• joseph (4/5): dreadful - location was perfect no heating ceilings up stairs had water fault as light never worked in bed room only table lamps paint falling of wall in stair case over all place needed walls and ceilings sorted even in toilet ceiling had holes where water blisters had been burst garden area over grown at side and rear of villa rear door handle fell of only one side there pool ok apart from pool light hanging off exposing wires

• Robert (1/5): - ❌ Extremely unsafe – break-in during our stay During our stay, someone broke into the property while we were asleep inside. Although the listing claimed there were security cameras, they were not working at all. Shockingly, the host only came to install or activate the cameras after the break-in happened, which proves that the property had no real security during our stay. The house is located on a dirt road with no lighting, making it especially dangerous at night. The host refused to take any responsibility and did not offer a refund. We have reported the incident to the Cyprus police. This place is unsafe and should not be listed on Booking.com. We strongly advise other travelers to stay away.
• Haydn (9/5): Spacious villa needs a little love - great roof terrace! - The proximity to restaurants, bars and shops. The roof terrace was fabulous. Very spacious villa. The pool area was fine, we enjoyed that. The villa was ok, however it was a little tired inside, kitchen blind was dirty, light fittings with no bulbs, lamps couldn't be plugged in. We only stayed for 3 nights however if we'd stayed longer we probably would've liked to use the BBQ area but this was a bit run down and seems shoved down the side of the house. The roof terrace was amazing but sadly the furniture up there was very tired and barely fit for purpose. This area could be made so much more appealing for those sunsets.

• Caz-eaton (5/5): Standard of Villa and Grounds not what we expected or like photos on Booking.com - The location to the beach and supermarket was very good, but behind the property are lots of bars & restaurants which could be noisy in the high season. The standard of the Villa and grounds were not what we were expecting. We contacted the owner privately direct to let him know in case he was not aware, and although at first his reply seemed positive his last sentence was somewhat caustic saying that he "hoped we have a better time with higher standard for low price on our next vacation". By this comment, we take it that he thinks the Villa was cheap, so what do we expect? The gas bbq was totally unusable and probably dangerous. Not sure what the laws are in Cyprus, but there was no smoke alarm nor fire extinguisher/fire blanket downstairs. We shall definitely not be using this host or his property again!

• Julie (7/5): Please be careful and make sure all windows and doors are shut - The Villa was in good location near all restaurants and bars The village needs a lot of tidying up at the front and side it’s also down a dirt track which is very dark at night If you are staying at this villa please make sure you close all windows and doors even if you are inside the villa we were sunbathing on the roof terrace and the guy who was supposedly cleaning the pool got into the villa through the downstairs bathroom window and stole €135 out of my bag we asked the owners to check to CCTV and was told it was offline upon further inspection there is no CCTV they are just dud cameras

• Constantinos (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Just a five minute drive away from Coral Bay. Big house with nice private pool. Three spacious bedrooms. Kitchen equipped with new appliances, fridge, dish washing etc. Private parking. Cameras at the house garden give an extra layer of security. House is equipped with smart tv with netflix, amazon prime. Alexa is also available. Some noise from the surroundings, but this is natural as it's just behind the touristic road of Peyia. The road outside of the villas is a dirt road and there's a sewer drain just outside of the parking entrance that does not have a fixed lid and hence is not stable. A wheel can easily fall in and get the car stack if not careful.

• George (9/5): Very tidy villa in a lovely location. - Very good location, clean and comfortable The shower wasn’t good as it was broken and hard to use. Luckily we were only there 1 night.
• Stelios (7/5): Good location but the condition of the house was not as good as it was in the pictures - It is located in the centre of the touristic zone We felt disappointed with this villa. It's much older than it looks in the photos. For example one of the mattresses is in a very bad condition and it affected our sleep quality. Also, some sunbeds really need to be replaced. As for the airconditioning, it is set to turn off after 4 hours, so we woke up in the middle of the night to turn it on again because it felt hot. 6 people stayed together and it was a challenge because there is only one bath and 2 toilets. Other than that, it is located in the centre of the touristic zone

• Smith (10/5): Lovely private villa - Loved this little villa so much. It had absolutely everything we wanted. It was easy to find and get in and the welcome pack was an especially nice touch. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay, the host was easy to contact and quick to reply. Perfect holiday villa. Being close to the centre meant that the evening entertainment could be heard. It didn't bother me but those who are sensitive to noise might dislike it. The road the villa is on is unfinished, again this isn't a problem at all, but it might be initially off-putting as it looks a bit rough. However, it is not and it just makes for more privacy!
• Amy (10/5): AMAZING! - Absolutely fantastic villa, nice and clean and lovely pool! Really close to all the bars and restaurants and a nice little walk to coral bay beach and the bus stop to the harbour is a short walk and only €1.50. The staff are really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and the lovely little hamper of drinks was a lovely touch on arrival. Definitely would recommend and stay there again 😊

• Danielle (10/5): Amazing place - The location of this place was amazing - a couple of minutes to the beach with a delicious cafe on the way! It’s also right behind some wonderful restaurants: a tapanaki restaurant, gelato shop, local Cypriot food cafe and restaurant, and Italian restaurant. The house itself is very well maintained and the pool is fantastic. We had so much fun. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is good! Kitchen has everything we need and the grocery store is about a 5 minutes walk up the road. Overall, it was great and we cannot wait to stay again!
• Anonymous (8/5): Short - Nice pool, smart tv, alexa, clean, nice roof sunbeds 2hr timers on most appliances (like aircondition) … poor lighting outside, doors are kind of broken (some needed to be licked to stay closed) also the doors where really loud.
