• Mitrea (3/5): Lack of interest from the owner... - Position relative to the center The owner's lack of interest in the functionality of the apartment. Attached is the conversation with him and the problems reported. I have not been compensated to this day. Too bad about the apartment. Maybe after this negative review things will be resolved for the comfort of future tourists

• Sadhana (6/5): Voor kort verblijf was het oké. Zou hier niet terug willen komen. - De locatie. Binnen 6 lopen minuten zit je in hartje stad. Keuken kraan hing los, badkamer was vrij donker/ erg warm doordat er geen afzuiging was. De airco werd meerdere malen op afstand uitgezet. Er was geen beddengoed voor 2 personen en de uitklapbank zag er erg smerig uit.

• Mcdermott (7/5): - Location, modern clean feel Accomodation : Very small. For a weekend stay, it's perfect, but any longer might be a little claustrophobic. The kitchen sink was broken, which was fine as we weren't planning on using the kitchen. Mosquito infestation if you open windows! But great aircon in flat! Great location, nice modern clean room. We enjoyed our overnight stay in Milan !

• Karol (3/5): - Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The apartment was not clean — there was an old piece of soap left in the shower, and the kitchen tap was broken. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the place. One of the beds hadn’t been prepared for our arrival, and the sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. When I left, I honestly felt like I had slept on a tree for two nights.

• Maria (8/5): Nice apartment - Location, nice apartment After hours entry fee for after 9pm which wasn’t outlined on booking.com at time of booking. Tricky to enter. host mixed up the rooms and we were given a PIN number for incorrect lock box and found it empty. Thankfully host was still awake and corrected us to apartment A (not B, as was advised in WhatsApp) and provided us with another PIN and keys were located.
• Margo (10/5): Just everything you need to stay :) - I actually absolutely loved this place, location is amazing, bright apartment with lots of natural light. It’s clean, it’s modern and just everything you might need for a stay. I saw some people commenting about washing machine, I didn’t see any issues with using it. Owner provided fully understandable instructions on how to get to the apartment, didn’t have any issues with communication. 😊 Maybe only kitchen tap 🚰 can be adjusted properly because it’s a bit shaky but it isn’t really a big deal :)
• Bchara (8/5): It’s was a nice stay and enjoyed the new apartment and in the center of Downtown Milan - I really like the locations and it was nice as it’s recently been renovated, modern design It needs few snagging, washing machine for decoration only, as you cannot open the drawer to put the detergent cause of the top counter frame! Also the sink mixer is loose and will fall down in any moment.
• Richard (7/5): Uncomfortable extra bed - The accommodation is nice and clean. Only for two people!! The extra bed is the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. The mattress is so thin I felt like two irons were on my back. I would have rather put the mattress on the floor, but it was so thin that I didn't sleep well. On the third day I made a pile of pillows and slept on them. The constant fatigue ruined my vacation a bit.
• Marjorie (1/5): Horrible dont stay during winter - location We went during winter time and mind you the heater did not work so the owner left us with no heating! During night i had to put my coat on to sleep and couldnt sleep at all. I feel like the price we paid wasnt justified. The owner said we can message booking for a partial refund. I did but when booking got to them they said everything was perfectly fine which was a lie. They did give us a portable heater but it cant be plugged in the bedroom as It has different plug not compatible to one near the bed( atleadt they have thought of it?) I had to plugged it in the kitchen area. No partial refund, cold room, with no help but just to put your coats on. Worst stay ever in a place. Also whatever comment or reply they will probably say something to reply(lies) to this but overall stay was horrible.Atleast give us a good portable heater that can be plugged in the room?!?

• Inna (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at these apartments during my visit to Milan, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The location is absolutely perfect – close to public transport, great restaurants, and within walking distance of some of the city’s best attractions. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights after exploring the city. The host was amazing – very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They provided helpful tips about the neighborhood and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Overall, this was an excellent choice, and I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Milan. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

• Sultan (9/5): Great apartment, nice location, the owner should be more friendly with the guests - The location is next to Milan stock exchange , and the domo as well , clean apartments and nice apartments -There were a bad smell coming from the toilet. -The owner charged me 20€ for being late for check in ( only by 30 minutes) - the owner is not friendly as he keep telling me to pay the taxes and keep reminding me even though i have just arrived to the apartment after a long flight which was annoying. But overall, i liked the apartment.
• May (8/5): Clean and modern, wonderful location, but hard beds. - The apartment was very close to the Milan Duomo and other areas. The entryway was beautiful, modern, and clean and so was the apartment. There were perfectly adequate elevators, and beautiful vintage photos on the wall, and the key was easy to access. The hosts were very helpful in guiding us to the apartment. If the beds weren't so hard, I'd definitely stay there again. The bed was really hard. My daughter used the futon, and we had to request sheets (they were delivered the next day), but they didn't include a blanket. The hosts told us we were welcome to turn the heat up, but not everyone likes sleeping with just a sheet for a blanket.

• William (8/5): Good location. Easy check in. Nice modern apartment. - I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the nespresso machine. Location was good. Cleanliness was also nice. Tea towels could have been nice to compliment the many plates and equipment for making homemade food. And hand soap for the duration of the stay. That would really have been the cherry on top.
