- Aspinall (3/5): - I enjoyed the location, nice and close to everything I wanted to see, with in walking distance I enjoyed the location of Circle on Cavill, as it was central and within walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The convenience of the area was a definite highlight of my stay. However, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues in the apartment. The bathroom door did not close at all, a light was missing in the main room and had been placed on the TV stand, the kitchen was not clean, and the floors had not been vacuumed. One of the lights in the loungeroom kept flicking. Additionally, the shower head repeatedly fell off during use, and the air conditioning was hardly working, which affected overall comfort. While the location was excellent, the condition of the apartment did not meet expectations.

Should have clean myself whole floor and every corners. I was not comfortable to use anything in there. Had to use 4 towels for 3 nights(4 people stayed). Requested extra towels but they ignored. TV screen was broken

Bathroom was very mouldy, furniture very old. Lounge very uncomfortable. Recliner lounge didn’t work, tv in bedroom didn’t work.

There was no communication from host, the apartment was filthy with lots of things broken ie: bathroom door, no airconditioning they only provided fans and the temp in the room was minimum 28 everyday, they provided nothing for a comfortable holiday stay … empty shampoo/conditioner bottles, no sponge or tea towels in the kitchen with only 3 dishwasher satchets for a 12 nights stay, no cooking utensils only a ladel, most lights in the room were not in use or missing completly

Le réfrigérateur faisait disjoncter le tableau électrique, pas de frigo durant tout mon séjour. Il y a qu’une seul douche et toilette pour 6 personnes. Le sèche linge très bruyant se situe entre les 2 chambres.

- Matthew (4/5): Great location and stunning view, but a worn out, baking hot box of an apartment. - Location was convenient as close to Woolworths and Cavill Ave. The absolute most terrible part of our stay was the temperature in the rooms. The air-conditioning was simply not keeping up with the heat of the sun. The sun hit the windows from 4:50 am and by 6 am it was 30 degrees inside the apartment and too uncomfortable to stay in the master bedroom. By 8 am it was unbearable. We had to get out early every morning as was unbearably hot. The next worse thing was that the TV couldn't play free to air channels which was terrible when you pay $6000 in 2025. We've been all around the world and never stayed in such a hot box with no free to air TV. The portable fan in the master bedroom was filthy and had a broken base, so we washed it. The carpet and walls were dirty and stained. The blinds were not block-out and light streamed in (especially in living and dining rooms. It got so hot the blind fabric melted off the roller. After we mentioned it in day 1 the booking.com staff did fix it, which was good. Generally the place looked run down.

- Dini (5/5): Needs an extreme makeover and update- would not stay again - The view from balcony was brilliant. Nice to sit in the morning with a coffee. The first beds was at the front door in the foyer with bi privacy, the kitchen was missing a few essential items. There were quite heave marks on the was. The TV remote had no batteries. The shared bathroom wasn't completely private. The microwave had no la else on buttons making it absolutely useless. The car space was very tiny, making it almost impossible to get out of the car once parked. Parked over the line one day by accident and got threatened by security they would tow my car and told I was ignorant and rude for doing so.
- rijal (7/5): - The blinds in the bathroom were broken. We were staying in a group and comes to privacy using toilet. Contacted the management where they brought handyman to fix but couldn’t do much. Please do check before leasing but other than that everything was good.

The room wasn’t very clean, there was toe nail clippings and a lot of dust on the floor, hair everywhere, cigarette butts near the sofa in lounge, the sink was missing the drain cover. No non slip mats for the bath/ shower so it was really slippery for young children.

Nice outdoor balcony. Roller shades on every window for afternoon sun. Both lounge recliners could not recline but were still comfortable as normal lounge chairs.

- Sally (7/5): "Circle on CAVILL" views are the best - The apartment layout was beautiful. One of the nicest places with a perfect location and a beautiful view. Everything you need is in walking distance. Afew things needed attention. Couldn't lock the balcony door so I would be terrified if I had children, the window lock broke, the windows were filthy!

Was meant to be two single beds in one of the rooms was a double. Not suitable for what I was looking for. Their was a urine stain on the wall next to the toilet paper. Had to buy my own scrubbing brushes to do the dishes. Was not even one their to use. Needs to be warmer blankets on the beds a sheet and that throw blanket doesn't cut it. Their were spares in the cupboard but not enough

- Isabella (6/5): Average, run down - We booked a 2 bedroom apartment however the 2nd bedroom was a study turned into a second bedroom which was extremely small with no windows leaving it very stuffy in the room. In said room the outlets were also coming off the wall and were not working. When we went to use the spa bath we realised the spa itself was not working after multiple attempts.

Parcontre si vous souhaitez surfer n’allez surtout pas à Surf Paradise car avec le cyclone Alfred impossible d’aller au large à cause du sable. La vue est très belle. Notre appartement était vraiment vraiment vraiment sale. On a dû prendre nos propres équipements de camping pour cuisiner car la vaisselle était vraiment très sale. Les toilettes étaient sale également avec des traces d’escrements dedans. Des poils sur les lavabos etc donc prévoyez du temps pour faire le ménage derrière. Le personnel dans les bureaux est très sympa mais nous sommes arrivé la nuit donc on a du appeler une dame qui nous a forcé à mettre nos passeports en ligne et quand on a refuser et proposer de venir à la première heure à l’office le lendemain elle nous a raccroché au nez. Franchement n’allez pas la bas vous trouverez mieux et au même prix à Surfer Paradise!

- Samantha (10/5): - The apartment was in the perfect location to holiday with our kids, loved that you could step right out to front doors to access woolies to cook in the apartment a coffee shop and the restaurants so close we walked to everything with the 4 kids while parking was included in our accommodation, will definitely be going back was so convenient.

- Andrew (4/5): TLC Needed - The location suited very well. Good facilities in general. Lovely hinterland view. A bit rundown and dirty (probably due to the holiday onslaught). Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly and the cupboards had stuff strewn around and dumped in there along with some old socks. I was offered a 10% refund via a cut and paste email (which is pretty much just the cleaning fee we pay anyway). Only issues with one key. Was told we could get another one, but then not. So essentially we could only all go out together, or return at the same time! We were issued 2 after the lock broke and a temporary lock installed. Can’t fault the locksmith and help from Lauren. The pantry door had a bike lock on it. The second bedroom is an add on to the balcony and is tiny with no place to put bags or anything. It seems to me it’s set up sparingly due to party rooms. There’s a fair bit of maintenance needed, light bulbs out etc…. As mentioned it was a busy time of the year, and we had a good time, but clearly the unit is not really well maintained and not really fit for purpose for a family/2 bedroom.

- Michelle (6/5): Great Location - I think it was a 1 bedroom & studio room. The 2nd room had no windows just a bed. There was a door in between the bedroom to the bathroom either side. There was only 4 hangers in the closet. Shower head needs to be replaced as the water doesn’t come out evenly & goes everywhere. Balcony chairs need to be cleaned with sugar soap to get rid of mould. Second set of keys, the fob wouldn’t work. Had to call real estate & get it replaced. Location is good but I wouldn’t rush back to stay again.

- Corey (3/5): Disappointed in room, facilities are good and location is great. - Kitchen, Pools, Games room and location Washing machine didn’t work for the whole stay which is no good for 4 people with dirty clothes, toilet didn’t work for 24 hours. TV remote in bedroom you couldn’t change the channel so took 2 days to fix it. Fault light switch in bathroom which zapped me and my daughter was reported but not fixed while we staying there and toilet/bathroom together which is. Not good for four people. Location was good. On the first night very noisey as near night clubs on Gold Coast so screaming at 3-4pm in the morning.

- Charlotte (10/5): Overwhelmed by the peace and serenity I experienced in this short stay. - How spacious it was. Fully air conditioned and fully equipped with everything we needed. Best water view, my sanctuary place. Was overwhelmed because it was a last minute booking and the best decision I made. You never know when to take a break until you actually do it! Feel refreshed and already booking for the next short holiday lol this place was amazing!!!!! I have no faults about it
