathroom. - This is my second time at this property. Really nice. Slept in a different room this time. House is typically very clean. Very nice. Elizabeth line isn't too far away too. Like a 3 minute walk. Iver Station. A train ride to central London is like 20 minutes. There's a little costcutter corner shop like 2- 3 mins walk away.
- Roland (8/5): Very good -
- Darren (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ramesh (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect @ the 44A Bathurst walk airB&B
- Nicjr (9/5): Grat stay just outside the urban sprawl of London but on great transport links. - A great, private location within easy walk of an Elizabeth Line station and outside the ULEZ zone.
Easy to access via a keybox, so self check-in and check-out made staying super convenient.
- Andrew (9/5): in the future will book again to stay at bathehurst. - Location for me personally was good, not far from Heathrow airport.
for local shops and main shopping very good.
for motorways to go very good. the room could do with a table and chair/ 2.
there was nothing availabe to sit down, to have a coffee or snack,
had to sit on the floor every time. very uncomfortable.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Mohammed (1/5): Bad - Just to let you know, I am deeply and highly depressed by this guest house's negligence that I had to wait for 40 minutes outside their accommodation in the rain, and finally, they failed to provide me with a room that I booked nearly a month ago.
Then, I had to book another hotel with extra money to stay at that tonight and left their place with a depressed and upset mind. I demanded a full refund, hotel costs, and compensation for all the hassle, including travel time and cost, but they refunded only the booking money.
Terrible experience.
- Kahari (8/5): I enjoyed my stay and it's a very good place in a good location. - I failed to locate where the iron was in the kitchen but overall it was a good experience.
- Jixiang (6/5): Pleasant -
- Joanna (9/5): Pleasant spacious room, would stay again - The room was bright and spacious. I haven't been to the kitchen but the bedroom and the toilet were clean and smelled fresh. Getting into the property was also very straightforward due to the instructions sent beforehand.
- Makhfousse (8/5): Very good - Clean
- Jonathan (6/5): Pleasant - Location Cheep mattress, no cork screw and no tea
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
