• Iliana (7/5): Hote okay/machbar, würde ich aber nicht nochmals gehen - + Anlage/Location grundsätzlich sehr schön. Die Aussicht zum Meer ist traumhaft. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön! Man kann Tennisspielen, Squash, ins Fitness, Volleyball, Pingpong, Billard und vieles mehr. + Es gibt einen grossen Pool & viele Liegen. Auch das Essen von der Poolbar war gut + Frühstück war gut. Es hat von allem, was zu einem Frühstück gehört. Sogar eine Cafe Bar die Eiskaffee zubereitet + Der Service ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit & aufmerksam — Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen und definitiv rennovationsbedürftigt. — Unser Zimmer hatte eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Auch mit der Klimaanlage konnte man sie nicht wirklich runterbringen. Das Zimmer war zwar kalt aber sobald man ins Bett liegt fühlt man sich direkt heiss & schwitzig. Höchstwahrscheinlich liegt es an der Decke und den Bezügen, denn sie sowie das ganze Bett war klammig. Sobald man sich ins Bett legte war es zu heiss und stickig.. Mit einer anderen Decke wäre es höchstwahrscheinlich um einiges besser. Aber so konnte ich im Bett überhaupt nicht entspannen. Alles klebte.. — Die Spüle im WC funktionierte nur wenn man genau den richtigen Winkel gefunden hat. Bei der Dusche läuft alles raus. — Das Zimmer war nicht gründlich sauber. Spiegel waren noch dreckig und staubfeden an den Wänden. Das Reinigungspersonal lüftet auch und dadurch fliegen teils Insekte rein. — WLAN war nicht zuverlässig

• Prakash (7/5): Hotel is okay I wouldn’t rate the service though. - The hotel location was perfect a nice quiet location great access to the local area. The rooms are a bit dated for a 5 star hotel. I wouldn’t say it’s baby friendly when it comes to room location. Loud music throughout the night. To be fair I think they didn’t really plan the room allocation well enough despite booking 3 mo the in advance. The service lacked especially from the staff manning the restaurants. Chasing payments and clearing tables whilst we were still eating. Let me be clear all other staff were really friendly.

There were lots of activities you could join and everywhere was clean It was wedding season (May) so evenings could be a bit noisy. The balcony was lovely, but would have benefitted from some cushions on the wooden chairs

• Erika (8/5): Excellent hotel, great location - everything in one place. - Great selection on breakfast - would have loved to try a watermelon though (without having to buy a whole large one ;) The room was simple but clean and with all amenities - fantastic views over the sea and the pool. Just the numbering of the flors was a bit confusing at the beginning. There wasn't anything that we disliked. Maybe at the kids play area: some ping pong balls would have been nice.

• Lilah (10/5): - מלון נהדר, חדרים ענקיים, מיטת קינג נוחה. הכל נקי ומסודר. הצוות של המלון מקסים ומפנק. הנוף של החדר מדהים. אנחנו היינו בחופשה זוגית אך המלון מושלם גם למשפחות, יש המון בריכות כולל מגלשות אין בידוד רעשים טוב שקצת הפריע, והמיקום קצת מרוחק. כדאי להגיע עם רכב אך יש בכל אופן גם תחנת אוטובוס מחוץ למלון.
• Philipa (9/5): Beautiful surroundings - Me and my friend, both loved the hotel. Breakfast was nice, room was spacious, we got a room with an amazing balcony and sea view, so we were super delighted. Facilities were good, beautiful surroundings. The hotel has everything you need, Nice restaurants, a few little boutiques, gym, spa, beauty salon. Staff very nice and friendly. The location was good if you want to spend time in the area or in the hotel, but it is far from Paphos. There is a bus which brings you into town and stops in front of the hotel, but for those who are not into the public transport, the taxis are really expensive.

• Alina (8/5): Great location and facilities, but service needs improvement. - Great location and really good facilities on site — lots to do like squash, tennis, snooker, etc. The reception staff were friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. Breakfast had plenty of choice, but not many healthy protein options and no fish at all. The coffee wasn’t great, and there was no sparkling wine. The service in the lobby bar was a bit disappointing. At one point, an alcoholic cocktail was served to a child. Another day we sat there for quite a while waiting, and no one came to take our order.

You must ensure that employees speak at least English and Greek and are able to understand what clients are ordering for the best possible service as well as avoid mistakes.
• Dan (3/5): - The view is beautiful We stayed for 2 nights and asked to leave early because of the poor maintenance and service: 1. Ants in the jacuzzi 2. Strong smell of horses in the elevator 3. The owner said using all of the electricity together causes the power to fail. We used only the electric stove and it fell 4. Linens are ripped and wide open when we got there 4. Mosqitos in the room and uncomfortable bed. When we told the owner we couldn’t sleep and wanted to leave early, he told us its our fault because we should have known there are mosquitoes in the countryside and the bed is not bad according to other guests. He’s not obligated to return us the money that I understand, but people should know that before thy come. 5. Shampoo was so small, not enough for washing your hands 6. Hidden costs and information were only told to us after we paid. The spa is extra pay, paying the city tax by card is extra 0.5 euro, no place to eat anywhere close. All of these things are not that bad, but notifying this AFTER payment is not respectful.

• Elia (9/5): Roustic, quality hotel with improvements needed in food - Very attentive, polite and well trained staff. Every contact I've had (housekeeping, reception, bar and front door) was exceptional. Very cosy premises, roustic look with stone and wood makes the hotel stand out from the rest of the modern, all-white and lifeless, newer hotels built in the area. The hotel has kept its charm over the years. Food quality can be greatly improved. It is mass production and the quality of ingredients used seems quite low (e.g. eggs at breakfast, scramble eggs taste like powner, salad at pool bar was very generic and tasteless.
• Hayley (9/5): Would definitely visit again - The buffet breakfast offered at the hotel was exceptional, the quality and selection were brilliant. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and on hand to help. The indoor pool was a bonus as the outdoor pool was far too cold to swim in. We loved visiting the art studio which was a great indoor activity for the rainy days. The perfect location on the beach with shops and restaurants walking distance and the bus stop across the road.

A special thanks to Tiina, the Customer Relations Manager, who made our stay truly exceptional. She’s a wonderful person and does her job incredibly well. Thanks to her, we felt genuinely comfortable and well looked after throughout. Also a big thank you to George, the porter, who was just as friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back. The buffet’s salad selection could definitely be improved in terms of quality, but aside from that, the food was good overall.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Ok - Dobry hotel. Takie 4/5. Basen wewnętrzny dosyć ciepły, fajne jacuzzi i sauny. Zewnętrzny nie podgrzewany, więc nie korzystaliśmy (na dworze około 17 stopni). Śniadania urozmaicone, świeże, dużo lokalnych produktów. Myślę, że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W sumie nie mam większych minusów.
