• Devi (4/5): Disappointing due to lack of cups/mugs, etc as mentioned above. Uncomfortable bed! We expected certain standards for - Close to shops, cafes and great views No cups or mugs for tea or coffee, there was a ONE wine glass, two plastic tumblers. No bath mats in any of the bathrooms, no hand towels Fan in lounge doesn’t work Bathroom /toilet Not clean The mattress in the main bedroom was the most uncomfortable I’ve come across. Thin sheet and could feel the springs digging into my back!!! Cleanliness over all was poor, with stains etc

• Thanneermalai (5/5): Nice apartment in a convenient location but poor common facilities. - Apartment was clean and spacious. One of the main reasons we booked the apartment was for the children to play in the swimming pool. However, the pool was closed for renovations and the jacuzzi wasn't working either. Was very disappointed with this as we weren;t informed beforehand. The other issue was leaking aircond in one of the 3 rooms. We informed the hosts and was told that they can't send a repairmen on Sunday and will send one on Monday morning but no one showed up.

• Jodie (10/5): Met all of our expectations and the host was easy to contact. - Location was central to the area and easy to get around. The facilities were clean and tidy and perfect for our family for a few nights stay. The pool was amazing and the view, you could see Singapore from the veranda.

It gives a wonderful welcoming vibe, AC working good, movies available with the tvbox. Common room Balcony, and Living room balcony. Both huge with Seaview and urban view. Overall satisfied🤗 NIL

• Zarul (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean and super cozy to be in. Everything is functional is general. The host was kind enough to allow for late check out for us. Wifi worked great and the android TV has everything (netflix, youtube etc) Collecting the keys was such a hassle. We needed the help of the security guard to scan access card at lift in order to go up to P6 for key collection but then the guard was too busy to help. Took quite some time before someone came and help us with that. But i dont think the host can do anything bout it since its a management rule thing.

• Nurul (9/5): Awsome and comfortable - Very nice stay! Took awhile to find the exact location for check in, but after familiarising, it’s gets easier after that. A lot of shops nearby, very convenient to get last minute snacks or food. Not much complains. Will definitely return next time. Lovely apartment !

• Hannan (5/5): not good - The balcony is really nice and the unit is very spacious The explanation is cery bad and the owner didn't provide the card for parking.. once arrived we need to go back and forth to the guard in rain and the owner didn't pick up the call and asked us to use the visitor parking and inform that he's in the meeting and can only entertain us the next day

• Mui (3/5): Nice location, BUT this unit was poorly maintained. - Location was good as Danga Bay is a nice area for morning/evening walks. There were coffee shops/ eateries, supermarket and a small shopping mall, all within walking distance. Security guard was around to organize check in/key collection. Despite several reminders, Hosts did not communicate how to pick up keys /address of unit, until the very last minute (instead of 24 hours prior to check in, as stated on booking.com). 1. Kitchen benchtop was dirty. Balcony had used tissues on the floor. 2. Bed sheets had stains! 3. Drainage issue (water did not drain!) in one of the toilets/shower. 4. When we reported these issues, the admin person said they would send someone immediately to clean the place. We waited more than 90 minutes and gave up waiting. We were on holiday and we did not want to waste time waiting around for someone (who may or may not turn up!!) to clean the place . Very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. 5. To top it all, jacuzzi was under repair! P.S. We have stayed in many places around the world, sadly this unit left a really bad impression.

• Jeyaceren (3/5): Poor - We were given an alternative stay where the place is nice however at a inconvenient location. I had initially booked stay at this residence Danga Bay. However the person in charge reached out to inform they have to arrange an alternative stay as the place we booked encounter some serious water leaked issue and unable to have tenants there. Also at the alternative place that was arranged we encountered difficulties to get inside due to door lock faulty. Reached out to the person in charge but it took way longer to be rectified. Overall experience was not very pleasant.
• Aishah324 (9/5): Superb - Onwer quickly informed me that they had an issue with this stay as the place had some leaking issue so they changed my stay to another place. They even gave me clear instructions as how to get there, retrieve the access card and what to do next. Thank you Onwer for the quick snd fast response.🙏 I didnt understand why we had no access to the kitchen in the new stay but overall everything turned out well.
• Vincent (1/5): Dirty place and it is worse than a backpacker. - The property has a nice view over the bay. The communication was extremely poor. We were not given the address until a day before checking in despite several attempts. The unit that we have originally booked was occupied by someone else incorrectly on our arrival. After wasting 30 minutes on the phone to have this sorted we were then given another unit 250m away. There were a lot of stress dealing with the property owner. We found the property dirty. The toilet seats and floors in the bathroom were wet including the toilet papers. The bathroom had a very strong stench. The bed sheet had stain/dirt on it. It did not appear that there were any cover sheets between blankets. It did not appear that the new sheets were provided. There were also remnants of excrement at the bottom of the toilet seat in one of the bathroom. I contacted the manager to raise my displeasure on the condition. He promised a refund but it did not come through at all. Me and my wife did not use the bedroom in the end and sat on the sofa in the living room until the next morning. I will definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Lifts easily available. don't have to wait for long 1. Parking floor was dimly lit... have trouble to find the correct lot on the first day 2. Only 1 unit parking lot available. but can park along the road side...
