- CHRISTELLE (8/5): Très bel appartement très bien situé au niveau transport - Très beau appartement bien grand et bien situé au niveau transport. Il faudrait mettre un rideau occultant à la fenêtre de la salle de bain.
Adresse et façade de l appartement ne correspondent pas à l annonce booking.
Les personnes qui donnent les clés devraient être plus aimables.

- Emma (6/5): - Spacious living area, modern bathroom and kitchen. I had to collect keys from a shop approx 1km away and they were not there at check in time. Communication with the team managing the property was a struggle as they are remote.
Pity to see previous feedback from guests has not been acted on, including the wifi (it was truly terrible), lack of blind in the bathroom for privacy and the interior is need of a coat of pant
- Adam (7/5): Great flat but hidden deposit - Beds are amazing and so comfortable. There is a lot of space within the main living area and it's very well located. There is a secret deposit not listed that is required in order to get the keys. This is an unwelcome suprise and not transparent.
We did hit a few issues during our stay but these were rectified. The flat is nice but there are areas that do need a little tlc

- Marlena (4/5): Disappointing - the location The heater in our bathroom didn‘t work so it was VERY cold (same temperature as outside, it was February). We immediately informed the property and they said someone will come and fix it. We just have to bring back the key to the key pickup point (we had to walk there for 15 minutes) and someone is already on the way to fix it, but only stuck in traffic. Later I asked the property if it works now. They answered to us: „Sorry for the inconvenience. You may pickup the keys. There is a delay in the delivery, maintenance is still waiting.“ so nobody was there and we also couldn’t shower because it was too cold. We asked them for financial compensation, because we did not book an apartment with a cold bathroom. But they just offered us one more night or any discount for our next stay. We told them we just have to take our flight back because of work the next day and the fact we would not stay at this apartment again since we were not satisfied. They did not see that it was an inconvenience to shower in a cold bathroom and that they have to compensate us in another way than they did.
- Sally (8/5): Ideal location for Oxford street and would stay again. - Really lovely flat in a great location and would return if the price point we paid was the same.
Clean and comfortable management company were responsive. A couple of little niggles more for feedback. Having to get the keys from another location which is about a 13 min walk from the flat and return them was an inconvenience.
Could do with a blind in the bathroom and no tv channels on the tv, also the WiFi wasn’t the best when working from the flat or to use YouTube on the tv.
- Abigail (7/5): Pros: Great location, beautiful apartment Cons: needs maintenance and confusing key pickup - Great location, spacious property, comfy and attractive decoration. It was difficult to find the key pickup. Getting the keys was one of the worst aspects of the property. Need to include more information in the instructions please (it's in a convenience store and the person behind the counter was unfriendly). Also the property needs some maintenance eg needs a blind in the bathroom (overlooked by other flats). Minor leak in the shower door. Pots and pans are very old and scratched (only a few work on the induction stove top). Apartment lock situation need attention. Having only one apartment key is annoying. I prefer to be able to lock the door even when I'm in the flat which you can't do if someone else in your group is out with the key (without being locked in) feels unsafe.
- Saud (1/5): Its a scam. Never will I book again - The location is great I came to London for vacation so most of my time was out of the apartment.
Overall, the apartment was dirty. They were hiding the dirt underneath the bed and table not to mention the leftover food from the previous residence.
The water kettle was so dirty and filled with mold that I had to buy another one and leave it there after I left the apartment for a good gesture.
The wifi was not working but at least I had an Internet on my phone.
One of the heater was broken, not working.
After I left the apartment, the property asked me to pay 250 pound and claim that I broke the fridge door which I use the fridge once or twice and was fine.
The property told me that they did cleaning and thorough check before I came but never mentioned the broken heater and the Wi-Fi and the mold inside the kettle.
The property staff feels like a scammers, the property is not even worth the price.

I paid extra for an early check-in, but when I arrived, they refused to let me in. And asked me to collect the key from another location that is 18 minutes driving far away from the apartment and there is no left in the building.
How ever after taking one shower I faced a water drainage issue, 🤢🤢 the shower blocked and the apartment flooded for 3 days without any response from them!!
At the end, they asked me to return the key at an unknown location, which did not exist. I left it at Starbucks and informed them about it, and they responded. Afterward, they refused to refund the security deposit due to the lost key! How could the key be lost when I returned it and followed up with them? This is a scam and price manipulation. I do not recommend them at all. Unfortunately, Booking's management did not handle the matter.
