• David (10/5): Four times the size of a hotel room for HALF the price! - This apartment Is MASSIVE and a very short walk to all the tourist areas! The beds and couches were comfy, the wi-fi was great, and the full kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook (but don't because you're in Greece and next to amazing restaurants). A huge plus for us the last few nights of a 2-week European vacation was that it had a washer/dryer. Some friends told us their hotel charged 5.5 Euros to launder ONE t-shirt! Meanwhile, we washed 4 entire loads basically for free. The owners' instructions were excellent, and they even helped us with a special request as we were coming from Romania. Opportunities for upgrade: 1. That shower needs a door. With the bathroom's layout of the shower entry in the middle, there's no way to take a shower and NOT get water all over the bathroom floor. 2. Some of the lights flicker, which can be obnoxious in the bedrooms, and cause headache-inducing in the smaller bathroom with the contrasting tile designs.

• LiaT (10/5): - Perfectly located in the heart of the city. Within a walking distance from all main attractions. The flat is spacious and very clean, equipped with everything needed for your stay. Staff was attentive and helped with everything we asked for. Highly recommend!!

• David (10/5): A lovely apartment. Perfect for families who want to walk around Athens. - The apartment was really spacious and in a great location for seeing everything in Athens. Everything within walking distance. The bedrooms are at the back of the property, so we were never disturbed overnight. We swapped messages with our host on a couple of occasions, and they were really helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Athens.

Great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood (can highly recommend Drunky Goat and Brettos). It is very spatious but a bit basic. The communication with the apartment. Only available from 9 to 6. Really unclear instructions on where to find the key and also not really clear that it is apartment 11 (the reservation number stated ATH0009). We had some issues checking in the evening but only got a reaction the day after. Shower is not very strong which means you have to shower against the water pipe to get some water. For light sleepers it might be hard to sleep as you can hear the neighbors.
• Myria (10/5): A comfortable flat in the heart of Athens - A big, comfortable, renovated flat in an excellent location. The flat is in a neighborhood full of restaurants and right in the heart of the shopping area. The Syndagma metro is just down the road. The staff was helpful and immediately responded during our communication. It's not really about the property itself, but... the lockbox is not in a convenient and obvious pace. It's on the wall of the bar at the entrance of the building!

• Alper (6/5): At this price point, i would choose other options. Though the customer service responded quickly,they didn’t solve our i - The location is great. The hot water is very unreliable. Despite the hotel's claim that it takes 20 minutes for the hot water to replenish, we still had no hot water after waiting. We ended up boiling water in the kettle to get hot water. Additionally, the morning shower was cold.
• Kendel (9/5): Airy and bright apartment in a great location. - The apartment is really roomy and light. The beds and furniture are comfortable. We felt very comfortable here, it was a nice place to retreat to. It is within walking distance to everything but on the edge of the tourist areas so it isn’t completely crazy when you leave the apartment. It is a little noisy, this is just the building you can hear the neighbours. The kitchen is a little older but functional.

Great location and lovely accommodation - Great location right in the middle of the tourist hotspots. 2 double rooms and plenty of space for a family of 4 No real complaints. The kitchen is small but enough to get by in and there are so many great restaurants within 50meters we only used it for breakfast for which it was perfect

• Maria (10/5): Excellent stay - Large and comfortable apartment at the city centre. Modern and indeed chic apartment very near Sintagma. The area was quiet and accessible to the metro station and buses. Also the owners/administrators were always at our disposal for questions and issues. Everything was great nothing to add in the dislike section.
• Mas (8/5): Quiet and comfortable - The location is perfect. The bedding is very confortable and the building is quiet. The team answers very quickly. I have appreciated everything. There are just a few things missing : In the kitchen there is only one electrical outlet for 3 devices (coffee machine etc) There are not enough coffee cups. A set of 6 coffee cups would have been useful as we were 3 people. Some olive oil and rice or pasta would have been nice to start. Thank you for this experience.

• Mina (10/5): Inviting modernist beautiful apartment - Light and open space. Resting for body and soul. Loved the old features in the kitchen (reminded me of my grandmother's house, in a nice way). Very clean. Also, extremely quiet considering it's location :-) Pillows. Maybe it would be good to have additional options ( less bounce 🙂)

The staff provided clear instruction and photos on key access, appliance use, and Netflix. The guidebook in the apartment was very helpful. The apartment was exceptionally clean, all furniture was very comfortable, and the apartment was spacious and well-appointed. The only thing missing was a spatula in the kitchen! We had to flip our eggs with a spoon. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The kitchen could do with a microwave. The shower is TERRIBLE - flooded the bathroom every time it was used. I can't understand why such as design has been arranged without a door in the opening to the walk in shower. It would be different if the opening was at one end, but it's RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOWER so everything splashes out. I wouldn't stay here again just because of that - I dreaded having a shower & trying to not flood the floor when there was no way to mop it up.
• Amy (10/5): Roomy apartment in a great location. - It was in a fantastic location in Plaka. This was the biggest apartment that I have seen in Europe. It was well-appointed and very clean. The second bathroom was massive with a washer/dryer and 2 complimentary washer pods. The beds were comfortable. There was only one shower. The shower head was hung in a way that it did not spray very far and you practically had to stand against the spigot to get under it. There was a balcony, but no view or chairs.

Very close to everything but also very quiet In the description it's written 2 bathroom, but actually there is one bathroom+toilet and one more toilet ( without shower or bathroom) It's should be written more accurate. In The shower itself the water pressure is a bit weak. It would be nicer to have more water pressure but really this is the only complaint I have , the apartment is perfect
• Pirco (9/5): in the heart of Athens, yet quiet and spacious. great apartment layout. - location. location. location! the apartment is JUST outside of the super touristy area, so it's very quiet yet you are a very short walk away from all the action, incl the Acropolis. the UPSTREET team was really good, too. we had internet outtage and they hand delivered a mobile wifi modem the next day. I think it's time for new mattresses soon. They looked worse than they felt but if you like flat and hard mattresses then this is not your bed.

It is very convenient if you want to explore the city by foot, and only a 5-minute walk to many major public transport routes at Syntagma Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything necessary and had great overall atmosphere. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and hassle-free. The whole team at UPSTREET was kind and helpful and immediately answered our inquiries. We would definitely book this apartment for our next stay in Athens!

Apartment wad very clean and communcmication with host pleasant and clear. The shower has no door or curtain, so you need to take care not to splash water around. But, this was really a minor thing.

The beds were extremely comfortable and at the rear of the apartment so very quiet at night. The staff at upstream were very responsive to our questions and checked in to make sure everything was ok with our stay. The booklet of recommendations had some great suggestions in it as well. I'd suggest this property to anyone staying in Athens. Nothing really
