• Shirleen (10/5): I definitely enjoyed and will revisit in August - I wasn’t aware of the breakfast so always prepared my own in the room . Online payment of bond , I really had to struggle with OTP issues as I was from Fiji and my number wasn’t working. In such cases the reception could receive payment at the counter .

The apartments are modern with breathtaking views, always clean and present beautifully. Having the amenities such as the spa, pool, sauna and steam room makes your stay even more high luxury. Parking for easy access if you're traveling with a car. My children loved the excitement of being up so high, having the balcony to enjoy that experience from outside another added bonus. The host George is amazing and beyond helpful, check in and check out a very simple process. Going above and beyond for his guests, my son left something behind very meaningful to him. George had it posted to us within days of being home. I recommend Pars Apartments to all my friends and family that travel. Such a great location, family friendly central to everything you need for your holiday. 🥰

• Phill Potts (10/5): Spacious, 2 bed apartment in the middle of Melbourne - The apartment was perfectly located near so many places. Most were within walking distance, but if you don't like walking, then the tram stop is right out front. Car park was spacious and great for my big hire car. Facilities in the building were never ending, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, park out back. Great reception area. Spotlessly clean with everything provided. George was very helpful and supportive. Two rooms, with two separate bathrooms. I would highly recommend this apartment. Nothing. All was just great thanks.

The apartment was spacious, well-presented, and offered stunning views of both the city skyline and the Yarra River. The amenities were also impressive, particularly the pool, sauna, and steam room, which added greatly to the experience and made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.

• Neha (8/5): I loved my stay - Location was good. The amenities were generous. Kitchen had all we need with kids. We loved pool, sauna, spa and steam room area. They were nice and big to accommodate people living in building. Apartment was nice neat and clean. George was quick to reach to. Apartment was bit too small. My pin code did not work when i reached the apartment building to collect keys but then a quick call with George fixed the issue. Its a bit noisy as train track is right below the building.

The price is a bit dear comparing to other 5 star hot - The location is convenient for tram although a bit walking distance to the CBD. The pool, spa and sauna are great. The view from the apartment is also fantastic. It’s next to Southern cross station so it’s very noisy late night and early morning. Not suitable for those are light sleepers.

• Leon (9/5): Fantastic place to stay. - Pars apartment is a spectacular place to stay in Melbourne. The location is fantastic, great views and very comfy beds. Was a perfect place to stay with our family of 5. Everything you need is available in the apartment and the facilities of the building are exceptional. Communication from the team was also exceptional who when I messaged them with requests answered very quickly and were more then happy to accommodate. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with a family in Melbourne I would recommend here. Getting the keys and getting our car into the garage was difficult as you had other cars trying to get in at the same time. With limited space to pull up to go inside and collect the keys made it a little stressful.

Little bit confusing at first at how to get to the apartment and other amenities but then afew more attempts to figure out how and where to access then it was ok.

Being so close to the train and bus station does mean you get the noise. Since we were really high up, it didn't cause any sleep issues for us.

• Benoit (1/5): BEWARE: Deposit NEVER refunded! - BEWARE: Deposit NEVER refunded! The stay itself was fine, but I strongly advise against booking this hotel. They took a security deposit upon arrival and never refunded it after check-out, even though the room was left in perfect condition. Customer service completely ignores messages and refuses to return the money without any valid justification. I have been forced to initiate a bank chargeback and file a formal complaint with Fair Trading for breaching the Australian Consumer Law. Do not stay here unless you are prepared to lose your deposit. Stay away!
• Zuoxiu (9/5): - The location of the apartment is excellent—less than a 10-minute walk from Southern Cross Station, and it's right on the edge of the city's free tram zone. You can hop on a free tram from downstairs to most attractions, or take the Circle Line 35 for a city tour. The apartment is also just by the Yarra River, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to DFO. The facilities inside are great—the dryer works really well, and it's convenient for cooking. Plus, parking is available, so it's very handy if you're driving.

• Jason (8/5): Great place, just need to work on the key collection instructions and getting them to guests in time - It was really difficult to find the right mail room, the parking whilst collecting the keys was bad. We received a video after we picked up the keys. You need to be more prompt with sending the instruction video.
• Kylie (4/5): Did not meet expectations - The location was great. The apartment was one not the one in the photos we booked as they have two but was basic with ikea standard and acceptable. The apartment is basic and needs a deep clean outside and in with lounge and rug needing a clean including stains on the carpet. The lounge only seats two people so relaxing is not ideal with a few of us. The apartment had one remote for the two aircon units and no aircon in the 2nd bedroom making it very hot and no fan so we had to request one. The TV is not a smart TV and could not get it working to watch anything apart from a few free to air channels - they wanted to call an electrician when in fact the host knows its a poor tv. The lack of response over aircon where for $40 they could get a remote and TV not working was unacceptable especially when a family member was sick and had to stay in. Booking included an extra person for sofa bed use in notes but no linen provided. Bedrooms have no drawers or wire baskets in robes so clothes on floor. It was not value for money at all. It would take so little money to bring this from a 2 star to 4 star apartment.

Excellent pool and gym facilities, easy check in & out Only one of the 3 bedrooms has AC. One of the other bedrooms had a fan, but the last bedroom didn’t have anything and was quite hot at night. In future it would be great to have a fan available especially during summer

The location was great with easy transport to the Australian Open. The building had an amazing sauna, pool, and spa area on the first floor. The host answered my questions in a cold/business like manner. At some point, I thought I was talking to a robot, until the very end when I received a warmer human/like type of answer.

• Kazutoshi (8/5): アクセスよく、ファミリーにおすすめ！ - 37階シティビューでした。サザンクロス駅が真下に見えました。夜景もとても美しかったです。部屋は清潔感があり綺麗でした。家具・調度品はIKEAが多そうな感じでややチープさが否めなかったけど、アパートメントスタイルなのでそこまで気になりませんでした。エアコンはリビングのみ設置されており2つの個室(寝室)にはついてませんでした。冬の終わりで、エアコン必須ではなかったためそこまで困らなかったけど、真夏とかはもしかしたら、しんどいかも....。 アクセスに関しては、サザンクロス駅から徒歩5分くらいで、スカイバス利用される方は本当に便利です。トラムも利用しやすいし観光しやすい場所だと思います！ 担当者の方との連絡がいまいちうまくいかない事がありました。チェックインの際、キーボックスのナンバー等を教えていただくはずの連絡がチェックイン時間過ぎても来なかったり、宿泊中に施設の使用方法に関してご連絡した際も、結局チェックアウトまでその質問への返答はありませんでした...。

• Naomi (9/5): The room was very nice and the spa and pool were amazing! - Loved the location and view. Loved the spa, pool, gym, sauna and steam room, beautiful !!!! Unfortunately the check in form wouldn't work on my phone so that was a little stressful. Some better quality and more abundant linen would be so appreciated, the room contained rock hard pillows, and bare minimum linen. I would love to see doonas, way better pillows and AT LEAST 2 TOWELS PER PERSON would be amazing. I did request this but it was ? Overlooked/ignored. I found the lounge area to be way too small for more than 3 people. Maybe scrap the dining table and have 2 couches?

• Leanne (10/5): Fabulous stay, room, facilities and locational were excellent, great communication with host - Location is fabulous, room and facilities are excellent, clean and comfortable. There was lots of text messages to and from which was ok, but having this information in the one spot would be easier. And clearer signs on the building to the car park exits etc would be better
• Tina Frost (10/5): Great location, fabulous views! - Lovely apartment in a great location, with a tram stop right out the front of the building, which was fantastic for getting around the city! Stunning views of the city and Yarra from the balcony! Communication from host was great, for easy check-in/out. A little noisy with doors/windows open, being right near Southern Cross station, but when locked it was fine!
• Francis (8/5): Comfortable apartment, nice views, very convenient to transport. - Good view of river and Southbank, excellent pool and spa, good mater bedroom and ensuite. Some more kitchenware would have been good, cutlery/crockery was light on for our family of 5. Train noise was noticeable on 19th floor.
• Jacinta (10/5): Perfect location, Perfect apartment. - The property was central for everything we needed to do it was a fantastic apartment, beautifully clean and well equipped. The owner was more than obliging and very helpful Nothing we loved everything about the property.
