• Niena (7/5): Great location clean and had everything you need for a couple of days - Location and 2 bathrooms the beds are not comfortable the double bed is not a full double bed so only suitable for small people. The mattress in the other room keeps moving when you turn over.

• aletravel (7/5): - la posizione abbastanza centrale ma fortunatamente lontano dai rumori notturni. struttura molto ampia con 2 camere da letto entrambe con bagni all'interno. completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici e televisione sia in salone che nelle camere. primo.piano con ascensore. l'asciugacapelli si è guastato al primo giorno e lo staff si è prodigato a comprarne uno nuovo. tremenda puzza di fogna che usciva dal bagno interno di una camera da letto,è stato inutile lasciare la finestra aperta! Riscaldamento di una delle camere da letto che non emanava aria calda. doccia di uno dei 2 bagni che non usciva bene l acqua. Frigorifero pur essendo all'apparenza nuovo,non raffreddava e non manteneva la temperatura.
• M angeles (1/5): - Nada.. El apartamento anunciaba calefacción, pero en realidad solo tenía bomba de calor en el salón y en una habitación. Al llegar, el apartamento estaba completamente helado y una de las habitaciones era inhabitable por el frío, hasta el punto de tener que mover una cama al salón. La nevera estaba rota, al enchufar la plancha en cualquier enchufe saltaba el diferencial y todo el apartamento olía fuertemente a tuberías, un olor muy desagradable e insoportable. Además, había mucho ruido tanto de la calle como de los vecinos. Las puertas de los baños estaban en muy mal estado, la manguera de la ducha estaba rota y apenas salía presión de agua. Nada más llegar avisamos al anfitrión. Enviaron a una persona de mantenimiento (muy amable, hay que decirlo), pero tuvimos que esperar casi dos horas, perdiendo tiempo de nuestro viaje, y confirmó que los problemas eran reales. Tras eso, el anfitrión no ofreció una solución adecuada: nos pidió esperar al día siguiente por la mañana a otro técnico, lo que implicaba perder más tiempo. Pedimos un cambio de apartamento o la devolución de una noche para buscar otra opción, ya que el olor y las condiciones no eran aceptables, pero nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad. Experiencia muy decepcionante. No lo volvería a reservar .. no lo recomendaría
• Boglárka (10/5): Tökéletes, emberközpontú - Szuper helyen a városközpontban , gyalogosan minden elérhető. Érkezéskor nem tudtunk bejutni a kapott utasításokkal , de 1-2 perc alatt jöttek segíteni . Fürdőszobában egyáltalán nincs kellemetlen szag, ágyak kényelmesek . Kommunikatívak, segítőkészek. Nagyon tágas , jó a hangszigetelés. Kértem 1 plusz törülközőt hoztak négyet . Emberközpontú szállás teljes mértékben . Őszintén ajánlom ! Nem volt ilyen

• Plegt (6/5): Kan een opknapbeurt goed gebruiken. - De huiskamer en centrale ligging. De hygiëne in de badkamers, worden structureel niet goed schoongemaakt, waardoor vieze bruine randen in de douchecabine, tandenborstel-houder ronduit goor, zeer ongezellige en koude keuken, slaapkamerdeur die niet dicht kon, schuifdeur douche kun je beter niet dichtdoen, want je krijgt hem niet meer open.... Van een goede onderhoudsbeurt en enige renovatie zou dit appartement flink opknappen.
• Brett (10/5): Excellent spacious apartment with everything on your door step. - It was very spacious. Two nice en-suites with good powerful showers. Outside spaces was a bonus. What made it extra special was it is right in the middle of the historic old town. All bars, restaurants etc are no more than a 6 minute walk. The port and beach are only 20 minutes walk also. There were no faults. Only slight hiccup was the video showing how to enter the main entrance of the apartment’s was not the correct video. This did,cause a bit of confusion.

Pequeño detalles de las instalaciones se podrían mejorarse ducha por ejemplo , cierto olor a alcantarillado y los aires acondicionados hacían mucho ruido y no había en toda la casa
• Dawid (1/5): Don’t book this place unless they fix the horrible smell in double beg room’s bathroom - Close to everything (museums/restaurants/shop) The host is not flexible about arrival early because of supposed cleaning but the apartment had dirty floors. The AC is old and dirty, not maintained/cleaned in ages. The doors in the single bed apartment were broken had to fix the rollers to use it.. The creme de la creme would be the smell coming from the drain in the double bed bathroom that intensifies when you use the bathroom. ‼️🚨‼️🚨 For your own safety and peace of mind don’t book this place until the drain and ac is cleaned and fixed. 🚨‼️🚨‼️

• Anita (9/5): We had a very enjoyable stay in Malaga but were not expecting such crowds in February/March. - The apartment is in the historic city of Malaga so all the sights are within walking distance plus dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes etc. A large supermarket and a small grocery store are right next to the apartment and very convenient. The apartment is very roomy and was clean and the beds comfortable. We really appreciated the coffee machine. The smell from the drainage in the shower off the twin bedroom was extremely bad and this problem should be addressed and solved as it is definitely a turn off. We sometimes had to juggle the key in the lock to get into the main entrance of the building which made us a bit nervous especially at night.

• Gail (7/5): Very spacious, clean, centrally located apartment, some noise issues. - A very spacious, clean and centrally located apartment. The property was very clean and had a new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Two decent sized en suite beďrooms and a separate, comfortable living room. Also, a nice enclosed terrace. All in all, a modern, newly refurbished apartment in a great location. The property management team were very responsive to requests for new towels etc. Easy access and departure. Building also has a lift, for those who are less mobile. The major issue with this, otherwise lovely, property is that there were constant humming and electrical sounds from heavy duty machinery at night (audible in both bedrooms), which made sleep for two members of our party of three quite difficult. The plant type machinery would cut in and out at erratic junctures every couple of seconds and the sounds and vibrations were quite disruptive. Unclear where it was coming from (it was not related to the apartment’s air conditioning or heating system which we did not use) but possibly from the adjacent car park or supermarket. If you are a deep sleeper or prepared to use high quality ear earplugs it should be fine but if you are a light sleeper this may be problematic.
