• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Nagyon tetszett, modern volt, iszonyú központi helyen volt, mindenképp ajánlom 2-3 személynek - Fantasztikus helyen volt, tiszta, mindennap takarítottak, kávégép a folyosón. A fürdőszobába egy kis polcos lehetőség hiányzott. Kevés volt a rakodási lehetőség. Az ablak egy belső udvar zárt folyosójára nézett így a szellőzési lehetőség korlátozott volt, de mivel csak szinte aludni mentünk nem volt egyáltalán zavaró.

A localização é um grande diferencial: fica a poucos metros do Panteão e muito próximo da Fontana di Trevi, além de estar cercado por vários pontos turísticos importantes de Roma. Como gostamos de caminhar e conhecer a cidade andando, conseguimos visitar os principais pontos turísticos facilmente a pé, o que tornou a experiência ainda melhor. O atendimento não foi presencial, mas todo o suporte foi realizado via WhatsApp. Ainda assim, a experiência foi excelente: as respostas foram sempre rápidas, com muita atenção e total disponibilidade para ajudar no que fosse necessário. Sem dúvida, uma excelente opção para quem quer aproveitar Roma com praticidade, conforto e uma localização privilegiada. Houve um pouco de barulho em alguns momentos, algo normal pela localização central e movimentada, mas nada que chegasse a incomodar ou atrapalhar a estadia.
• Francesca (8/5): Posizione strategica rispetto il centro di Roma, a due passi dal Pantheon. - La finestra della stanza (la Numero 2) che da sul chiostro interno di una università, consente di dormire sonni tranquilli essendo lontani dalla strada del centro storico. La stanza (la numero2) era comoda, da segnalare solo il materasso del letto singolo non troppo confortevole, ma nel complesso è dotata di tutti i servizi.

• Macie (8/5): A really convenient, centrally located apartment! - It was in such a perfect location. Seconds away from the Pantheon and then roughly 10 mins away from the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Everything was super walkable and you’re surrounded by plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The room was nice and clean (apart from one towel that had makeup stains on - but there were plenty of others!), and it was really easy to access the main door and room through your phone. They provided shampoo and a bar of soap as toiletries and had a hair dryer that was really useful. It had an A/C / heating unit which could come in handy if it’s too hot/cold. Overall, a really good place to stay for a short trip - would recommend!! I would say this is out of control of the hotel, but worth bearing in mind that it was quite noisy at night time in the square just outside of the hotel (early hours of the morning), so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be best. We also had some quite noisy neighbours, so depending on who else is staying at the apartments it could be a little loud. It wasn’t an issue for us, but thought it was worth pointing out.

• Sliskovic (10/5): - From the first contact, the host was super friendly and always available to help, giving all the information required to make our stay as great as posaible. Room was cosy, very clean, we slept well. The location is just perfect, next to Pantheon and very close to all the other locations. We spent 3 days on foot because everything we wanted to see was close. Although you are in the centre, nights are peaceful and you can have a good rest. Coffee provided by the host (espresso machine, Nescafe, kettle) -perfect! In short- a very nice place, close to everything, helpful host, clean and cosy. I recommend the it! Nothing to point out. We had eveyrthing we needed 🙂

Tiene heladera para tener bebidas frías y un placard para colocar tus pertenencias súper práctico. Hay una cafetera con cápsulas y una pava eléctrica para té/mate/café. Muy atentos a los mensajes, nos dejaron ingresar una hora antes del check in. El check out es temprano y no se puede dejar las valijas cuando te retiras pero Martina nos recomendó un lugar de guardado a una cuadra muy seguro, pudimos guardarlas durante todo el día a precio accesible.

Идиотская система чек-ин/чек-аут. Хорошо, разобраться можно, но не пожилым людям. Ключ у вас в телефоне, интернет должен быть обязательно. Простите, а если у меня нет смартфона?!!! 2. Лифта нет, с багажом два лестничных пролета. 3. Вещи после чек-аута невозможно оставить даже на пару часов, так как ссылка на замок уже недействительна и дверь будет закрыта. Ресепшена нет, понятое дело. Мой самолет был в 18:00, гулять по Риму с вещами? Я считаю, что можно придумать какой-то вариант в вашей компании, а не посылать клиента в городской keep-luggage. 4. Это уже личное- мне было не очень приятны поцарапанные стены..неплохо бы их просто закрасить.

• Claudio (5/5): - Posizione ottima, praticamente nella piazza del Pantheon. Self checkin ed apertura porte con app molto semplice. Staff disponibile per farci lasciare le valigie con 3 ore di anticipo. Nella stanza economy c’era un divano letto che comunque era comodo. La stanza che abbiamo preso aveva una finestra che però dava sull’atrio scale di un altro palazzo quindi non vi era ricircolo reale d’aria né luce naturale. Nella stanza c’era un’odore poco gradevole e salubre proveniente dal bagno, probabilmente da qualche sifone che rilasciava odore di scarico. Lo staff si è reso disponibile a controllare senza però trovare soluzioni se non proponendo di passare una notte in una stanza diversa, una sola notte delle due pagate per il soggiorno. La struttura é ristrutturata a nuovo da poco ma ci sono un po di cose da segnalare tipo che l’accesso dal portone al beb ha diversi gradini ripidi da percorrere; nella nostra stanza “Piazza di Spagna” nel bagno vi erano parecchie cose che non andavano al meglio come gli scarichi, il vetro della doccia walk-in troppo corto quindi ti lavi esce acqua sul pavimento a prova che alcune fughe delle piastrelle presentano muffe, piastrelle rotte qua e là nel bagno e bidet messo troppo vicino ad una parete che ne rende difficile l’utilizzo.

• Eva (8/5): - The apartment is a self check-in style in an excellent location. Access to the property was done via the phone, although I made the reservation I couldn't open the apartment luckily I was with my partner and it worked on his phone so we were ok. The housekeeping lady was really nice and our rooms were spotless. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and we could easily walk to all major attractions. I was very disappointed with the bed as it was a pull out couch, it was uncomfortable. Also, our room had a small window that faced in to the inside of another building and this was loud and there was a door banging every few minutes. This would not put me off recommending the accommodation to someone but definitely something to note.

It’s right in the historical city center, with most major tourist attractions within easy walking distance, and plenty of restaurants and shops all around. It can get quite loud in the evenings, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The single room itself wasn’t very large, but it had enough space for one person and was comfortable for a city stay. Daily cleaning service, toiletries, and a set of towels were provided. There’s also a small coffee machine in the hallway. The self-check-in process was smooth, but make sure your phone is charged as you’ll need it to access the building. Overall, it’s a good accommodation option in Rome if you want to stay right in the heart of the city and don’t mind a bit of noise. -

• David Marcos (5/5): Mucho ruido por la noche del restaurante de abajo y de las gaviotas. - Ubicacion De 3 noches, 2 noches cantando "cumpleaños feliz" en italiano hasta las 24:00 sin parar, en el restaurante de abajo. Luego las gaviotas haciendo mucho ruido 2 horas mas. Deben cambiar las ventanas.
