Brenden (3/5): - Broken mirror left leaning in main bedroom. Kids bunk bed broken weld sticking out. toilet area and walls dirty . Couldn’t use shower only the bath. Old cardboard box with rubbish left on washing machine
Davids (5/5): Passable - Close to the Park and water. The bunk beds were broken and were an injury worry with 3 kids under 12. Draws, missing handles. Shower screen held up by bits of metal. Shower recess looked like it had mould (and issue for a child with Autism) it was worn paint, but hard to convince him otherwise. The TV was a nightmare to work out. No instructions. (12year old could not work hoe to get Free to air) No Shampoo or toiletries, beside 1 small soap. Used Ear plugs and other rubbish left on washing machine.
Lisa (3/5): Place needs a proper deep clean - Location General cleanliness, all sink drains were foul. Black mould on the ceiling and in the shower. Light in main bedroom didn’t work, broken mirror. Second room lower bed sagged, had to sleep on couch.
