Stefan (1/5): - Leider kann uch diese Apartman nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir waren auf dem Weg und ca. 1 Stunde vor Ankunft erhielten wir eine E-mail, dass wir woanders unterbracht wurden!Ohne unser Wissen und auch ohne dass sich jemand mit uns tel. in Verbindung gesetzt hat. Da wir zu einer Familienfeier fuhren, war es für uns sehr wichtig, dass wir in Cerna Posumavi wohnen. Wir haben Apartman mit Küche gebucht und statt dessen Apartmwn ohne Küche erhalten. Wie ist herausgekommen, waren wir nicht die ersten, wem hat so was pasiert. Leider kann ich nicht empfehlen!

Bc. Michal Riedel (10/5): Moderní, čisté a klidné ubytování s krásným výhledem. Vše naprosto v pořádku. - Ubytování bylo krásné, moderní a naprosto čisté. Apartmán je skvěle vybavený, má útulnou atmosféru a nádherný výhled. Oceňuji klidnou lokalitu, pohodlné postele a příjemné posezení na terase. Komunikace s majitelem byla rychlá a milá, vše proběhlo bez jediného problému. Ideální místo pro odpočinek i výlety po Lipně.

Karolina (1/5): Geen goed ervaring. - Wij hebben voor 2 nachten betaald maar konden appartement niet in. Pin voor kastje met sleutel werkte niet, met mensen rond van andere appartement geprobeerd, werkte niet, 7 keer gebeld naar nummer for contact...niemand neem op. Ook meneer welke probeerde ons te helpen heft gebeld...geen contact.Berichten verstuurd.. geen antwoord. Dus ik raad het niet aan. Ik hoop mijn geld nog terug te krijgen! Alles

Doncerro (5/5): False claims for an otherwise really nice place... - Nice bathroom. All very clean. Nice modern building. The address was changed after booking. The new apartment was of the same style but no lake view(see picture) the south side balcony did not have any option for shade (parasol was removed). The owner did not respond to inquiries how this can be fixed. The supposed oven turned out to be just a microwave.
Maxine (5/5): Nice clean appartment, but overpriced without the outside area we expected - It was a nice and clean place with a good view of the lake. Pretty much everything we needed was there. Parking and checking in/out was easy. Also the staff was quick to respond to our calls and texts The advertisement on booking.com was somewhat misleading. The “private beach” (or anything you could reasonably call that) isn’t present at all, not even a shared one. Also we expected an outside space based on the advertisement, but none was present for our appartment. Lastly we were on the top floor, where it got quite warm (26-27 C). Having a fan would have helped.
Himangi (10/5): Exceptional - excellent location, everything was super clean, kitchen was equipped with everything in need. balcony had an amazing lake and mountain view, beautiful sunset. its a lovely place for family outing in the middle of the nature.

Prajakta (9/5): Great location, friendly host, and good property for money paid - The location is fabulous, just next to Lake. Also if you have a car the nearby bigger towns are very much accesible. It is a perfect peaceful place to spend relaxing vaccation time, especially when you are there with family. The apartment is well equiped with 2 bathrooms (good for 2 couples), bed, linen, towels. The kitchen has all facilities like dishwasher, oven, hotplate and kitchenware. The owner is very much accessible on phone/whatsapp. We couldn't use the dishwasher as it was broken . We immediately informed the owner who promised to take a look at it. It did not bother us so no complaints. There is a small grocery store nearby, and attractions also available within good distance and reachable by car. The complex has ample parking space which can be arranged free of cost with the owners. In principle I liked the appatment. Just one recommendation. We got a small hand vacuum cleaner with the apartment. It would be helpful if we could get a bog one, especially considering a longer duration of stay.
