I had booked three rooms. One room was just never ready. The other ones say they were ready finally, but they weren’t clean. We opened the blind and the whole metal top of it fell right on my husband. They didn’t care. The price on my booking and the price that they charge me when I got there two different things they would not go by my booking. very, very rude no customer service at all.

• Gaia (7/5): Solo per soggiorni brevi - La posizione è comoda per chi deve raggiungere il porto, ma meno indicata per visitare la città. I letti a scomparsa sono risultati scomodi e non particolarmente puliti; in generale, la pulizia della camera era piuttosto mediocre. La stanza era molto spaziosa, soprattutto il bagno, e lo spazio avrebbe permesso tranquillamente l’inserimento di letti tradizionali. Il check-in e check-out possono essere effettuati tramite dei tablet all’ingresso, ma purtroppo spesso non funzionavano, creando qualche disagio. Ci è stato inoltre dato un omaggio per tre piña colada al loro bar, ma non è stato possibile sostituirle con bevande analcoliche o acqua. Questa rigidità può risultare poco inclusiva, ad esempio per chi non beve alcol o ha allergie. Fortunatamente il soggiorno è stato di una sola notte.

• Danijela (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Top-Lage - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend – besser geht es kaum! Die Zimmer sind interessant gestaltet und funktional eingerichtet, sodass man alles hat, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch fand ich die Ausstattung mit Backofen, Waschmaschine und Trockner – das ist gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Poolbereich ist schön, allerdings bekommt er nicht allzu viel Sonne ab. Für uns war das jedoch kein großes Problem. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle! -

It was a room with two wall pull down beds, the kind that are hidden inside the caninrt, where there would absolutely be room for atleast one normal bed. For the kids this is fine, but for adults this is comfort level absolute 0. Then the hair dryer cord length wasnt even long enough to reach the head of my 5 ft 6 wife.

Few minutes walk to the Bayside and public transportation was just at the opposite to the hotel. Room was very clean. I stayed for 3 nights but I did not get housekeeping service by the hotel. I called to the operator after 2 nights stay to ask for room cleaning. The operator confirmed that housekeeping service are given every alternate day and they will clean the room when I go out for dinner but that didnt happen. They just changed the towels as I have asked for.

• Chungchi (10/5): A functional and clean studio room. - We like the bunk beds for the kids, and we like that the property has a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Since housekeeping only came every three days and we stayed three nights and left on the fourth day, we decided not to request cleaning. During our stay, we washed the towels ourselves instead of requesting from housekeeping.

• Ebone (4/5): Deceitful Hos-tel - The location was great...it was very close to the Miami Port which I loved Was not told there was no bed...when I booked the photos showed hotel standard full beds and when I checked in there was no bed whatsoever oh until I found a very UNCOMFORTABLE hidden in the wall bed...one of those pull down from the wall beds and it was HORRIBLY uncomfortable and I was not told anything about there being no bed 😡

• Jamie (8/5): Comfortable and great staff but awkward and underwhelming as well. - The pool was nice and warm for unseasonably cold Miami weather. The staff were great and it was close to the pier so we could walk over. The awkwardly placed dining room table was just annoying. There should be a floor pop out or a collapsible table island coming off of the kitchen. The breakfast was very mediocre and there were constant bugs around the salad. The area immediately outside and around the hotel is pretty sketchy. I felt safe but my partner did not. This is not the hotel’s fault but they should should have a curb man.

Had to go back to reception to check where they were. Someone was sent straight away to show us how to access the beds. One bed, when pulled out, was over the sofa so, unless you messed around putting the beds up and down, there was no seating area. At no stage, during the booking process, confirmation or check in was I made aware of the bed situation. Had I been told I would never have booked. Not for me.

• Anissa (9/5): Excellent location near transport and tourist areas - The location was excellent, directly across the road from the Metromover station, making it easy to get around. The beds were very comfortable, and the communal areas were well designed and inviting. The pool, gym, and bar were all great and added to the overall experience. The facilities were excellent for the price and offered very good value. Check-in and check-out were easy and efficient, and reliable Wi-Fi was available throughout the stay. One frustration during our stay was repeatedly requesting an additional coffee mug, as only one was provided in the room. Despite asking three times, we were given drinking glasses instead, which were not suitable or safe for hot tea. There also appeared to be a language barrier at times, which may have contributed to the request not being understood. Additionally, we did not receive any room servicing during our four-night stay. On the occasions housekeeping knocked, we were in the room and were told they would return later, but this never happened.

Very friendly & made us feel so comfortable before our flight home! - The staff are the friendliest most welcoming staff I have ever experienced at a hotel! The luggage storage was super beneficial before & after check-in. The beds are very comfy & I love that they fold away. The kitchen was huge & had pretty much everything you needed to cook. It was super clean. The gym looked good (unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it). Short walk away from all the shops, restaurants etc. everything you need (Wholefoods 12 min walk away😍) & the area felt super safe for two solo females. Washer, dryer & dish washer in the room too was super helpful. The pool was in the shade pretty much the whole time & so were the sunbathing chairs, felt a bit pointless… the pool area was also always super crowded. & the music was far too loud. It felt very touristy also, most apartment complexes we stayed at had locals living there, we were only there one night anyways before flying so it was comfortable… just felt a bit busy. The balcony was tiny too!

Anlaşmalı, indirimli otopark hizmeti olsa çok iyi olur.

• Amy (10/5): We would come back. We had a good stay. - The staff were friendly, helpful and flexible. I felt safe. I saw security act several times when there were questionable individuals outside near the entrance. I liked that the hotel was within walking distance of the train station, a CVS, a 7-11, and multiple restaurants. The room had a washer and dryer. Although we didn't use it, having that in a hotel room is a huge bonus. The views from our room were wonderful! We booked a room for a family of 4....one of the rooms with a full/queen bed and a bunk bed. We were all able to fit but it was a very tight squeeze for 3 adults and 1 teenager. I felt like the room was quite a bit smaller than I anticipated. A guide to nearby restaurants would have been helpful. We had trouble discerning what place would have the type of food we enjoy. There were many options for ethnic food, but general American cuisine was more challenging to find. We had an entire little kitchenette with no microwave. It was so odd to have a fridge, sink, dishes and then no microwave.

• Mangion (5/5): - Good to have a kitchen in the room with a full size fridge/freezer. Unfortunately there was not enough utensils for 4 people (minor issue). The room had a washing machine and dryer. Was given a free drink at the bar for the adults. The metromover was literally across the street and free which was great. The Bayside Market place was a short walk with many shops and restaurants. When we walked into the room there were no beds. The 4 of us looked at each other and thought we had the wrong room. There was a couch, a kitchen and bathroom. We then realized the beds fold down from the wall and had to make our own beds. We were pretty shocked considering the price we paid that we had fold out beds. In saying that the beds were comfortable. There was no kettle, lack of hooks to hang 4 towels (family of four with only one hook), lack of toilet paper (had to keep calling concierge to bring more toilet paper to the room. In the end it felt a bit like a hostel than a hotel.
