• Qiong (1/5): Never want to return again. - The only thing good is that the apartment is in a building with elevator. The apartment is not convenient to go to old town or tourist places, will take 25-30 mins walk. Its bedroom window is facing a major street, therefore the traffic noise is very loud in the night. The interior is very run-down and the utensils are not very clean, with bugs flying around. The host does not trust their residents will stay the entire reservation period, and demanded to collect their rent on the first day. They never posted in their policy about cash payment only but lied about it when asked and blamed me for not reading it carefully when booking. They threatened me to pay in the way they want. Once they get their money, they assume no responsibilities as a service provider, or integrity as a human kind. The apartment has many junks but not basic shampoo in the bathroom. When they failed to bring it as promised, instead of apologizing, they made up excuses and asked me to buy it myself from the supermarket. They further defended themselves that they did not list shampoo on the website in amenities,while the place claims to have AC and a couple other items that do not exist in the apartment. Overall, very bad stay experience and poor impression. Maybe this is why people did not stay the full reserved period. The only kind soul was the cleaning lady who opened the door for me on the first day, even though she does not speak English.

It was not clean at all, they were chips crumbs all over the floor, so we searched for a vacuum cleaner and first cleaned those crumbs and other big chunks of dirt from the floor because we did not feel comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned a little bit but still very dirty, you could see a stain from a shoeprint on the tiles. There was dust basically everywhere, even on the towel rail. And in the bathroom, there was mold on the sealing. The worst thing is, the advertisement claimed the apartment has an air condition, unfortunately when we arrived there was no air conditioning, just a ventilator. It was so hot we could barely sleep in the flat. We would not have booked it, if we would have known there was no air conditioning.

• Olivier (9/5): Great stay in the center! - Location is good, close to center. Markets, bakeries, banks, second hand shops are near. The apartment is fully equipped. Stove and oven are good. Washing machine works. Hot shower is great. Bed is comfortable. Heater is good. It's clean. The hosts are friendly. Kind of a retro 70's feeling. I liked it a lot.

• Adna (2/5): DIRTY!!!!!!!! - Location is perfect. The young man that hosted us was polite. Everything is SOOOO DIRTY!!!!! Also everything smells like tobacco, I couldn't sleep from the smell coming from pillows and bed. I wouldn't book this place ever again!!!! I was afraid to touch anything, especially in the toilet. E.g. there were some pubic hair on the toilet seat!!!! Horrible.
