Az óváros szívében van, pár lépés a T1 vonal és gyalogtávolságra a fő utcák. A képeken picit más szóbák vannak, élőben kisebbek, a fürdő is. A szállódában a hangszigetelés hiányzik, mert hiába a belvárosban van minden zaj behallatszik így pihenni nehézkes. Szintén, a szomszéd szobákból áthallatszik a zaj, csapkodás, lift.... A reggeli lehetne picit változatosabb...

• Bahadar (6/5): Working staff was best.❤️ - The hotel staff were very humble, professional, and helpful, especially Mr. Farhat , Lutfullah.and Abu The location was very good; a train station was nearby, and you could get anywhere very easily. The staff always responded quickly whenever we needed something. -The water kettle in the room was not opening because it was defective. While trying to open it, I burned my finger, which hurt for about a week. -There were blood spots on our bed sheets. The mattress on the bed was worn out and sagging due to overuse, which made it very uncomfortable.

• Nina (8/5): Good for a short stay to explore the old town - The hotel is in a perfect location, you can walk around the old town and find its spots within small walking minutes. The staff of this hotel is the friendliest ever and really understand what hospitality stands for. It is okay for one or two nights to explore the old town but it urgently needs renovation and is not up to standards. The price for the hotel is clearly coming from the exceptional location and not the provided service and comfort of the hotel itself.

Les chambres sont délabrés (trou dans les murs, les portes, le sol), les couloirs pareil. Insonorité catastrophique on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres voisines et même celles plus éloignés. Le petit déjeuner est très limité, pas beaucoup de choix.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug, der sehr laut war und das hat man abends/ nachts gehört. Waschbecken zu klein und wäre gut, wenn im Zimmer kleines Regal irgendwo an der Wand noch wäre oder kleine Ablage.

Der Manager hat uns bestohlen, er hat für unsere Taxi zum Flughafen 3 Tage vorher das Geld genommen, am Tag der Abreise hat er kein Taxi für uns bestellt. Und ist einfach verschwunden, 40 Minuten haben wir alleine auf der Straße gewartet. Wir sind zum Personal gegangen die haben ihren Chef auch nicht erreichen können. Es ist eine unverschämtheit!! Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer waren kein Fenster, wie eine Abstellkammer.

• Svetlana (8/5): - A very simple and modest hotel in the center of Istanbul. It is a place just to sleep, nothing more. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit old, like many small hotels in the center of Istanbul. The bathroom is clean, the water is hot, and the room is warm. There is daily cleaning. The breakfast is a basic Turkish breakfast, but it is enough. On our double bed, there were two single mattresses that kept moving apart, and a gap formed. Either I or my husband would fall into it. That was probably the only thing that bothered us.

• Christiana (4/5): Not recommended. - The location, the temperature of the room and the breakfast. It was dirty, the cleaning lady only collected the trash, sometimes she didn't even change the towels that we didn't have anywhere to hang. Bad quality of internet, not enough plugs.

Комната была ужасной. Состояние отеля и нашей комнаты были ужасными. Туалет забился, номер и отель старый, неухоженный, очень шумно, соседей было очень сильно слышно. Подушки очень жесткие. Номер тесный. С окон дуло, при том, что они были плотно закрыты.

• Beatriz (9/5): - Lo que más el personal, es maravilloso, sobre todo Apolo nos brindó una atención genial y muy simpático, nos ayudó en todo momento y nos hizo sentir como en casa. El baño de la habitación no tiene ventana cerrada, entonces hacia frío. El desayuno es poco variado.

• Miskic (6/5): Hat Potenzial - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage – zentral und ideal, um die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Dankeschön geht insbesondere an Herr Murat und Herr Ferhat, die mit ihrer Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben. Auch die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, sodass wir jede Nacht erholsam schlafen konnten. Das Frühstück war sehr einseitig und wenig abwechslungsreich. Zudem wurde unser Aufenthalt durch ständiges Bohren und Baulärm erheblich gestört. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich negativ beeinflusst hat. Insgesamt hat das Hotel Potenzial, sollte aber vor allem bei Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Ruhe deutlich nachbessern.

Abdullah (Apo) was very helpful in guiding us how to go different places via tram and Lutfullah gave us his Istanbul card for travel and even showed us how and where to top up. Location of hotel is excellent a couple of minutes from GUlhane park and 5 mins to Hagia Sofia. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected.
• Franco (5/5): Sicuramente non consiglio l'albergo. L'unica nota positiva è la cordialità del personale - La colazione molto banale e non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Abbiamo chiesto una spremuta o succo ma in tre giorni non sono riusciti a fornirla Siamo arrivati e ci hanno mandati per la prima notte in un'altra struttura (che oltretutto costava molto meno) perchè l'albergo era pieno: nella prenotazione non c'erano problemi e nessuno ci ha avvertito del disagio. Il bagno era imbarazzante, la porta non si chiudeva, era piccolissimo e non riuscivi ad aprire completamente la porta perchè sbatteva contro il vaso. No ha assolutamente i requisiti riscontrati nelle foto.
