- Farah (3/5): 🫤 - 🫤 Hot water dispenser unable to use, And no electric kettle provided. Had to use the portable milk heater to make milk For my baby, aircon leaking badly. All walls the wallpaper peeled badly. Uncomfortable.

It is obvious that it has not been properly maintained or clean - Key collection was smooth, as the instructions in the PDF file were sent to me 24 hours prior to check-in. The property is under the management of RUMABnB Management. Regrettably, the host, Mr. William, was unresponsive and did not demonstrate any willingness to assist in resolving our complaint. No response was received despite our WhatsApp messages being read.
