Terry (1/5): Very poor place. - The good was the location, the bathroom was new and very clean. There was off-street parking for 1 vehicle. There was no working fan, so no ventilation in the bathroom. The kitchen facilities included a bar fridge, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and a kitchen table with 1 chair. There were some dishes and silverware. There was no cupboards or kitchen sink. There were 2 flat screen tvs, but they were not hookup to cable. There was no sidewalk from the parking pad to the side door (there were several pallets to walk on. They were uneven). The mattresses were worn out and very uncomfortable. The mattresses were on a plywood base (not really a bed). There was very little sound proofing from the tenants upstairs. The upstairs people had access to the side door; there was no way to prevent them from the basement accommodation. There was no temperature control in the unit; the upstairs people set the temperature. There are no hooks or bars to hang clothes on. The host had great difficulty controlling the noise from upstairs.

Antony (1/5): Horrible Stay - There is not even a single to get liked. So frustrating and dirtiest place that once can make. This is the most disgust place i ever stayed. It was so horrible and once we reached the room around midnightband when we open the bedroom a random guy sleeping there with messy and i called the house owner. Once he arrived and asked the guy that he accidentally stayed insted of upped floor . After the guy left the owner asked me to sleep there were the same blanket, bed cover and even the pillow covers thats used by him. I cant sleep that someone just used and i try to sleep in the couch for sometime and when i lay down there is two big nails on the couch. How frustrating this is and no water in the unit to drink some water , need to depend the washroom tap..lol.. what a nightmare to get frustrated.

Shilo (10/5): Great cozy private and very secure place. - The privacy... the respect from the owner.... and felt safe.. I couldn't figure out the TV...but I don't watch TV much.... but the owner did help me of of course !!
Gerald (10/5): Exceptional - Price was good! Very clean and quiet. I really was only there for about 7 hours to sleep and then leave for the day. Perfect for what I needed. The owner would get back to me quickly whenever I had a question. Bring your own towels for showering. There was one there but not that great.
Linda (1/5): Would not recommend - Problems with electrical. Door security didn't work properly. Unable to check in when we wanted. Place had not been cleaned. Kitchinette was very poorly equipped. Originally booked for three nights, but left after two due to these issues. Asked for a refund but was ghosted.

Tory (9/5): Great little basement! - Overall was really good, clean very nice house smooth check in and quick response to any concerns! I think could just use a couple more things for daily cleaning up after yourself, and maybe a bin for dealing with food dishes!
