Guest Reviews
- Guest (10/5): -
- Wesley (1/5): Awful do not bother! - Good location for transport into Wembley. Not much else. Bed collapsed in the middle of the night. Upon removing mattress it was supported by books under the main beam. Also the same issue was reviewed by another person end of June 2025 and said bed seemed like it was going to collapse!
The owner is claiming everything is perfect and wants £300 for damage.
Do not stay at this property. The customer service is appalling and the management clearly think they can have people over.
Pictures attached. Also photo of previous review about said bed issue. Owner is refusing to refund.
What a disgrace!
- Kuhar (6/5): Pleasant - The check-in is easy, the owner sent us all information in advance. The room also has a kitchen with oven and fridge The shower only had cold or extremely hot water:(
- K0stas (6/5): Pleasant -
- Elisa (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, close to the underground and in a nice multicultural neighborhood. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Water temperature faulty in the shower: we tried to fix it on our own but nobody came to help us when asked during our stay.
Reading the bad reviews prior to our arrival, I asked the host to address both problems but we found both issues still unsolved.
Apartment not worthy if travelling with a child and if you want to sleep properly during your vacation.
- Tomas (6/5): Pleasant - Good location in terms of transportation, next to the Jubilee line station. So if you're just staying overnight - ok. If you want comfort - not the place. The room is dark and stuffy due to poor ventilation. It's hot to sleep in the summer. The bunk bed barely holds up, it creaks and looks like it's about to collapse - it needs repair, it's unsafe. The room was not fully cleaned, empty drink cans from past guests were left.
- John (9/5): Good for a short stay - Central location
- Bruno (10/5): Perfect - Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Would definitely book again!”
- Sana (7/5): Good -
- Muayed (6/5): Pleasant - Location and staff are quite helpful Shower temp control is faulty
- Roberto (3/5): Poor - They left the dinner in the oven for me..... And they didn't clean the bathroom, you can see in the pictures. They charge you for the cleaning
- Shrenik.msk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pelagia (5/5): Very nice and cozy, clean and tidy but mattress was very worn out and the pillows so uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep al - Nice location and very clean. The mattress and pillows.
- Henrique (9/5): Short but pleasant - Close to Willesden Green station and bus stops allowing for easy travel. Situated close to high street with shops, restaurants and takeaway. Studio was also well organized and clean.
- ჯაბა (10/5): Great host. Plate was very good, I will visit you again -
- Katja (7/5): Nothing wrong with the place it self, but the description is misleading - It was clean, in a good location, an underground station, a supermarket and various shops close by, some cooking essentials, like oil, were available, fully functional kitchen, so cooking was easy. Checking in was easy too and we could even check in two hours early, thanks for that! I don't know if the host or booking.com is to blame, but the description of the property in the booking system was totally misleading. I was travelling with my two teenage kids and was looking for three SEPARATE beds. In the description it said that the room had one "französisches Doppelbett" and one "Etagenbett", with two levels (see screenshot). The photos in the profile show clearly a bunk bed and a SEPARATE double bed, so I thought great, one of us can go on the double bed, the other on the lower level of the bunk bed, and the third on the upper level of the bunk bed. What we found upon arrival is that the double bed was part of the bunk bed and there was no separate double bed. My kids are angels for agreeing to share the double bed, so we ended up surviving without fights. The host also readily provided a separate blanket (there was originally only one blanket on the double bed). But if I had known what the deal was, I would have never booked this property.
- Alexandro (5/5): Very good location, but please please read the discription very carefully and look what you’re paying for. - The location was pretty good, you have a lot of facilities nearby like supermarkets and restaurants etc. The metro is not even a 10 minute walk and the connection to the centre of London is very good. Regarding the hygiene/cleanliness of the accommodation. It’s not really the cleanest place to put it kindly. The room smelled very vague upon entering, the shower cabin wasn’t very clean, I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies. The dishcloth wasn’t very clean and had a hole in it.
The pictures show a sturdy looking glass table, but is some kind of picnic table.
Please be aware: there is a washing machine, but no dryer. Which is stated in the advertisement, but please remember that England is a very humid country and the clothes take for ever to dry on the drying rack.
Also, there are 3 towels provided for 2 people for 5 days, and the notice on the wall said they only get changed after 4 days of stay, which seems a little insufficient in my opinion.
- Tahj (8/5): Very good -
- Helen (7/5): Very brief stay. Litterly just slept there. - Location to Wembley Stadium. Unable to check in with luggage before heading to stadium.
- Marcella (1/5): Avoid - How can I say anything if after 10 minutes of being there, someone knocked on the door? The time I could have spent going to the stadium, I spent going to another hotel. Horrible staff. I booked this place months ago for one night - due to concert. Check in starts at 3pm, I arrived 3ish and then the staff knocked on the door to give me some towels and unblock the drain. We were not aware of this situation, we did not ask anyone to unblock anything. But yes, the person was there and used a strong product to do what he was trying to do. The smell was horrible, no one could have stayed there. The place is very small and we could not breathe. I called the property and the same staff answered. I asked for another place where we could stay. They only have a shared room in a different property. I then asked if they could cancel my stay and give me a refund as I would need to book another hotel. They agreed and guess what? I never got the refund. I was given £64 as compensation after contacting booking. They did not respond to my messages. Worst place to stay. If we hadn't been in the studio, he would have come in and used the product and we wouldn't knew until after the show. Imagine having to search for another place to stay after midnight, 1am? Don’t trust the staff, they don't do what they say and just show up at the studio without any warning.
- Diego (2/5): Place that I wouldn’t recommend or come again - Only the location We didn’t know it was a small room with a kitchen, a table and a bunk bed, everything in the same space. Furthermore, the floor is broken and there are leaks in the ceiling (inside the room and in the stairs). The room wasn’t cleaned enough, there’s no wardrobe or place to leave your clothes, and the beds are really old and uncomfortable. The bathroom is so old, the floor makes noises and the shower is disgusting and rusted. Also the neighbors make noise at night.
- Klodge87 (7/5): Good - Comfortable, good facilities plenty of space, easy transport links, clean, secure. Drainage in bathroom very slow, left showering in standing water.
- Anderson (4/5): London Wembley Break - Location Room was too small. Not suitable for 3 adults. No air conditioning and no external fire escape.
- Vivi (5/5): Passable - Great location with easy access to city center, but bathroom needs improvement Overall, the studio was a good place to stay. While it was a bit far from the city center, there was an underground station and bus stop nearby that made it easy to get around. The studio itself had everything I needed. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was a major letdown. There was mold on the tiles and the shower was blocked. I had to clean it myself with hot water, which was quite disgusting. If the bathroom had been cleaner, I would have rated this stay much higher.
- Adrian* (9/5): Superb -
- Karl (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (7/5): Good - Fine as a place to rest your head. Clean enough and in a great area to get to Wembley Arena as just a short tube ride away. People round the back were in their garden talking very loud until gone 1am.
- Lirou (8/5): Very good -
- Sabine (7/5): Not perfect, but overall good enough. - We travelled from Germany and the communication was great. Every time we had a question or needed something, we always got a reply almost immediately and they provided an extra chair for us because we were three people. The beds were VERY comfortable and we slept very well in them! Bus stop were 3 minutes away, train station 6 minutes. A big Sainsbury's was also just 4 minutes away and it had everything we needed. It was very convenient for us that we could cook and store a few things in the fridge as well. Check-In was at 3pm and we were told we couldn't check in earlier unfortunately. The only window you can open in that room is the small one in the bathroom. We had a few problems with the boiler in the shower, but we eventually found out how to adjust the right temperature. The drain was slightly blocked, so we had to clean it ourselves first... I'm not sure whether the family above our room were permanent residents or other travellers, but the children were super loud in the morning and we always woke up from it which was a bit inconvenient (the walls are pretty thin too).
- Nicola (6/5): Decent for a one-night stay. - Short walk from the Underground station. Worn out mattress.
- Po-yao (7/5): Good -
- Nataley (8/5): Great accommodation, clean, quiet, secure, would recommend. - Had everything we needed, warm, comfy, clean, wifi, TV, plugs by bed, secure, great communication from host. Perfect for me and my daughter. I don’t think the tap had been used for a while; so when I turned it on at 11pm when I got back, it exploded cold water in my face! Took about 5 mins of running it slowly for water to come through. Only negative of stay and it was more funny for my daughter than anything else!! 8-10 mins walk from tube so we got Uber late at night cost £5.95 so not much but I had a child with me.
- Ashish (9/5): Great Stay - Got what we paid for -
- Carlos (8/5): Nice cozy and comfy room. - Very cozy.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb -
- Jorn (9/5): Superb -
- Anna (9/5): Superb - Very clean. Good kitchenware. A rack with the hangers could be added. Used the rack for drying to store the clothes.
- Anna (10/5): Warm and cosy - I liked everything about this studio. I had to navigate between different apartments before I signed my longterm tenancy agreement. This one is the best, I should admit. You feel very welcomed and like being at home. I even extended it for more time. The flat is newly refurbished and well organized. Very quiet by nights, by mornings you can enjoy the birds light singing.
- Bryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sérgio (10/5): Pleasure to enjoy London in a place at the right middle of everything - Convenient & efficient Nothing to say! TOP
- Shaun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriela (8/5): Very good - It was very clean! It is a small flat but perfect for the price.
- Franco (9/5): Superb -
