• Bryan (1/5): Avoid. Its a scam. You book a room and you get transferred to other providers that are not booking.com verified. - None We were not given the room that we booked. On the first day we were passed on to different provider that i doubt was booking.com verified. They asked us if it was okay to be given a different room and different company but we had no choice but to say yes and they promised us that we will be given the room that we booked tomorrow because it was not ready yet. We had no choice but to accept it because we just been travelling all fay and just needed to rest. We booked a triple room and they gave us a double room. The room was very small and smelled of damp because the toilet was just a make shift box room and the shower head was directly on top of the toilet and no room to showet. You cannot close the toilet door fully and was spilling onto the bedroom. The next day were told to pack up all our stuff and put it in one room so that they will put out stuff in the room that we booked. After a day of walking around we went back to the accomodation and were told that we will get the room that we booked but when we got to the accomodation we were given again a temporary accomodation because our room was still not ready. The temporary that wete given to us had other peoples things on it and under the bed was very dirty. We complained and the room that was supposed to be given to us was still being cleaned but it was still the room that was we originally booked. The room was very stuffy and dirty. There were still other people stuffs under the bed and had no choice but to take it as were really tired. We could not sleep the whole night as the air conditioning was blowing dusty cold air and couldnt sleep. Tried turning off the air condition but the electric fan was very noisy and blowing weak air even at 3. Couldnt get wait to check out the next.

• Mubasher (8/5): Good if they don’t disturb in the morning using news and movies. Worth of value - The staff was so nice and gentle There was too much noise after 8 o clock in the morning. The staff was listening news and movie in the morning always in a very loud voice. So much uncomfortable due to voice . Rest was so good

• Tan (8/5): Very good - Located inside Chungking Mansions, minutes away from TST metro, food centers n shopping. Found it very central and convenient. My room is small, has windows and is adequate. The reception is on call and uually located on 11th floor. It is best to call first to alert the reveption before arrival. The receptionist called "Moon" was extremely friendly and attended swiftly to any issue. Access is by a ground floor lift near the entrance, and this floor is also occupied by a rowdy mix of money changers, phone accessory stalls, indian restaurants, and several sundry shops. It's budget accommodation, so expect everything to be basic but adequate. Manage your expectations, and you will be ok too.
