• Krista (6/5): Nice apartment, but communication must be improved - Apartment felt fresh and clean, overall it was great, but we stayed only 1 night. Near metro station, nice cafe downstairs for breakfast. Once we got ahold of the host, he was kind and responsive. Huge setback was the lack of air contidioning, as in August heat temperatures were unbearable and it was not possible to get a good nights sleep. Also, clear instructions for check in were not provided. If you book this apartment, make sure you receive all photos and instructions beforehand, as it is not enough with their online app. As we didn’t have those instructions, we spent around 1 hour on the backyard, trying to guess where to go, as it was impossible to reach host by phone. When we started to had a feeling, that we may not be able to get in at all, we contacted booking customer service by phone, who solved this, but we ended up paying 100€ phone bill for international calls. Very disappointing.
• Marcelawilly (8/5): Very good - Good location - near to the metro station (Affori Centro), some small local shops with food in the neighborhood. Clean and spacious appartment. Complicated self check-in (code for entering a main gate to the yard and a main building door did not work to me - I got inside with some lady and then I used keys; online check-in with photos of ID). Very limited parking places (the first night I could not find a place in the yard at all; the same situation on the street). When you leave you have to open the gate, go out of the complex and leave the car on this very busy street and come back to the appartment to return the keys).
• Līga (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious with a very nice kitchen. We loved the place, we only stayed one night but would love to stay a little longer. The apartment is outside the city center, but the metro station is only a few minutes' walk away and you will be in the center of Milan in ~20 minutes. Parking is available behind the gate, but is subject to availability. The house has a very small elevator. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a quite comfortable sofa in the living room, which is common area with the kitchen. Terrace, dining table, very nice kitchen with coffee machine, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, TV, wi-fi, a wonderful shower, a washing machine and a dryer. We had trouble finding the silverware, but it was cleverly hidden in the drawers. All the windows in the room have electric blinds that can be opened as far as you like. The host was friendly and very quick to respond to messages and questions. Online registration via Vikey link was mandatory. We are very cautious when filling out forms online with personal details, and even more so with pictures of our IDs/passports from both sides and a selfie with the document. Self-check-in with online link – this was a first, but you have to be mobile-friendly because you won't get a regular key to open and close the door. We don't know how common it is in Italy, but there was no electric kettle to boil hot water for tea.

• Roman (7/5): Good - Very good Appartment and and nice host. Getting to the Appartment is a little bit complicated. Neighbourhood doesn’t look friendly.
• Elif (10/5): Perfect! - Everything is super… Clean and super cool apartment. Espresso machine, washing mashine, dryer, dishwasher… Even kitchen has full equipment. Its 5-10 min from the metro station and you can reach the center in 15 min. Perfect… Grazie!

• Todor (8/5): A good place - The host was very responsive. Apartment was clean and cosy and the check in was with a virtual key so you don't need to make specific appointments. It was a bit hard to find the entrance to the building, even with the detailed instructions from the host.

• Renata (10/5): The best apartments - Life was amazing. There was absolutely everything for life from blankets and a desk to coffee and cutlery. The location is convenient, 5 minutes to the metro and 2 to the supermarket. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious
