• Alina (9/5): - Дуже гарне співвідношення ціна/якість. Гарне розташування, недалеко від центру, та біля автовокзалу. Та дуже приємний власник. Комунікація на високому рівні, як і клієнтоорієнтовність. Залишились з гарними враженнями, можемо радити вибрати саме це місце для зупинки в Празі.
• Konstantin (10/5): Страхотно преживяване в Прага - Местоположението е отлично – в близост до автобусна спирка, от която лесно се стига до центъра. Не се видяхме лично с хазяина, но комуникацията с него беше на много високо ниво – винаги отговаряше навреме и беше изключително коректен. Апартаментът е достатъчно просторен за двама души, които искат да разгледат красивата Прага. Разполага с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой – дъска за гладене, ютия, маша и сешоар, така че спокойно можете да се подготвите за следващия ден. При настаняване беше много добре почистено и подредено.
• Diane (10/5): The owner Tomas met us late at night as ours was a late flight, checked us in, gave us instructions beforehand of the be - Ideal location, everything needed for a comfortable stay, including iron, ironing board, microwave, hot plate,hairdryer even straighteners, beautiful toiletries, clean fluffy white towels, and a really comfortable bed , close to Tram, Metro and buses. Nothing at all, we will definitely be going back and using this property

Pan napisal nam co dobrego zjesc na co uwazac co zobaczyc. Na każdą naszą prośbe z uśmiechem sie zgadzał oraz proponował jak najbardziej dla nas komfortowe rozwiazania naszych problemów takich jak przetrzymanie bagażu do momentu wyjazdu abysmy nie musialy z ciezkimi walizkami chodzic pol dnia po miescie. Pokój był bardzo czysty i przytulny w super lokalizacji, wszedzie blisko niedaleko przystanek doslownie 10 minut drogi do dworca Florenc. Mamy w planach wrócić do Pragi bo przez krotki weekend nie da sie wszystkiego tam zobaczyc na pewno ponownie wybierzemy ten apartamencik! Nie bylo takich rzeczy 😄

• Kalabukhova (5/5): Соотношение цена/качество вызвало удивление. - - Отель расположен недалеко от главного вокзала. В доме есть магазин, неподалеку - неплохой ресторан чешской кухни. - Номер очень чистый. - Мы не пользовались, но есть полностью оборудованная кухня. - Хороший wi-fi. При цене, аналогичной хорошей пражской четверке, уровень услуг не дотягивает. Надо либо лучше, либо дешевле. - Матрасы мягкие, подушки и одеяла - одно название. Все самое дешевое, спать очень неудобно. Мебель и прочее - по тому же принципу, но это не так важно. - Вещи после выезда оставить нельзя, как в нормальном отеле. - Хозяин сказал, что выезд до 10.00. Хотя на стене в правилах проживания написано, что до 11.00 - у нас украли час сна. - Звукоизоляции нет. Слышно все, что делают в соседних комнатах.

• Rosana Curilov (9/5): Bem localizado, minimalista e eficiente! - Tem uma banheira ótima para se recompor após andar o dia todo! A localização: perto de ônibus, trem e rodoviária e da atenção do anfitrião, sempre disponível a nos ajudar com informações preciosas! Nos sentimos muito acolhidos!!! O quarto que ficamos tinha um rebaixo por causa do telhado e, mesmo sabendo disso, eventualmente batíamos a cabeça! Sugiro colar um adesivo de advertência.

• Mollie Mae (10/5): Brilliant and would stay again! - Clean, easily accessible, owner was SUPER friendly and insightful with good local spots for food and helped us find some attractions we wanted to see. Apartment was private, quiet, very clean and well maintained with everything needed for a short stay. Coffee tea and sugar was provided, plus hairdryer and straighteners and a fan! Couldn’t recommend better! Nothing against the property itself but the elevator was a little scary! But there is stairs

• Nino (10/5): Pleasant and Comfortable - Really enjoyed staying here! The apartment was clean and in a great location, but still nice and quiet. Everything necessary was there, and the host was the nicest and very welcoming. Loved the little details too — there was even a hair straightener and a diffuser, which was such a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

There was a 24-hour shop around the corner from the house, we could get everything we needed for breakfast. Historical placess were easily accessible on foot. We used the host's recommendations for places to eat.

• Petr (6/5): - Lokalita, majitel a jeho přístup. Dveře na WC nejdou zavřít a je přes ně slyšet úplně všechno. Skříň na prádlo rozbitá, celkově vybavení je opravdu za to nejlevnější, co je vůbec možné. Malá investice by to určitě zvedla a výměna dveří na koupelnu / WC.

Oda çok temizdi ve herşey düşünülmüştü. Sadece oda biraz beklediğimizden ufaktı ama içinde herşey vardı ve bize yetti.

• Josef (10/5): - Thanks to Tomas for being such a friendly and understanding host, especially with my late arrival due to a train delay. The area has a unique vibe and is very close to the main train station. For those who enjoy walking, it’s also within walking distance of the Old Town :)

• Tijana (10/5): Great place, great location - Tomàš is a very attentive host that provides a bunch of local recommendations. The place was impeccably clean. The locations is good, walking distance to the old town but there’s a tram station a few minutes away from the apartment. Žižkov is my favourite area in Prague, there’s a lot of great but affordable restaurants and bars. Because it’s an old building, no AC is allowed so it got a bit hot on the day when the temperatures were really high. But if you put on the dark curtain and use the fan, it’s acceptable.
• Dajana (8/5): Good value stay with excellent hospitality - First of all, Tomas is a fantastic host. He gave us great local tips on where to eat and what to see, and was available whenever we needed anything. He was also kind enough to let us check in earlier and check out later than was scheduled, which really helped. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and made good use of the space. It’s also very conveniently located, close to grocery stores like Lidl and public transportation. For what we needed, this place was just right. I would definitely recommend it - for stays when it’s not too hot, up to around 25°C or 26°C should be comfortable. What could have been better: Our overall impression would have been even more positive if the apartment had air conditioning. Instead, we had to rely on a fan, which wasn’t quite enough, so we kept the balcony door open most of the time. Because of that, there was quite a bit of noise from nearby apartments - people were loud and there were occasional smells, which eventually made us close the door again. Since the temperature was around 30°C or higher during our stay, we kept waking up during the night because of the heat. We stayed for three nights, so being able to sleep and rest better at night would have made a big difference.

He gave us plenty of information to go around the city; we are thankful for his help communicating even little details that made our trip a super success. the room has a low ceilling one side, since everything is white it is easy to hit it with your head, we hit it a couple of times in the middle of the night too.

• Debbie (8/5): Very good - There were a lot of inexpensive restaurants in the neighbourhood. It was away from the central area, so didn't feel as touristy or busy. It was super convenient to take the train out of town for day trips etc. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a little smaller than expected, but it had everything we needed.
• Gie (9/5): Great place, near the city and with great host! - Tomas is a great host. He had been very helpful to give directions on how to get to the place, or how to get around, gave information about the transportation, best places to visit and recommended good restaurants nearby or in the city. The apartment is very clean, has all the things you need for a short stay or even longer, best for a solo traveler or a couple and it looks exactly as in the picture advertised plus it’s near to the bus station that gets you to the city centre in less than 10mins that even makes it perfect. Although you can easily hear people noises from the other room property but you still have your own privacy so for me it is not that big issue.
