• Shasi Kala (3/5): - The house was too dusty. Dining table not comfortable at all. I have 2 year old child and he had allergies due to dusty bed. The deposit was not returned upon check out. They must be more clear on the description. Parking also need to pay by ourself.

• Ahmed (2/5): - Only the location My stay was unsatisfactory. Basic amenities were missing, maintenance issues were not addressed, and customer service was disappointing. I would not recommend this property.

• PHILIP PHUOC (8/5): - Shihab is very responsibility staff. He responded all the reports and requirements asap during our staying. Very disappointed about staff who worked at swimming pool. There was a light was lied at the bottom of the pool. It was completely unattached to the side wall of the pool.But we were not informed as we paid. Until we spend time at that area we were told by staff to avoid this area. This is very dangerous and unsafe for people stayed in the pool . When my grandson asked staff it is still safe to stay inside the pool. Staff said you still ok so far. This is very unresponsibilites answer for this situation and impolite. We had to stop our swimming time after paying only 30 minutes. We felt that staff tricked us as he know the pool situation but not informed as we paid. We recommend guesses should not use swimming pool event for FREE.

• Marcelino (2/5): - Location is great, so close to KLCC and twin towers. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the apartment was not clean. We noticed cockroaches, and the rooms had no windows, which made the space feel unpleasant. There was only one bathroom, and it became clogged after a single use. To be fair, maintenance came immediately to fix the issue, which we appreciated. Overall, this property did not offer good value for money, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Unpleasant toilet smell, clogged sink, stinky refrigerator, rather dirty walls, shared air conditioner remote (can't turn off one, if you turn it off you have to turn off both or vice versa). You have to pay to swim in the pool (adult/child same rate, RM20 per pax/day). You also have to pay to park your car(RM28 per day).

• binti hamdan (1/5): - Very dissapointed! my husband smoking at parking because this hotel not provided for smoking area. and we accidently bring the cup of water empty but insde got ciggarete butt. The property ask to pay 500 for service aircond maintanence to eliminate the smell. Then , parking also pricey rm28/day. They give level 7-10 with round shape hotel. its very difficult for big car . other than that, swimming pool also pay. other hotel not pay. If we want to go hotel and parking must to change lift with narrow hotel area. Definitely not coming back!

Sejam RM 4.70 -memerlukan duit deposit sebanyak RM 300 -Tapi Duit saya dah 12 hari dari saya keluar dari rumah tu (1/11/2025 )still tak dapat lagi sampai hari ni (12/11/25) bila wasap suruh saya call bank. Tapi bila saya call bank, bank kata tu semua dari pihak mereka bukan dari bank.

Everything was fine except the AC. It wasn’t working, and even after I complained, it wasn’t fixed for two days. Also, no one came to clean the room. Other than that, everything was okay. The room service of this property was very poor. We couldn’t get anyone even when we called for help, and when we were leaving, no one came to see us off. We had to leave on our own.

• Snigdha (4/5): Not a pleasant stay - Only the view from the vortex suites nothing else. Looks like people only pay for the view. No basic amenities even the AC wasn't working properly. Bathrooms were not good, AC was not working and overall not a pleasant stay. Except for the view of the city, you can skip this option and choose other good stays

• Ubonrat (5/5): การกลับมา ที่เสียความรู้สึกมาก ฝ - ทำเลที่ตั้ง ดี ใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้ง เดินทางสะดวก เราเคยมาพักที่นี่แล้ว แต่เป็นยูนิตที่จัดไว้สวยงามสะอาด น่าอยู่มาก ครั้งนี้เราเลยกลับมาพักอีก แต่ผิดหวัง กับยูนิต 33A (3) มากๆ 1.ห้องนอนเล็กที่ดัดแปลงจากห้องสโตร์เก็บของ ไม่มีประตู มีแค่ม่านผ้า 2 โซฟาที่ห้องรับแขก เก่าและชำรุดมากแล้ว เด็กเล็กนั่งก็ยุบลงไป และโต๊ะกลางชุดรับแขกก็ไม่มี 3. เตารีดเก่าและชำรุด*อันตรายมาก* น้องสาวฉันเสียเสื้อไป 1 ตัว 4.เครื่องปรับอากาศปรับอุณภูมิไม่ได้ (คงตั้งอุณภูมิเผื่อห้องนอนสโตร์) หนาวมาก 5 ประตูห้องน้ำมาสเตอร์bedroom บวมจะพังล่ะ และมีราขึ้น เหม็นรามาก น้องสาวฉันจามตลอด 3 วัน 6.มีแมลงสาบ ด้วย แต่เราถ่ายรูปไว้ไม่ทัน เด็กๆกลัววิ่งหนีกันวุ่นเลย
