- Olaf (1/5): Bad - The apartment was nice, the location too. The sound insulation is bad and one can hear the road. It's on the base floor. The owner molested me for additional fees that are not mentioned in the reservation site in booking.com. The wrote messages all throughout our vacation casting blame and accusations. This was a very bad treatment Aparently they work with another platform which has a agreement with booking.com and there is a misunderstanding of price and additional costs. Furthermore the description on how to find the apartment was horrible and we searched for 3 hours until late into the night. The availability of the contact person was horrible too and I had to call customer service of booking.com to even receive responses.
