• Aleksey (10/5): Отличное место. - Хорошее место, мне понравилось. Комната просторная, чистая с мини кухней. Хозяйка разрешила мне оставить свой багаж в отеле на месяц, пока я путешествовал на мотоцикле по гором. Всем рекомендую. Всё хорошо.

• Andrei (10/5): Top - Sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, vor allem sauber und geräumig! Die Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar in ca. 30 Minuten. Aber mit einem taxi Grab für ungefähr 1 Eur geht noch schneller😉

• Hung Wei (10/5): Excellent Room & Welcoming Host! - I’ve really enjoyed staying in Yen's House for three weeks. Yen has always been thoughtful and taken care of my room so well. When the cold wave hit, she proactively provided a heater and extra blankets, which made me feel truly warm and cared for while traveling alone :)) The room is bright and spacious, and the Wi-Fi is very stable, so I could work remotely without worries. The TV also comes with Netflix. It’s one unit per floor, so it’s very quiet with great soundproofing. All in all, if you’re visiting Hanoi, I highly recommend staying at Yen’s House! None

• Tatiana (10/5): Мне все понравилось! - Просторный, чистый номер. Для удобства были тапочки, одноразовые зубные щетки и паста. Гель и шампунь. Вода горячая была, стоило немного подождать пока она нагреется - это можно было регулировать и включить за 10 минут до приема душа. Есть зеркало, фен, столик и стулья, чайник. Убирались хорошо, хотя мы останавливались ненадолго. Территориально нужно быть готовым из отеля и в отеля из центра ездить на такси. Расстояние для ежедневной ходьбы многовато, минут 40. Мы воспользовались услугой прачки, стоило 30 000 за 1 кг белья, но вещи не отстирались.

• Emma (10/5): - Le logement était très propre, très grand et bien entretenu. Il est un peu à l'écart du boulevard et on l'entend peu. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeants, et ont répondus à toutes nos questions.
• Oriane (7/5): Bien et sécurisé - La chambre était spacieuse avec un très grand lit. C’était appréciable d’avoir une bouilloire et une table et des chaises pour un petit café le matin. Malheureusement on n’a pas vraiment eu d’eau chaude sur les 3 nuits passées ici… une douche sur deux n’était pas chauffée.

• Flavia (10/5): Super clean!! - The owners are very nice. Limited English but we managed to get along and understand each other. They are very flexible and helpful. The place is EXTREMLY CLEAN. I was struggling to find a nice accommodation and was very happy with my choice.
• Garcia (9/5): Superb - Excellent studio with all that you need. It has a refrigerator, a microwave, and a mini kitchen. Very clean and towels replacement are provided frequently. Yen and the adorable lady who helps in the building are fantastic and responsive at your requirements. Just the traffic was making seen the location far from the old quarter action. It is not walkable to the train or night market, but using Grab makes it for $2 us

• Juri (10/5): Hanoi - Bed was super comfy and big. The place is outside of the touristic zone. It is owned by the family and they do take care of their guests. I got a lot of informations what to do, what kind of taxi should I take and other useful informations. I also got the code for the outside doors and I could also pay in euros. Clean, nice and welcoming place to stay. /

I wish we had someone clean the room once to twice during our stay just to take out the trash & refresh the towels. (But once we requested this, this hotel was quick to accommodate!!)
