• Austin (4/5): The apartment itself was very nice and a great value for the price, but the experience was stressful due to poor communi - I stayed at this property in Egypt for two or three nights. The place itself was very nice—modern, comfortable, and definitely worth the price in terms of appearance and amenities. However, the experience was not. The communication and organization were a real issue and took away from what could have been a great stay. It seems like the host has a semi-organized system in place, with a contact person messaging through WhatsApp, another man meeting up with guests, and a third person listed as the owner. But this setup was poorly coordinated. While initial communication was smooth, things fell apart quickly after that. I was given a generic address that didn’t help my Uber driver at all, and once I reached out for clarification, I was met with delayed and fragmented responses. At one point, I asked a question on the Booking.com app and got a partial answer on WhatsApp, followed by a message on Booking saying, “I already answered you on WhatsApp”—which just added to the confusion. I ended up waiting hours just to get into the place, even though I had already paid and was supposed to have access at a specific time. That delay caused me to nearly miss a scheduled meeting. Once I did get in, again, the apartment itself was lovely—but even there, details were missed. There were a few towels, all of which were damp and sloppily folded, almost like someone had washed them but didn’t have time to dry them properly. It gave the impression of being rushed and unprepared. I also expected basics like dry towels, soap, and shampoo—none of which were adequately provided. The floors were also wet when I arrived. In summary: Pros – The apartment is very nice and worth the price if judged purely on the space. Cons – The experience was stressful. The communication was disorganized, access to the unit was delayed, and the amenities felt like an afterthought.

There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby in 1 to 5 minutes walking distance and money exchange is just across the street. Pillows and sheets. They need to double up on Pillows and sheets to reach closer to perfection.

• Isaac (10/5): Had a pleasant stay in an ideal location and well ventilated rooms. Very friendly and professional staff. - As the name suggests, the location is perfect. Easy access to all the necessities of life. Cleanliness of the stuff including kitchen appliances and furniture ought to be renovated to meet the standard.
