• Skrzypkowski (9/5): - Klimatyzacja, elektroniczny zamek do drzwi co umożliwiało szybkie otwarcie, balkon Niskie drzwi od pokoju i łazienki które przy zamykaniu szorowały o podłogę i hałasowały przez to. Po kilku dniach zaczęły wychodzić robaki czy to w łazience czy też salonie. Ale było ich bardzo mało.
• MARIA REYES (7/5): - La ubicación respecto a las líneas de metro es lo mejor, estábamos en cinco minutos andando en la boca de metro de Mercat Nou (linea 1 roja) y te comunicaba con los lugares más emblemáticos de Barcelona. No había vecinos ruidosos. No teníamos llave física para entrar al apartamento, dependiamos de los códigos enviados al móvil para entrar. La cocina y el baño son bastante reducidos.

• Lesley Butler (6/5): - Near the tram and coffee shops very quiet .easy entrance .great communication with host . Silly things really. Kettle lid did not close .water in shower not very hot .we were cold not enough bedding . We could not work the tele but we did not have time to watch it .so not a problem

• Erre (3/5): Para el precio, no merece la pena. - Abrir la puerta con la App del móvil. La cocina estaba completa con todos los enseres. Baño pequeño pero completo. Zona tranquila sin ruidos, y supermercados cerca. La terraza muy amplia. El agua caliente fluctúa, creemos que era un termo. Las sábanas y edredones no eataban todo lo limpios que se espera. Algún pelo, y alguna mancha de sudor en las almohadas. La casa no estaba todo lo limpia que debería. Suciedad en suelo y pelusas. El sofá incómodo, se caían los cojines todo el rato. No tiene persianas, entra mucha luz.

• pr.wagner (6/5): Einfach nicht überzeugend - nur Lage zur U-Bahn ist gut - Nähe zur U-Bahn Market Nou. Sehr einfach gestaltet und zusammengestückelt. Möbel auf der Terrasse alle kaputt. Auf dem Foto sieht man mein T-Shirt, das von einem grünen, gebrochenen Terrassenstuhl zerstört wurde. Alle 4 Stühle sind derart defekt. Haus und Lage eher laut. Als Ferienwohnung oder Home-Office im Ausland nicht geeignet, trotz W-Lan Connectifity.

• andrea (8/5): Buona location comoda - Posizione vicina fermata metro appartamento completo di tutto con terrazzo quartiere tranquillo con tutto quello che serve vicino Palazzo e scale fatiscenti ascensore senza luce
• Bruno Graziosi (8/5): Ottima posizione - Ottima posizione, vicina alla fermata della metro Mercat Nou (in 10 minuti si raggiunge Plaza Catalunya), supermercato, fruttivendolo, panificio. Nei pressi del Parco Can Batllo. Lo staff è eccezionale, in contatto costante via whatsapp. Il proprietario ci ha offerto il rimborso della lavanderia a gettoni di cui abbiamo usufruito poiché quella in casa non era funzionante. Purtroppo appena arrivati in casa abbiamo trovato delle formiche. Credo che il proprietario fosse a conoscenza del problema visto che era già pronto lo spray per debellarle. Problema parzialmente risolto, di tanto in tanto qualche formica è ricomparsa.

• Daniel (5/5): Clean, good space, but badly needs money spent on it. - It was clean, shower was strong. Good space, good tv, reasonable size kitchen. The cushions were ripped on the sofa, the green table was battered and old, the iron board had mould on it, the shower holder for the shower head was missing, Washing machine was old and i didn’t trust it to wash my clothes. The bed in the main bedroom was made of two cheap beds, I’m 6”3’ so need a big king size bed. The place needs renovating, repairing, the sofa and the green outside table needs replacing.

• Marekkubi (1/5): Bad - Nothing The apartment needs to be completely renovated, the apartment is dirty , the walls are dirty , the air conditioner is dirty , the curtains are dirty , I believe that the apartment was bought and without the needed renovation rented , the neighborhood is poor , if the price was lower then ok , but the price is too high for such a condition of the apartment. For this price I would not recommend
