• Orpheus (5/5): Passable - The room was great, such as the location. The host that welcome us was very sweet and helpfull with everything. The room is very close to the metro station, to great restaurants (tratorias, pizzarias) and to the main sights of Naples. All of these rooms made their names as Bed and Breakfast. But not so much of a breakfast. We had no food at all and if you wanted a room service you had to pay extra money. We paid for 5 nights 333 euros, that makes us 65 euros per day. Not so few money if you consider, that all of these kind of accomodations offer only a nice location but nothing more. Apart from that is a nice, quiet room that you zone out from all of the hustle and bustle of the city

• Stefanos (7/5): Good - The location is perfect, only a few meters from quarteri Spagnoli, Galeria Umberto is very close too (5 minutes by foot) and metro station Via Toledo is very near. The room was in general nice, like how they show it in photos, but there were a few things like cleaning and check-in process which left us a bit disappointed. We were there for 5 nights and we paid for cleaning but they didn't come even once to change at least towels. The day when we arrived was very rainy and the guy who was expecting us to give us the key from the room, was not very helpful. We were waiting outside in the street, 20min in rain because we couldn't easily find the building. We sent him messages and he told us to wait, that he will come outside the building so we can see him, but instead he was outside of the room door, on the 3rd floor and he was expecting that we could find him. Then when we entered the room we saw that someone had used the toilet before us and didn't flush it, gross! The bed was comfortable but we found hair in the sheets.
• Filip (9/5): Grazie. - The room was as described. Near to the metro line and is located in one of the authentic parts of Naples. Everything that any visitor to the city could need can be found around. I can speak only positively about the host himself. Everything with check-in and other things went without problems.

• Abdelouahad (1/5): Horrible due to Julia - The location of the accommodation was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. This would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and help in maintaining the quality of service expected by customers. Elevator Issues: The elevator was frequently blocked, and on one occasion, my wife, who is claustrophobic, was stuck in it. This caused us significant distress and nearly resulted in us missing our flight. Response to Elevator Problem: When we escalated the elevator issue to Julia, her response was unhelpful and rude. She stated that if even the technician couldn’t fix it, there was nothing she could do. This lack of empathy and support was extremely disappointing. Water Heater: The water heater was not functioning during our stay. Again, Julia’s response was dismissive, with her frequently asking, "What should I do?" Given these experiences, I strongly suggest that the owner considers appointing more friendly and competent staff who can handle such issues professionally This would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and help in maintaining the quality of service expected by customers.
