- Ränä (7/5): - la posizione a via speranzella ottima, mi sono spostata comodamente non ho apprezzato il bagno, purtroppo esterno dalla camera e anche se vicino, non proprio vicinissimo per uscire comodi

- Andrzej (7/5): - Obiekt w dobrej lokacji, stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo dobry.

- Kostel (6/5): - The room environment was very good clean The location of the house and what the house actually was were different. There was no response from the owner and it was very difficult to find the entrance without the help of people who lived in that area.
- Victoria (7/5): - La camera L entrata e la scalinata
- LUISA MARINA (6/5): - posizione camera singola senza bagno annesso, per andare in bagno devi uscire dalla stanza

- Martina (8/5): -
- Elisabetta (5/5): Difficult to climb up the stairs with heavy luggage, bathroom outside the room. Perfect location - I liked the location and the size of the room 3rd floor with no lift, bathroom is outside the room, breakfast consisted of biscuits in the room, no coffee or anything. Also the outside of the building and the stairs are dirty and not well maintained.
- Alessia (6/5): -

- Mikhail (7/5): Good -
- Christopher (9/5): Superb - Located a couple of blocks away from the Toledo metro station and within walking distance from the historic center. The hostess was pretty kind.
Room was very nice. The entrance to the building is a little hard to find but with the right instructions you should have no problem.
The building looks pretty run down, but the B&B is in pretty great condition, so don't let first impressions get the best of you.
There is no elevator though.
- Sven (8/5): Very good - Very interesting and lively location, nice modern flat in an old building
- Sailor (9/5): More Maradona's than Madonna's! - Location is 5 mins walk from Toledo Metro station. Fantastic locale for hustle bustle, cafes, market stalls, booking tours, museums etc. Great restaurant at end of the street the B&B is on. Naples is busy, but rooms were quiet at night, so you'll sleep! Entrance has no sign, look for the no.5 painted on the wall. The entrance seems always staffed -I was flagged down by Michela whilst looking for the address!- (I arrived 6 hours before check in time). I had the Maradona room. Clean, functional, and with private bathroom, though not.ensuite. The other 2 rooms are en suite.
You'll love The Frog coffee machine in the living area! I had to Google how to use it! Be very firm with the handle! Push it right down for maximum bang from your espresso! Toledo metro opens at 0630, 4 stops to stazione centrale for trains to Pompeii and Ercolana, etc. If.arriving outside of daylight hours I'd let the B&B know in advance. There's no signage, so you will have to look out for the no.5 on the wall. It's towards the end of the street towards the Pan &Noci restaurant.
It's a typical Napolitan. Building so yes, it's 3 flights of stone steps! So I'd advise travelling light as you'll have to carry baggage up those!
Shower gel & towels are provided, bring all other toiletries.
If leaving early and nobody else is awake, the street entrance main door opens Inwards! Push the button in the middle and yank!
- Raffaele (1/5): Bad - Poor service
We had to ask for fresh towels twice
We paid for breakfast for 3 days but was only provided for 1
Would not go back
- Andrey (8/5): A room in an apartment with shared bathroom in a lively touristic area, clean, historical area - It's a great room: it's rather clean, bathroom is good (but is shared, not private). Most beautiful thing about this apartment is that it's in an excellent location: it's in the heart of one of the two main touristic areas and the whole district is quite characteristic to Naples. It will require a metro ride from the Central station though. There're many restaurants and cafes around it. The host is also quite responsive. I could get the key from the locker box, so late arrival was not a problem. Things to note: the description of the property is not fully correct. It says it has "private bathroom" - which is not correct. It gives an illusion that you have the whole unit for your own. In fact this is a (bed)room in the 3-bedroom apartment. Right next to you there would be 2 other bedrooms occupied by other people. You would share the living room and the bathroom with them.
Also the breakfast is not what you might expect - there is no fresh bread, it's all from packed preserved food items.
It's also in a central area, so expect some noise coming from outside - mopeds, people talking, although it's not too bad.
- Ali (10/5): Great and comfortable place in good location - Everything was perfect the owner is very nice Actually everything was good
- Ran (8/5): Very good - The host was lovely, she helped us with everything, and also helped us with parking.
The place is very nice, great location, and renovated. The bed way too soft. The toilets are clean but there is a bad smell coming from the drain.
Take into account that it is not easy to claim up the stairs.
- Tony (8/5): Very good - The apartment is spacious and beautifully arranged. The bedroom and bathroom were great. The coffee machine was great and loved the fact they left some coffee. The outside is an old building and you have to climb a few set of stairs. Your bedroom window has no view. I believe that is a common setup at Naples
- Adam (3/5): Risk leaving Naples with a bad impression - The room itself was quite good, with a nice baloney to look down the side street. Decent location if you want to be in the Spanish Quarter and very close to the Toledo metro stop which is handy for getting about. Unfortunately there's a lot to say. Firstly, the location on booking.com is not the location of the property, there are no markers or indication of where it is on the street. The host (who speaks zero English -- which I don't hold against her) was also incredibly unhelpful and it took about 5 phone calls until I understood it was marked as number 5 (Via Speranzella) much further up the street.
Secondly, the common room seen in the pictures of the property is out of bounds, and we were expressly told not to use anything in the kitchen so don't count on using it for cooking, or the fridge, or sink for cleaning etc. It's only the stuff in your room. Also, check the coffee machine it leaks and caused a mess for us.
Be aware that property is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator so don't come with heavy suitcases, it was a mission to get up and down. As we approached checkout (still on time) the power was turned off to the room, including wifi by the cleaner, who was extremely rude to us throughout the visit -- I get the impression she strongly disliked tourists despite us being polite and trying to speak Italian were we could.
All in all, if this is your first time in Naples and/or Italy I would recommend against this place, it might leave you with a bad impression. I've visited touristic cities in Italy before (Rome and Venice) and never received this treatment, only book this place if you're really stuck.
My honest and fair assessment.
- Knackstedt (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dana (8/5): Very good - In center A lots of stairs.
- Meg (4/5): Definitely would NOT recommend. - Newly renovated, clean and tidy This listing is not clear at all. It is a 3 bedroom apartment where the owner rents each room out. She must also live there or near too. This should be stated in the listing. Also we had to pay 20 Euro to check in and out which is ridiculous. The address is very hard to find as it’s not displayed correctly. Our flight was delayed and the owner said if we were any later than 10pm she wouldn’t let us check in. Communication was very poor and she doesn’t speak English so that made it even harder.
- Toby (6/5): Some aspects about this place are great, others not so much. - The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the bustling Quartieri Spagnoli, only five minutes from the Toledo Metro station, but in a relatively quiet side street. Also, the room (one of several bedrooms of an apartment) was very nice, comfy and clean, although the bathroom is shared. Please note the room/apartment is located on the third or fourth floor with no lift (which did not bother me in particular, but may be a problem for others). If you arrive outside the set check-in time window (eg after 6pm), you will be charged an extra 10€ (even if it is not your fault, for example because your flight was late), which I find a bit impudent and did annoy me a lot. Also, the breakfast was a joke! (I know breakfast is not a big thing in Southern Italy, but it should not be advertised as "Bed and Breakfast" if the breakfast only consists of a tiny pre-packed pastry and rusk. There was not even coffee!).
- Mewett (6/5): Amazing location- great for short stays - The room was clean, comfy and well taken care of. The bathroom was fantastic with a great shower and very clean. The location was outstanding- so much character and the balcony is lovely to have. Instructions on how to access the property were unclear, leading to lots of confusion at check-in. Despite it being advertised, we were also told we couldn't use the front room or kitchen during our stay.
- Ben (8/5): Very good -
- Ljerka (7/5): Host was really nice and helped when needed. Facilities were clean and new and location of the apartment was excellent f - Great location in the heart of the spanish quarter, near the city centre and close to the metro station. Its on the top floor with no lift so its carrying luggage upstairs was an adventure. Also they charge you 10€ if you check in outside of the set time frame
- Dounia (8/5): Very enjoyable! - I liked how Michela was very nice and friendly.
The room was very clean and in a very good location. The place was located at the 4th floor without elevator. It was quite complicated with the luggage.
The bathroom was also outside the room. Although it was used by me only, having it mentioned in the description would be good.
- Yuliya (9/5): Superb - Good location of the place
- Evgeniya (9/5): It is perfect for big company or famaly to book both rooms for the vacation. - The appartment is very clean beautyful and comfortable. Just to be careful with spetial requirements, because the floor is very hight (That is beautyful as well) but without lift it is not acessible for people with restricted capacity. Moreover one room with external pivate bathroom that could be uncomfortable for someone. For me it was ok, espetially due to lowest price, but for long staying I would like to be informed about such spetial details of the property. Generally place is very nice, service is good, staff is gentle, I reccomend it. No lift, one room is with external private bathroom.
- Andrea (5/5): Not a good option - it was clean - super noisy location and no noise isolation in the room
- the place is actually an apartment where the owner lives and she rents a couple of rooms.
- there was a dog in the common area barking a lot
- there is no elevator and it’s on the 4th floor.
- the building is super old and bad kept.
- Maria (7/5): Great location! - Very convenient location, close to metro, restaurants, shops around the corner, attractions within walking distance (or metro)
Nice little balcony street view, right in old Naples, fairly quiet. Communication with host a bit hard because of language barrier, was not given the exact address before check in so some searching was involved. Shower in the room did not work.
- Benovič (8/5): Very good -
- Mónika (9/5): The local feeling, with the football fan’s neighbours, with the crazy driving mentality cross the small streets -
- Lydia (8/5): Very good -
- Alina (10/5): Friendly staff, super clean space, in a fantastic part of town, close to the shopping street. - I love the area where the B&B is located. Knowing nothing about Napoli I just went on a whim but ended up in a very picturesque part of town, also close to the main water walkway. No comments.
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sonija (8/5): Very good -
