• Fiachra (8/5): Three Minutes from a Bus Stop - Location was excellent, just minutes from Tram/Bus stops and easily connected with the Metro. The flat was cosy and had everything we needed. The building is well presented and well maintained. The flushing handle came away in my partner's hand, needs some sorta screw to hold it in. No toilet paper or toiletries, our flight was late in and we could've done without trying to find a shop, just for basics. Some printed information about local amenities would've been useful, shops, chemist and an idea of transport options and how they operate. Eg: Tram no. 12 operates on different routes at the weekend as against weekdays, we almost missed our bus to the airport on leaving day.

• Harriet (10/5): Very comfortable and central apartment in Milan! - Great studio apartment in the heart of Milan. Takes about 15mins to walk into duomo main square and the area of the apartment itself felt very safe (we are both women early 20s and felt very safe walking back late at night). Stayed with a friend and plenty of floor space for the both of our bags. Host was really helpful, even offered to help us book transport to the airport on departure. The bed was huge and so comfy. Air-con was super cold and kept the apartment a good temperature, it was 35degrees on the days we were there so very hot out. No faults at all, great place to stay, thank you! Nothing

• Dimitra (9/5): Superb - Spacious room in a great location, very close to Duomo. We only stayed for a night but I can see that it can be a very comfortable place to stay for more days as it has a lot of storage space, a kitchen and a big bathroom. The communication with the host was very good. The host was accommodating and flexible and answered all our questions promptly.
• Ella (9/5): Lovely host and lovely apartment! - About 10-15 mins walk from the city centre which was great. Nice view and clean and spacious. There was unfortunately a broken glass in the cupboard and a broken door with a bag of towels which we couldn’t get closed.
• Lucy (7/5): Nice apartment in a really good location, away from the busy streets right by duomo but was still only a short walk away - Comfortable bed, location was quiet yet still close to duomo. Clean and modern design and had everything you needed Kitchen tap was loose and only trickled water out & the shower kept sliding down which was difficult as I am quite tall.
