• Verified traveler (2/5): Not what I expected based on booking description - Place was not what I expected for being labelled “luxury”. There was only one bed and a mat that was in the closet when we had booked a room with a bed and futon and pull out couch. Was not sufficient for my family. The bathroom was gross, with poor hardware and finishes. Also had small bugs crawling around kitchen area and when I went to use the bathroom the one night, saw a mouse. Was very disappointed. We checked out after one of our 5 nights. Staff was nice though

Несколько вариантов освещения Много муравьёв маленьких. Нет окна в номере, дверь в коридор с окном в которое часто светил свет из коридора. Дверь рядом с кроватью, так что светило прямо сильно. Нет окна в номере никакого. В уборной нет раковины и зеркало висит низко, подойдёт только для людей около 160 см ростом. Пришлось его снять и поставить в комнату рядом с раковиной. Кровать с ямой с краю

• Bedis (1/5): Catastrophic - The location was strategic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOMESTAY. We experienced the worst staying experience with a racist host. First of all, the pictures in the profile does not match the rooms available (the home owner does a tricky thing where he only puts the photos as annexe). The room is actually very small , it does not fit the criteria of a human decency, i am pretty sure it does not fit the criteria for a booking homestay. And when we confronted him to find a solution, be first asked us to cancel the booking ourselves ( probably so he would prevent us from doing a review) ,then he literally said « People from Philippine are small and like it, you europeans are big » which is obviously a racist thing to say and we’re not even from Europe. He also addrd that the only way to improve our unbearable living situation was to add more money . Secondly, the room was not clean and full of ants. The matress was uncomfortable with ressorts poking you in the abdomen. Finally, the bathroom and bedroom are communicating.

• Marco (8/5): Great location in a Quiet Street while still close to everything - Firstly, a thankyou to Akai for looking after me every day, a very helpful young man and a credit to the place. Superb location in a quiet street but within walking distance to pretty much most places .. Rooms Ok. Quiet apart from the one neighbour opening and closing doors .. if you have a problem with the key fob like I did, you have to touch it over the number 5 on the keypad ! Bathroom needs upgrading

Disliked: some of the rooms weren't up to my standards - smelling of mold, saw a mouse, tiny ants/insects by sinks, and upkeep of rooms were not good. Motel in USA standards.

• Silver (10/5): 3 days 2 nights getaway in Saigon - Excellent location - easy to find, easy to remember since the street’s identifier is atelier / clothing boutiques. Walking distance to everything you need - restaurants, malls, coffee shops, ATM machines etc. It’s at the heart of Saigon. Bao, the front desk was very helpful. You’ll get 24/7 assists through WhatsApp. Nothing. I even enjoy opening and closing the lock of the bldg 😂

• Conklin (10/5): Lovely apartment in fantastic location. - The location is fantastic. So close to everything but on a lovely quiet street with great restaurants. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. They let us store our bags at reception all day as we had a late flight, which was awesome. We loved the big sound-proof windows and English Netflix (they have a profile ready to go for many different languages). The supermarket-priced drinks in the fridge were a convenient touch. The air-conditioning worked well. We would definitely stay again.
