It was also much quieter than central Tokyo, while still having lots to do in the area. The accommodation was clean and had every amenity you could need and more, including a washing machine and filtered water machine. I especially loved how the bathroom doubles as a drying room for your clothes. We are already planning to visit Japan again, and next time I will definitely stay longer at this accommodation. • Amanda (10/5): Fantastic stay for family of four - The photos don't do the apartment justice. We felt it was more spacious and attractive in person. This was a well appointed apartment that suited our family of four. We appreciated having space for our luggage, comfortable beds, option of the sofa bed, living room space and dining table. The water dispenser and the generous snacks were a hit and the hair-dryers and salonia hair straightener were a great thought. It was great having a washing machine and keeping the drying rack in the bathtub made drying clothes in the shower/drying room overnight easy. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location was very convenient, a short walk to Tawaramachi and Asakusa station, and an easy walk to restaurants, Kappabashi street and Nakamise street. It was in a quiet street so no street noise for us despite being on 1st floor (no elevator). We were also able to leave our luggage in the apartment stairwell with combination locks upon checkout as we had an evening flight. Nothing, everything was great.

In the Apartment were explanations to everything in English, so it was very convenient. The communication with the hosts was also very easy and kind.
• Carla (10/5): Perfect Family Stay in an Excellent Location Near Senso-ji - We had an excellent stay in this apartment in Tokyo and would absolutely return. The location was outstanding — just a few minutes’ walk from metro stations, surrounded by countless restaurants, and within easy walking distance of Senso-ji. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. We stayed as a family of four and found the space very comfortable. The beds were excellent, the linens were high quality, everything was spotless, and the shower was our favorite. The kitchen was functional and well-equipped, and having a washing machine that was easy to use made a big difference during our trip. Overall, a spacious, clean, and very well-located apartment. We would definitely recommend it. Our apartment was on the 4th floor without an elevator. For us, traveling with backpacks, this was completely manageable and did not negatively impact our experience at all. However, it could be challenging for guests with large suitcases or mobility difficulties.

Short walk from Tawaramachi station and senso-ji temple. Host provided welcome snacks and even a small parting gift to wish us well on our continued journey. Host provided clear instructions on how to use all the appliances in the apartment and there was a multi charging port in the property also. Got the impression the host had tried to anticipate travellers needs in advance and provided facilities to meet those needs. Nothing. This will probably be our accommodation of choice next time we visit Tokyo

Subway station is only a minute walk. Great house - Clean, spacious, great bathroom and bedroom perfect for 3 people with space for suitcases unlike other places we stayed. Other - Incredibly nice, helpful and responsive admin. Little guide booklets and complimentary stack were a great addition. The body soap dispenser in the bathroom was kinda annoying to use. But that being the only thing to nitpick should tell you how great the place is.

(If only the price and service remain the - Everything is okay, good location, comfortable accommodation, accommodation with reservations and facilities, TV can speak Thai, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, separate shower and many more that you can stay comfortably. My family likes it here. The price of accommodation during the holiday is very expensive but worth paying.

It was great to have the separate bedroom which could also be closed off if needed + the sofa bed came in handy as well. The apartment was spacious - it was great to have a couch area + dining table + a small kitchen. The bathroom was spacious and great to have the toilet separated. Whilst the host was remote, they were very helpful and quick to answer any queries. The app and booklets provided in regards to check in / check out and areas to visit around the area was very helpful. It was also helpful and convenient to be able to store our luggage for a few hours after check out. It would be great to have a washer + dryer combo to make washing clothes easier and more convenient. Whilst it was great to have the toilet separate to other parts of the bathroom, the enclosed toilet room was very small. A minor suggestion would be go remove the carpet/rug in the living room as it looked a little dirty (in comparison to the rest of the apartment).

• Kerry (9/5): Perfect launching pad for first-time visit to Tokyo! - Acoe Asakusa is the perfect property for a soft landing in Tokyo for first-time visitors to Japan. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, helped by handy explanations in English for the Japanese appliances. The uncluttered modern decor makes the snug apartment feel more spacious than it otherwise might. The air conditioners provided ample heating in winter, and we were always warm and comfortable. One of the best aspects of Acoe is its location. While it feels tucks away into a quiet suburb, it is in fact just a short walk away from the tourist hub surrounding Sensoji Temple. Closer to the apartment there are several cafes and restaurants. February Cafe, just a few minutes walk away, serves excellent coffee and tasty toast-based breakfasts. The closest train station, from where you can visit Tokyo’s other principle areas, is likewise just a few minutes walk away. There is nothing we didn’t like about the apartment. However, I would like to suggest that the owners consider adding instructions for running the bath.

I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, like the convenient charging station for our devices and the supply of cold filtered water. The bathroom was equally impressive, offering a refreshing shower with great water pressure. Most importantly, the super comfortable beds guaranteed a restful night's sleep. Simply put, the apartment has everything you would need to enjoy your stay in Tokyo. It's a nitpick, but it would be nice if travelers could get into the apartment with a key code vs. an old school key.

We loved how clean and spacious the place was for our family of 4. Great signage on how to use everything. We loved the laundry and drying system and the beds, pillows and blankets were so comfortable. Only a 3 minute walk to Tawaramachi Station and multiple konbinis. The access to all the sights nearby was great especially with children.

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood yet very close to two metro line stations and close to the Asakusa train station (with direct trains to Nikko). Walking distance to many sightseeing places such as temples, Skytree tower, etc. And a few metro stations to Ginza, Shinjuku, etc. The apartment is really well maintained, with all the necessary equipment. The main switches on the appliances are all labeled in English. We had the pleasure to find some great treats on arrival, rice cookies, chocolate. Thank you so much to our host!

The living area is seperate from the bedroom which made it easier to put our toddler down to sleep at night. Very safe for toddler and easy to sightsee around Tokyo from. It is near the train station, convenience store, cafe/restaurants, the Sensoji temple and other shopping areas. The prooerty is clean, modern and has all the amenities that we need. The washer was a joy to have especially for a family traveling and needed to freshen up clothes. Little thoughtful details made a difference: the guidebook helped alot. The host is very responsive. Nothing. It was perfect for our family’s preference and needs. Just a heads up for those who are physically challenged…there are stairs to go up to the property on the second floor and there’s no elevator. Just inform the host ahead of time and he can arrange for someone to help you carry luggages up to your unit.

• Raffaele (10/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso, location super consigliata! - Appartamento spazioso( molto comodo per 4 persone), curato, pulito e fornito di ogni comfort. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto il distributore dell’acqua fresca e la macchinetta del caffè e accessori per ìl fitness. Doppio climatizzatore , wi-fi , lavastoviglie e asciugatrice. .Posizione ottimale, nelle vicinzanze la metro ( una fermata a 150 mt e un’altra a 300mt )ed un 7eleven ( piccolo supermercato) a 200mt Inoltre a piedi( circa 300mt ) si trova il tempio Senso-ji e il famoso negozio Don quijote

• Rod (10/5): - We loved our stay at seirai asakusa vacation rental. It was handy to trains, 7/11 family mart and shopping. The room was spacious for our family of 5, and the beds were the most comfortable of the whole trip. All the little added amenities we had in the room made it even more special. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
• Knox (10/5): The apartment was exactly what we needed for our time in Tokyo! - The hosts were really friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Accessing subway/trains was very easy, and there was also plenty to do in walking distance. The space was really comfortable, and it had nice features like a washer, as well as a drying system, a full kitchen, and a bedroom.

• HSUEH HSIEN (10/5): 一年來，這是第二次入住，還是很開心，很像回到家的感覺，這次住5樓，晚上還看的到晴空塔。 - 該有的設備都有，離地鐵近。 沒有電梯，只有有樓梯。
• Elsie lau (9/5): - It was very clean. I stayed here with my family. With six adults and all our luggage, the space felt a little tight. Overall, it was still a great experience. The location is excellent, close to the subways, convenience stores, and a wide selection of restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient! Nothing.
• Nathalie (10/5): Appartement incroyable avec un personnel à l'écoute !! Le meilleur logement de tout notre séjour. - Super appartement, très très propre (merci à l'équipe qui a pris soin du ménage), literie incroyable que ce soit le lit que le canapé lit, petite attention à notre arrivée ( Merci ! Merci!). Appartement très fonctionnel (pièce pour sécher les vêtements!!, fontaine à eau ...) Pour 6 personnes, il a été largement appréciable. On a pu poser nos valises avant le check-in !! un grand merci à vous!! Le fait qu'il soit au dernier étage sans ascenseur est le seul point négatif mais qu'on oublie vite quand on voit le confort de l'appartement.
• 風 (10/5): 很棒的,非常推薦! - 住宿設備相當齊全,超過預期很多! 各種設施用心,細節也很好,空間大, 有廚房,餐桌吃東西方便,另外地點非常好,離地鐵站很近,周邊商店,餐廳,便利店林立,生活機能非常方便! 應有盡有。位置和交通絕佳,離淺草很近,去哪裡都很方便。另外住宿地點很安靜!! 床很好睡,我想不出有什麼缺點,客服回應也快速,官網照片和實景相同. 我想不出來有什麼缺點...
• Arabella (10/5): - Very close to everything, restaurant, stores, transportation. We love everything of this place.. from staff to the location. Will definitely come back again. Thank you so much to the care taker who waited for us and assisted with the luggage to the 5th floor. Thank you Japan! My family enjoyed our vacation.
• Tomas (8/5): Superb ground floor, great above ground - We stayed here 14 days before. What else can I say? Superb! This time around we were on the third floor without an elevator and carrying the luggage up and down was not the best
