Danielle (6/5): - Lots of space, clean and great location. To many rules…..can’t talk, no shoes, don’t touch this, don’t move that, wasn’t flexible with bag drop off(only an hour before check in). I personally don’t like the A.I./ automated process, it is convenient but not as personal. Spent an hour trying to work on the passport uploading…and that was really annoying.

Susan (8/5): Excellent location, clean spacious apartment. - Excellent location and a spacious clean apartment with good comfy huge beds and clean facilities. loved the complimentary slippers. Nice touch. Excellent organisation from the hosts with clear help and instructions. it's only minor, we had a couple of things that needed fixing, door handle etc but they were fixed promptly and were not a big issue. Communication with the host was very useful on this too.
