• Linda (10/5): Heel mooi appartement op een goede lokatie - Prachtig appartement, heel netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg ruim voor Milaan. Douchegel, shampoo, maar ook thee en koffie. Lokatie was perfect! Host ontzettend benaderbaar, heel veel informatie gegeven. Parkeren in Milaan is best een uitdaging. Uiteindelijk goed gelukt.

• Eniko G (10/5): Great location, spacious apartment - Great location, 5 minutes walk from the Navigli district, 30 minutes walk to the Dome, 20 minutes by M2 to Milano centrale. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We have never seen our host, but we received a lot of useful information about the apartment, nearby restaurants and so on -

• Rosa (10/5): Un apartamento cómodo para familias. - La equipación, tenía de todo para que la estancia fuese lo más gratificante posible. La ubicación también era muy buena, zona tranquila y cerca de todo, el metro a 50 metros. Supermercado a la espalda, restaurantes buenísimos alrededor, etc. El anfitrión atento siempre a todo, tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con la cerradura y en una hora estuvo solucionado. Genial!

• Bernard (10/5): Great location, helpful host, great facilities - This apartment is ideally located approximately 25 minutes' walk from the Duomo/main shopping area (and then to many of Milan's historical sites), and 3 minutes from the metro. The apartment was well appointed and contained all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine. The location is close to many bars and restaurants, and the host provided us with some great recommendations which we appreciated. Highly recommended.

Check-in with the lockbox was very quick and easy, with clear instructions from the host. We received plenty of recommendations for parking, restaurants, and activities. Free street parking is available in front of the building (if you find a spot). The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything, both in the bathroom and the kitchen. You won’t miss a thing. I cannot think of anything negative.

Metro and tram stops a few minutes walk away. Supermarket, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the Navigli canal district about 10 minutes walk away. The host was very responsive, gave detailed information about the location of the apartment and how to obtain the keys. He also provided information about supermarkets, bars and restaurants and other useful information too. Overall a great place to stay.

The whole apartment was spotless and we particularly liked the little welcome pack with slippers etc. we each had a bedroom which we really appreciated as a lot of places want you to share a bedroom. A wee bit noisy but that was because there was work going on at the site next door so not much you can do about that.

The host is very easy to reach and was very nice One improvement could be to renew the windows , in one of the rooms they could be opened from outside. If the blinds are closed it was okay though. Also important, but nothing the host can change, in September 24 there were constructions right next to the building and they worked from very early onwards

Coffee, toaster and an easy mezzanine access with easy parking nearby. Close to Navigli for a walk and meal and access to the tram and train. We found the host very helpful and access was easy. I would recommend this for wnyone thinking of staying in a ntral location in Milan.

Would definitely stay here again if we come back in the future. The rooms that were near the main street were a bit noisy at night, but nothing too crazy.

A very helpful and honest host in Marcello who kept in contact with us all our stay, nothing was too much trouble. All set In a great safe location, 2mins walk from the main metro line in to Milan (20mins). 15mins walk to the canal area of Navigli for great nightlife. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Milan. My kids slept in the front rooms and said it can be a little noisy with the traffic but not a real issue at all. Apart from that nothing, the apartment was excellent.

• Aileen (10/5): Great place - A recently remodeled apartment in a nearby location to food, drug stores, and cafes. Amenities for a comfortable stay were provided and the apt. was clean.and beds were most comfortable. Air controlled temperatures in every room were great. Mosquitos, the outside garden area requires a regular pest service to eliminate them. Advised not to open the windows. However, the little buggers must have hichhikes in.
• Anna (6/5): It was OK, but definitely overpriced, not a good value. - NA. We made our own breakfast. The apartment is large, and would be comfortable for four people. Close to Metro station. Safe building. The description of the place mentioned park like view, and an interior garden view. A couple of trees and bushes in front of the building do not constitute a park. The so called interior garden consisted of a a sorry looking small terrace with three potted plants. The neighborhood is filled with graffiti. If you dislike it as much as I do, find a different place. We stayed for nine nights and there was no cleaning service.

He provided us early checkin and storage of our luggage on our checkin day and also provided luggage storage on our checkout day. I am very thankful to him. 2. Property is new and has everything that you will need for a super comfortable stay. 3. Location is perfect as well. It's very near to Metro/supermarkets/restaurants.
