• Jean-Pierre (9/5): It was a good, short (1 night) stay. More kitchen ware would have been needed for a longer stay. - Nice, modern, confortable appartement. Good location for us (near the university). Staff available on the phone even late in the evening. Not enough cuttlery, plates and cups.

Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal da und werde sicher wiederkommen. Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Rückflug, weil dieser überraschend annulliert wurde, und konnte spontan länger bleiben. Als ich dann doch früher als geplant abfliegen konnte, konnte ich wegen der besonderen Umstände die letzte Nacht kostenlos stornieren. Vielen Dank! Nichts

And had its own private off-road parking. Lift was well maintained. Corridors were clean and the amenities in the flat were modern. Balcony and coffee machine were the cherry on the top.

Τα σεντονια με λεκεδες και τριχες.Επιπλεον χαμηλού επιπέδου, διεκπεραιωτικες παροχές, ολα τα αντικειμενα φτηνα, απλα για να υπαρχουν. πχ απλώστρα σπασμένη, Πλυντήριο θορυβώδες, σιδερώστρα προβληματική, πετσέτες κακής ποιότητας. Μπάνιο χωρίς παράθυρο και τελος η ντουλάπα για να κρεμάσεις ρούχα ιδανική μόνο για μπασκετμπολιστες.

• Edmond (6/5): Need to bring some things with you. - Beautiful apartment. Quiet area. Good WiFi. Next to a nice and small Mall. No water pressure in the shower. No kitchen paper. No sugar or other condiments, although it had a Nespresso machine with 4 capsules. No complimentary water. Has hair dryer but not the right plug, although I managed to get it to work and it was quite weak in power.

They give clear instructions for location, parking, and how to use the apartment equipment.

I found the overwhelming smell of cleaning products on entering the appartment unpleasant and offputting. The products used to wash the bedding had such strong smell that on going to bed my eyes smarted and I started sneezing. I found the billows very high for a small person like myself.

• Kristine (3/5): good for student not for work - property clean and had anything near regarding location, supermarket, restaurants No way to sleep due to students, every day around 18h30 in building it there was somewhere a party with extremely loud music. 2 days there was a fight in building, one evening a gathering of over 25 people. I have not slept at all it was so noisy due to the students taking over the building, one night it only got quite again after 4am.

• Αργυρώ (10/5): Best option in Nicosia, very value for money! - As I travel a lot back and forth from Greece to Cyprus for business reasons I’ve almost been to every Airbnb in that area. This one was if not THE BEST then one of the best! The bed is absolutely comfortable and the house is perfect to relax after a tiring day of exploring Nicosia. Everything you might need is a 1 minute walk. From the super market to the bus station that takes you to the center of Nicosia. The towels could be a bit better but that’s a personal preference and I didn’t mind using them as I didn’t pack mine for a 2 nights stay. I will definitely stay again there.
