Inoltre erano stati lasciati i sacchi di lenzuola ed asciugamani dei precedenti ospiti nella stanza e sono stati ritirati solo diversi giorni dopo Spazio e posti letto disponibili nella stanza e la posizione molto centrale

• Thomas (7/5): Ist ok für einen Kurztrip - In dem Einraum-Appartement befanden sich zwei Einzelbetten und ein Bett mit 120cm Breite. Küchenzeile war gut ausgestattet. Ich habe in der Beschreibung unter Booking.com ein separates Schlafzimmer gebucht, dies hatten wir nicht angetroffen. Entweder ist die Beschreibung falsch oder man hat uns ein falsches Appartement gegeben. Sei es wie es ist, die drei Nächte ging das.
• Chrysostomos (7/5): Καλή επιλογή για την αναλογία τιμής-παροχών - Καλή τοποθεσία σε ήρεμη γειτονιά, εύκολη πρόσβαση σε σταθμούς μετρό και λεωφορείου, ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες, άνετο μπάνιο, με ζεστό νερό πάντα. Η επικοινωνία με τους διαχειριστές ήταν εξαιρετική, ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμοι σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Τα κρεβάτια δεν είχαν άνετο στρώμα και η εξωτερική πόρτα δεν ήταν πόρτα ασφαλείας.

• Hirotaka (7/5): Generally good - I had so quick responses about my questions via message page on Booking.com. Also the room was so clean. But some smell was a bit uncomfortable to me, and I felt a bit uneasy that passersby might see me through the gap in the curtains. But generally satisfied! I was struggling to lock the door from outside, so I asked them. They said there should be a Nuki lock to lock the door from outside, but definitely there was no such lock. (Maybe they confused it with another room) Instead, I could finally lock it by just inserting and turning a key with a bit pushing or pulling the door.

• Zvonimir (2/5): My worst experience on booking. I would not come back again even if it was for free. - When I think about everything there are just too many things that were terrible. I would not recommend this to anyone. The location is near the entrance of the building, there were drunk people in front of my doors one night fighting and breaking the parked scooters and bicycles. The furniture is mostly damaged and they will want to make a deposit on your credit card in case you brake something. There is no way you can proove you did not brake something. I would not trust them at all with that because I forgot my mobile charger when I left and when I asked them about it they said it was not found. I told them exactly where it was so it means someone literally stole it. It was -5 outside and the heating was not working in the room, it worked only in the bathroom. They offered me another place that was smaller and too far away for me. They said they can not fix heating now and they sent a guy without informing me to check the heating at 9AM on my last day of stay. When the guy came he did not even know where the termostat was nor did he really care obout anything. The pillows are beyond bad, you will break your neck sleeping. All in all my first and hopefully only bad review and the single worst experience I have had anywhere.

Very attentive staff online responded fast to any question you need. Kitchen is small but everything works (just skillet is too small), special thanks for capsule ala Nespresso coffee machine. Plumbing is a bit old and needs fixing. In cold days the temperature in the room a bit low but not critical.

I'd come back for sure! Maybe that the street is very dark at night, but it isn't a bad neighborhood so it isn't really a problem.

• Ha-Yeon (7/5): It is nice and comfy, close to metro U-Bahn. But I would not recommend for work travelling, unless not bothered by noise - Emplacement is right next to U-Bahn, and minutes away from bus M29, close to Potsdamer Platz Bed is ok, everything was clean, although I did not use it there was a coffee machine and sink for dishes with dish soap and sponge. 2 small towels and 1 big towel is provided, I liked the bathroom. - Ventilation in bathroom is lacking - No shutters in front of sliding bay window that directly gives on the courtyard and street. Noise cancelling is not optimal and children / adults are loitering around until 10 PM, but it did not bother me besides people trying to look inside. There are red curtains that are opaque therefore ok but no mention of absence of shutters - Wifi is slow and sometimes missing - No laundry machine

• Masaya (9/5): 男性の宿泊においては完璧なアパートメント - ロケーションが良く綺麗だった。また、キッチン、食器等も十分にあり、スーパーマーケットで購入した食材も簡易的ではあるが、調理可能だった。 シャワーの水量も十分であった。また、一人で泊まる分には3組のタオルが着いており宿泊に十分だった。 大人1人から2人で宿泊するならばそこまで気にならないが、家族（女性・子供）を連れて宿泊するには、入り口がガラスになっており普通に住人に見られる点からかなり不安。 シャッターを下ろすことは一応可能です。

Bezpłatny parking przy ulicy. W nocy spokojnie i cicho. Dzielnica jest OK. Dostęp do apartamentu za pośrednictwem skrzynki z kluczem. Großes Zimmer und geräumiges Badezimmer, in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Einkaufszentrum und Restaurants am Potsdamer Platz - wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Nachts friedlich und ruhig. Der Bezirk ist in Ordnung. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über einen Schlüsselkasten. Kaucja blokuje na tydzień pieniądze na karcie płatniczej. Niekomfortowy kontakt z obsługą obiektu, dostęp do apartamentu przez amerykańską stronę www w języku angielskim. Brak podstawowej rzeczy - żaluzji albo firanek w oknach = brak możliwości odsłonięcia grubych czerwonych kotar tak w dzień jak i w nocy, bo chodzący pod oknami ludzie będą nas widzieli, jak ryby w akwarium. Musisz więc pozostawać cały dzień w ciemnym pomieszczeniu, bez światła dziennego. Durch die Einzahlung wird das Geld auf der Zahlungskarte für eine Woche blockiert. Unangenehmer Kontakt mit dem Einrichtungspersonal, Zugang zur Wohnung über eine amerikanische Website in englischer Sprache. Das Fehlen einer grundlegenden Sache – Jalousien oder Vorhänge in den Fenstern = keine Möglichkeit, die dicken roten Vorhänge sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts zu öffnen, weil Menschen, die unter den Fenstern gehen, uns wie Fische in einem Aquarium sehen. Sie müssen sich also den ganzen Tag in einem dunklen Raum ohne Tageslicht aufhalten.
• Dario (9/5): Comfortable stay in a super central studio - The studio is very well equipped, and we found it very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is small but fully equipped for cooking your meals. The size (45 m2) is suitable for 3 or 4 people. We stayed in Berlin during quite hot August days, and the apartment - even if without air conditioning - remains very cool, probably because it is at the ground floor. The position is really strategic: 2 minutes from Mendelsson metro station, 15 minutes from Potsdamer platz, super central. The area is quiet and safe. As written in other reviews, the studio is at the ground floor, and both the glass door and windows look on a pedestrian passage, but during the day people cannot see from outside what is going on inside, and at night you can pull the curtains, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, definitely recommended! The pillows are very high, they should be replaced by normal pillows. At the beginning I was a bit confused, as right after reserving on Booking I received an email from Arbio, a portal of house renting, asking me to pay directly on their website or through a bank transfer. After some interactions with the Booking customer service and the Arbio team, I understood that this is a normal procedure and I paid by bank transfer. Arbio also asked a 250 € deposit in case of damage to the studio, but it was promptly released after our check-out. Both Martin and the Arbio team are quite responsive.

• Jon (8/5): Buen apartamento para conocier la ciudad durante el día y descansar en familia o entre amigos - La ubicación es buena en la medida en que se halla cerca de una parada de autobús y de dos estaciones de metro. Te permite acceder prácticamente a cualquier punto de la ciudad en un tiempo razonable. Lo mejor fue el precio, mucho mejor que la mayoría de las ofertas restantes. Fuimos tres miembros de la familia y, no tuvimos problemas en compartir el mismo espacio, pues el apartamento consta de una única estancia. Salvo el baño, obviamente. En caso de estancias que prevean uso más intenso del apartamento, puede resultar indiscreto u oscuro. Al estar a la altura del patio de un edificio alto, estás totalmente expuesto, has de correr las cortinas de la ventana y de la puerta, que es totalmente de cristal transparente. Dado que sólo lo utilizamos para dormir, nos dio lo mismo. La indiscreción y exposición al resto de vecinos, si es que lo vas a usar más y no puedes estar con las cortinas corridas. No fue nuestro caso

There are lots of transport opportunities that can bring you to the main sights, and some supermarkets in the closest vicinity. We were happy to use this accommodation and recommend it to everyone who appreciate comfort and a good value for money.

There is a privacy issue. Better blinders or smart windows would help. Noisy neighbors, there was a loud chat outside between 3 AM and 6 AM every night. Maybe only this time, hopefully :)
• Inese (8/5): Overall good experience - The location was close to public transport and it was easy to get to all famous places of Berlin, many were even in walking distance, for example, Checkpont Charlie and Topography of terror (with Berlin Wall). Grocery shops near by and Mall of Berlin with lots of shops and eating places. The apartment was clean, it had a small kitchen which we used to make breakfast and dinner. Nice, spacious bathroom. I was aware of the downsides from the other reviews, but we decided to stay anyway because the apartment was very close to Tempodrom Berlin, where we had a concert. I can agree that the apartment did not give us the privacy feeling, because the windows were facing the yard and it was the ground floor. If we wanted not to be seen by bypassers we had to keep the curtains shut, which gave me claustrophobic feeling and blocked air circulation in the room from the open windows. The beds were comfortable, but too soft for people with back problems (me) + the small double size bed was too small for 2 grown up people (for 2 kids should be fine). It took time for us to figure out how the key locker box could be opened + how the apartment door could be locked from in and outside.

• Anoop (7/5): Good - The location is good. There is a U bahn and S bahn station 5-6 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean. Provided all basic facilities for 4 people. The wifi was not detected at first, when I contacted the host, got another connection details soon and it worked. You may need to walk 10 minutes or so to go to a supermarket. The mattresses are too soft, if you need a hard mattress, it will be an issue for you

Martin was great and guided my friends and I throughout the whole stay, and he was very responsive and kind as well. the price was extremely cheap, by far the best value out of all the places i’ve stayed, would recommend to anyone
