Service du petit déjeuner long. Petit déjeuner imposé.
- Pedro (7/5): -
- Andrey (8/5): Overall good hotel, did not enjoy my stay in Luanda very much - Overall everything was good, no complains, would stay there again Hotel per se was good, Angola is just not a very welcoming country: international credit cards don’t work, neither do ATMs, you have to get local cash from sketchy guys at the airport. Staff was pleasant enough, but at the same time very dismissive just like everyone else in Luanda. Location is very close to the main boardwalk, but you still have to walk about 3 blocks across some sketchy roads to get to it
- Arsenio (1/5): They need to improve how to handle customer - I couldn't see something like I didn't like to waste my time on the chekin to be shufted to other facility to go over and wait dor some time for checkin too
- Lara Paloma (9/5): Lovely stay, would definitely recommend when visiting Luanda - Lovely rooftop terrace, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and there were a lot of options to choose from regarding the food. Roomservice was also very quick and good.
- Marina (8/5): Good price and reception - We had a long layover in Luanda, having a 24h reception helped a lot. The hotel is near the Main Street to Luanda Bay, we walked to Fortaleza mall without any issues. Breakfast could go faster and in a more optimized way.
- JOAO (4/5): Não foi boa - Limpeza Faltou energia eléctrica
- Andrew (8/5): - Comfortable clean room. No external windows, good for security though. Breakfast not great.
- Guilhem (6/5): - Good location, close from everything
Great receptionist
Functioning AC Main issue is the rate used from Kz to €/$ is not updated and you end up paying more money than you should
Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small
No windows

- Shane (10/5): - This place has terrific staff - thanks Joseph - helpful security, modern rooms, terrific breakfast and restaurant. And located central. Okay the rooms are small, but they are modern, clean and well-equipped.
- Woźniczka (7/5): - Muito bom Um quarto sem janela
- Syed (4/5): Worst stay !! - Nothing was nice to be liked !! Below average hotel. !! There is no place in the wash room, can’t even enter the wash room. Slight big built person I am sure cannot even use the wash room !!
I was fasting for the holy month of Ramadan and when u asked for plates and a bowl the person at the reception informed me you can’t eat in the room !!
Wow !! Is it a 5 star to have such rules even in the 5 star they don’t object !!

- Tracy Dean (7/5): Decent place to stay in Luanda and near some other nice venues for food and beverages - The staff was friendly and helpful. Although I don't speak Portuguese which is the local language, there was always someone available to help when any translation was necessary. The restaurant was nice and convenient and had a good breakfast buffet on weekdays with other options available on the weekends. It would have been nicer to have better communication with the property before arriving regarding transportation from the airport. There was a hotel shuttle advertised on booking.com, but it wasn't available during the time of my stay.
- ANDRÉ LUIZ (10/5): Bom! Recomendo! Fizemos o check-in antecipado sem problemas. Não havia janela no quarto!
- Martina (6/5): - no external window
- Jonathan (6/5): Pay by cash - Helpful staff, convenient location. Nice restaurant where I had dinner a couple of times, food is OK (beef is a bit tough) Payment is technically in USD but unless you pay by cash, they use their own local currency conversation for card transactions that had around a 7.5% mark-up over the spot rate
- Jonathan (5/5): Damp issues - Overall, staff were helpful and spoke good English. Location is central if you wanna walk around the centre and experience city life. Rooms were generally quiet, as long as the guard doesn't have an early phone call in the hallway Rooms were damp and especially the second one I stayed in had a severe damp and mould issue - my clothes stink after one night there. There was also some issue with the kitchen on Christmas day so I had to order a delivery which took ages. Water was not hot enough in one of the rooms
- Cícero (9/5): -
- Voloboi (10/5): -
- Mohammad (6/5): Average hotel in a good central location. - Good central location within walking distance of waterfront and several Luanda sights. Supermarket also fairly close.
Helpful staff.
Reasonably priced mid-range hotel for Luanda. "Hot water" was lukewarm at best. Small room and very cramped bathroom. Breakfast could be better.
- Andrzej (8/5): - very helpful staff, currency exchange available on site at a favourable rate, good restaurant on site an uninteresting section of the street in front of the hotel
- VALERIA (4/5): - Não me hospedei.
- David (4/5): -
- Sylwiusz (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta, Polecam ! - Dobra lokalizacja
- anna (7/5): Piccolo hotel adatto a soggiorni brevi - Buona la posizione, buona la colazione. Staff gentile.
- Joanne (8/5): - A unique hotel tucked off the main street in Luanda. Despite the location in the middle of the city it was very quiet in the hotel.
Very spacious room with huge bed. Good shower with very hot water. Bathrobe available for use.
Adequate breakfast included in the room rate. The restaurant served quite basic food and the menu was only available in Portuguese.
- Pedro (6/5): -
- Alexander (9/5): Relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. - The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were very hospitable and provided everything I asked for. They went above and beyond. The WiFi in my room was intermittent but not terrible.
- Alexander (8/5): Relaxed and accommodating - Just another review because I had some circumstances requiring me to rebook. Thankfully they let me keep my room even after checkout. Again, very helpful staff. Cleaned my room in the morning as well. Nothing more from last review

- JOSE ROBERTO (10/5): - Funcionários extremamente atenciosos
- Richard (8/5): Well located spot, comfortable and clean. Staff and food was great. - Friendly staff, good value for money and excellent food
- Balasubramaniam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wilson (8/5): Nice. - The comfort of the room. The cleanness. It felt safe because they have security personnel guarding. The parking, especially.
- Beata (5/5): The advantage is the location - The hotel location was very good, close to the attractions of Luanda. The breakfast buffet was very good. However, the room had no windows, which was not mentioned in the description!!! The bathroom was very small and not very clean, the photos do not reflect the actual condition.
- Parind (9/5): Superb -
- Rogerio (10/5): - Equipe profissional. Ótima localização.
- Vesa (8/5): Very good - Perfect location in the city centre and good affordable price. Room was small but clean and modern.
- Parind (9/5): Superb -
- Leopold (7/5): Good for the value - Service of the Reception personnel The surroundings of the hotel
- Matilda (8/5): Good experience the welcoming and friendly staff a big reason to return - The breakfast was good and location of hotel is good not far from the ocean and good access to the mall and other amenities. The staff were very helpful. The cockroaches is something they need to address
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Really helpful staff. Booked local taxi for me and great exchange rate on $.
Paid $80 for a room. They allowed early check in as my flight was morning arrival.
I left too early to have breakfast. Had an evening meal which was fine, nothing great but nice enough. Nothing to dislike
- Johannes (10/5): Exceptional - The room is very nice. The location is very good it's close to the airport and very close to the Baia.
Eldad from the reception is amazing. He helped us a lot and always made sure we had a good stay.
- Lucinda (10/5): - The place was very clean, quiet and the staff was amazing. I was very impressed.
- Buddi (8/5): Right place, friendly staff and clean - Good staff and cleanliness -
- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Payai (9/5): Superb - Staff Nothing
- Aaron (9/5): Helpful staff - The location of the hotel is very central yet the room wasn’t noisy. Special thanks to the receptionist staff Jose Antosh (hope I spelt it right). He was very helpful and provided great support. He speaks good English. Breakfast was also very good with lot of varieties to choose from.
- Damion (9/5): Convenient, comfortable, good value for money and friendly staff - The room was very comfortable, the receptionist responsible and responsive before and during my stay. Breakfast was fine, as was dinner. It has good security. The driver who picked me up showed me the fort before going to the hotel too. It’s in a bit of a ropey part of town, which would be fine in the day. I also prefer to pay with a credit card. Neither were big issues. Recommend for one overnight.
- Afonso (8/5): Very good -
- Afonso (7/5): Good -
- Werner (10/5): Excellent layover location in town. - Great service by staff. Excellent attantion to detail by general manager of hotel (Gesio Baritolo) and reception staff member Jose Antonio.
- Nizeyimana (7/5): Good -
- Chris (9/5): Very nice people. Quiet room. Good facilities. - Very nice and helpful staff who mostly spoke good English. The room were clean and quiet because they don’t have windows that face outside. The whole place is non-smoking. Breakfast has a reasonable choice, without being exceptional. Location seemed to be a safe area. A good restaurant/bar in site that is open all day. Wifi worked well in the room and dining area. Airport pick up worked well ($15) and they also drove me to the new airport for my departure for a very reasonable price. The room I had was pretty small, and the bathroom was also small, although I did see that they have larger rooms. Ok for a solo traveller but no chair / desk if someone wants to work, although there a few communal lounges that you could use.
- Nils (9/5): Superb - Good value and good central location and totally decent room and service. In addition I was allowed much earlier to my room as the flight arrived in the early morning. Also restaurant facility in the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff Room has no window but that is not really a problem, temperature was good even without Aircon. In addition you did not here any street notice thanks to that (but anyway not so much traffic in the street)
- Mikhail (9/5): God value and excellent location - Nice location, 5 minutes walk to the ocean and about 10 minutes to Fortaleza mall. Nice and helpful staff. Best rate for exchanging dollars or euros into kwanzas. Good breakfast. Only one out of ten rooms has window. Others are dark from the first sight but in fact ok because surrounding streets are noisy
- Garrett (4/5): Disappointing - It’s in the center. Here’s the review translated into English:
---
My experience at this hotel left a lot to be desired for several reasons. To begin with, the exchange rate they use (from dollars to kwanzas) is clearly excessive and lacks transparency, which significantly increases the cost of the stay. Their explanation—that it’s due to the commission they are charged by Booking—feels unconvincing, especially since they applied the same inflated rate to the taxi we booked through them. It’s evident that this is a recurring excuse rather than an isolated incident.
As for the staff, while they weren’t rude, they made little effort to assist us with anything related to the city, even though we asked for guidance on several occasions. This lack of customer care is disappointing for a hotel that is supposed to enhance the traveler’s experience.
Lastly, it’s shocking and unreasonable that they charge a **€15 fee per backpack** if you want to leave your luggage at the hotel on the day of check-out. This policy reflects a clear lack of hospitality and an excessive focus on charging for every little thing, which gives the impression of taking advantage of their guests.
In summary, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to its lack of transparency, exploitative pricing policies, and minimal effort to make the stay pleasant or convenient.
- Andrey (9/5): Superb -
- Julia (8/5): Very good -
- Ryan (6/5): Ave - Breakfast and dinner were good, the English speaking reception guy was also helpful.
Also the English speaking guy in the kitchen. For three out of the five days, they never cleaned my room, also the whole stay they never changed the towels once.
I asked for coffee, to be put in the room, never appeared, wifi disappeared completely on new years eve and didn't return till new years day, I contacted the reception about this issue and he was not helpful.
- Armen (7/5): One night not more - Good location
Good mattress No window in the room
- Yassine (7/5): Good -
- Johannes (6/5): Pleasant -
- Aysha (8/5): Very good -
- Bart (7/5): A little basic but clean & good value for money at central location. Don't rely 100% on hotel wifi. - It is good value for money at that location in Luanda. Staff is attentive and alert. Internet needs to be better and especially more stable. In the restaurant it was pretty ok but in my room it frequently disappeared, to show up again suddenly with speeds in the range of 5 to 12 Mbps. I suggested to check their internet provider.
The bathroom was very small. The shower and water pressure are good however.
- Ivo (10/5): Spotless in good location - Great location, decent breakfast included, good wifi, clean, good facilities, great service minded personnel.
- Precious (7/5): Good - I like the bed, the space of the room, the proximity to the Luanda bay and city centre. I also liked the shower pressure. The shower booth is tiny. In fact, that entire bathroom is tiny compared to that large room.
The breakfast was also limited, just bread and eggs with a few fruit added. But it certainly sustained me daily.
- Avra (1/5): Do not stay here! Everything about it is a health code violation. Every kind of violation. - Nothing We arrived at the hotel and they told us the room that we had booked was not available and that for one night of our two night date we had to stay in this apartment across the street. This room had no hot water. Smelled like sewage. Also had bedbugs. My partner has bites all over his body. I simply didn’t sleep, they moved us into the correct room but still made us pay for the full price both of the nights. Their restaurant is terrible. The food is disgusting. There’s nothing about this place. I would recommend. The management is terrible.
- Anas (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanliness, quietness and excellent service
- Mustafa (10/5): Great location in the hearth of the town. - The hotel was quite clean and silent, the staff was very friendly and in breakfast they provided for me special food. The wines in restaurant were amazing and tasty. Nothing really.
- Guiho (7/5): Good -
- Omare (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harriet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely, clean place and amazing staff. Both the hotel and restaurant are wonderful. The staff were extremely kind and helpful with any questions or needs.
