• Florian (10/5): - A 3 minutes de la Chuo Line permettant un accès rapide aux différents quartiers d'Osaka. Acces simple et rapide à Nara, Kyoto et aéroport du Kansai. Divers super marché et différents restaurants très proches. Le logement est fidèle au descriptif dans une rue très calme. Famille avec 3 enfants, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le Reiko. Tout était parfait. Douche chaude avec pression, l'ensemble du logement très propre. Literie impeccable. Nous recommandons à 100 %.

Overall really really good value for the place ! My friends said the first floor was cold but it will depends on how much you can handle the cold

Have microwave, electric stove, washing machine, small rack for drying cloths. Very personal space because stay in the house. The latch lock at front door is broken. I wish host fix it soon. Host said neighborhood is very safe, so I felt better.

• Ho (9/5): Superb - The guest house is a few mins walk from Midirobashi Subway. There is a supermarket within 100m. The host brought us big pillows as we are not used to sleeping on small pillows.

• Melian86 (8/5): Location and neighborhood - The shower and the bathroom were amazingly clean and comfortable to use for several people, (we were a group of 7). The kitchen was well equipped and the neighborhood was super quiet, ideally to live a local experience. Good supermarket on the corner and 5 min walking to the metro. The air conditioning was not enough to warm the bottom room and it could be ideally to have mugs to take breakfast in the morning.

• Defri (9/5): Quite Ryokan like living in Japan - Quite neighbourhood, feel like living in japan, close to convenience store and supermarket. Close to train station. Due to my mistake of not enquiring in advance, our luggage could not be randomly delivered directly to this guest house. So in the future, maybe you can add information regarding luggage delivery.

• Eula (8/5): Very good - The unit is pretty good. The lenins and space itself were clean. It was pretty spacious where you would have enough space to move around, given we had quite a number of large luggage. It is a good walk to the nearest station. We had a nice stay, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet and very residential. The house is quite cold even though we did not turn on the AC yet, which we liked because we booked here on warmer season. Would definitely book again. It was worth the price for our stay, and very good for traveling with families. there were not enough electric sockets in the kitchen to plug the rice cooker and heater. We had to move it where the sockets were available. There were signs in the house prohibiting cooking smelly food, which is understandable given it will smell, but frying was prohibited as well, so we end up buying microwavable food. Besides the 7eleven near the station, there were no other convenience stores close to the unit. There is a supermarket accross the street just where the entrance to the property, unfortunately the road is a hwy so you'll need to use the overpass to cross which somehow a hassle if you're already tired. The number listed in booking.com is not the actual number you can communicate the admin, but they provided a number in the mailbox, so note that number for any immediate communication. They are pretty responsive, though. A good walk from the house to Osaka Castle but quite a travel to other destination expect to transfer another train to reach Osaka Center. if you missed the last train, and taxi is your option, the location is quite challenging to find via gps, but you'll get there anyway 😉

• Maru (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Osaka - The property is really new, exceptionally clean, easy to be reached with convenience store, supermarket and several places to eat. Also the subway was 3 min away. Had washer on site and all the soaps, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. I do recommend it very much! The only thing I can improve is the softness on the mattresses!

The location is quiet. The property has complete amenities. It is big enough for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. There's nothing we did not like. In fact, we already recommended the property to our relatives who are travelling to Osaka this July.

The owner well-prepared the house with basic necessities and the cleanliness of the property was exceptional! They were also very responsive and overall very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
